The Train Ride To Our Paradise
Yu Jimin x Fem!Reader [Fluff]
Enjoy(°=°)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
°=°
The heavenly sky glowing, sharing it's warm air and atmosphere to the world. Clouds moving like sloths and forming shapes that anyone can imagine it to be. The roses blooming with perky thorns, not wanting their beauty to get disturbed.
Warm and welcoming air breezing though the trains open window. What type of person would even open a trains window? Well, Yu Jimin is the exact type of person to do that. But of course, asked me first, her one and only loving girl friend for permission.
"Y/n?" The dino obsessed girl called out to me, I was sitting in front of her. Her hand on the window handle making it clear on what she wanted to do. I teasingly sighed while shaking my head.
"Only for a few minutes alright?" I said with a soft voice. I know that my lover is very intrigued by this type of public transport. It's not a normal train like you use in the cities, but a train in the green forest and plains with many views of waterfalls and jaw dropping mountains. I could even say that this train was one of her dream ride. Well, our dream ride. Whatever Jimin loved, I loved it as well, wether it was too silly or what.
But there was one thing that we both always loved. And that is;
Lauterbrunnen, Switzerland. To see the beautiful architecture home styles, the devine well kept nature that looks too good to be real and of course, the wonderful cows. Today is our 3rd year anniversary, and so what do you do when it's conveniently yours and your lovers break from work? You go to the place where your dreams resonate with each other since day 1. At least that's what I thought. As I was spacing out, I suddenly realized that jimin was almost sticking her head out of the window like a dog in a car. I immediately called to her and quickly shut the window in panic.
"Bub, come on." I said disappointedly, she could have gotten hurt, and I hate that thought in the whole entire world. She laughed lowly and reasoned that she just wanted to get my reaction. Still not breaking my sad face, she realized that I was serious and quickly apologized. Her soft small hands reaching for mine.
"I-im sorry love, did I go too far?" She asked, regret evident in her voice, face, and actions. Almost fully forgetting her wrong, I tilted my head a little and squeezed her hand tight.
"I know always sound like a worry warts but please, Jimin. Don't put yourself in danger just to tease me" I reminded her with furrowed eyebrows, the sound of the rail road tracks eating up half of the silence. She bit her lip while looking around everywhere but my direction. Feeling a bit disappointed at her reaction, I tried to pull away from her hand but then she suddenly clung to it with a firm grip. Gently pulling my my hand just to kiss it and put the back of it on her soft and warm cheek. Finally looking at me with those beautiful sharp eyes filled with determination that made me fall for her in the first place.
"You're not a worry warts honey. Your reaction was valid, I'm really really sorry... You're right, I shouldn't have let stupid jokes take over right decisions for the both of us. Thank you for telling me and always worrying for me hun." She apologized sincerely and kissed my hand once again. God, you always know how to make me fall head over hells for you Jimin. With those sweet words, sharp tone, determined expression, and affectionate actions. You're a pro at making me forgive you.
"Just never do it again please?" I pleaded with her. Jimin then cupped my cheek with her free hand and leaned closer to me. Inches away from kissing, noses simply brushing against each other, exhange of warm breaths touching our face.
"I can't make you sad twice" She whispered with the look of the most sincere person on earth, god.
"I love you Yu Jimin." Jimins eye twinkled with stars as I accidentally blurted out, a little surprised myself, I started to blush. And without any warning jimin kissed me, startled and a little worried that someone would walk in the isle, I couldn't relax to the kiss. Jimin hummed and felt my tensed body.
"Calm down baby I'm sure no one will come, and even so we'll probably hear them." My lover reassured, caressing my hand with her thumb. With trust, I nod and intertwined my fingers with hers. She smiled at me lovingly, I kissed once again. But this time, both of us enjoyed it with calm and peaceful bliss; Jimin slightly opening her mouth licking my bottom lip asking for entrance. I happily allowed her, her familiar warmth explored through my mouth and battled with my tongue for dominance. She won as I started to ran out breath, whining a little bit signaling my lover to part to breathe.
Separating, a string of saliva formed connected between my lips and Jimins. I blushed as she smirked at me with flirtatious eyes, I already know what she's thinking about without her even saying anything,
"Stop it you flirt" I whispered, still inches away from her breathing heavily from the passionate kiss we shared. She jokingly rolled her eyes and soon giggled, seeing me so up close, studying your features for the thousandth time we've been together.
”Are you falling in love with me again?" I teased, tilting my head a little with a playful grin. My lovers face immediately softened, smiling foolishly at me.
"I always fall in love with you. Everyday to be exact." Jimin said as she kissed my nose, she giggled at my flustered reaction. I hummed and pouted since I was the one who got flustered instead of my Jimin. We leaned back a little and made eye contact again, a few seconds passed not feeling awkward or shy; we both giggled at each others weirdness.
As the both of us started a new conversation, our smooth train seems to be leaving the forest and traveling to the plains with only some tress can be seen in the distance. Letting us get exposed to have an amazing view at the mountains and lovely waterfalls streaming down the ledges with elegance. The greens looking surreal with the stunning homes having an adorable architecture style. I got excited at the view, hoping to see some cute cows in the plains. Eyes stick to the window, i didn't even realize that jimin sat next to me.
"Enjoying hun?" She asked lovingly while she rubbed my back. 8 turned to her with stars in my eyes and a big grin.
"Are you excited baby? Our dream is finally coming true!" I exclaimed, Jimin chuckled at my enthusiasm nodding. She rested her forehead to mine and closed her eyes with a sigh.
"My dream cam true 3 years ago, and I'm forever thankful for that my Y/n" She confessed and looked at me with her gorgeous eyes filled with happiness and satisfaction. I can't help but feel warmth in my cheeks, my lover is too honest, but that's what I love about her the most.
"So cheesy" I jokingly whispered, another grin forming, pulling in closer to her, I peck her lips and rested my head on her shoulder. "I love you Yu Jimin" I said with fondness closing my heavy eye lids and letting my body relax with my soulmate. I can sense Jimins smile ear to ear, both of us feeling content at the feeling of bliss. No matter where you two were, it always felt like home
"I love you more Y/n"
This took awhile, I made it last night trying not to fall asleep lol. I hope you guys liked it, I'm about to post some smut and some angst soon so stay tuned (°=–).
Also side note, Jimin looks so cute in the pics, she's too precious.

A Grumpy Troll and A Prince

Chapter 3: The Adventure Begins
Tags: Comedy, action, adventure, and romance
With the kingdom safely hidden, prince Four set off to rescue his friends with the utmost confidence he would make it to Bergen Town on his own. That was until he was face to face with the cunning Mr Puzzles. He tried to fight back, but his head got ripped off and the remaining corpse laid dead on the ground. He failed. He had...
"Snap out of it Four!"
He backed out of the intrusive thoughts that had put him in a trance and looked down at his journal, filled with memes. The scenarios that played in his head were all that filled the page. Back in reality, he was following the footsteps of those dusty, respectable-like shoes that the TV man was wearing.
"I totally got this. It's not like he is taking your friends to their impending doom where they will all be eaten..." He nervously told himself, trying to hope for the best. No, that was exactly Mr Puzzles was doing...and he knew it. Taking a breath, the troll forced himself to carry along and make it all the way in one piece.
"I really hope I can do it because they're all depending on me."
He had just left the Mushroom Kingdom and was now standing on the flower petal that looked over and colorful field of the Flower Kingdom.
"I know that I must leave the only home I've ever known and brave the dangers of the forest, saving them before they're eaten. I mean how hard can that-"
He then heard a snapping sound and looked down to find the petal he was standing on had broke.
"Be..."
He was falling to the ground, but caught himself just in time. Once his feet were safely back on the ground, he dusted himself off and thought it might help to look at the more positive side of things.
"There's a sunny sky that's shiny and blue."
A butterfly flew past him and thought that maybe this journey wouldn't be as scary as he thought. That idea was thrown out the window when some kind of spotted, four-legged creature caught the bug with its tongue, a clear, speckled one ate him, buzzards flew past, eating skin, leaving nothing but bones, and then a fire flower burned it to ashes. Four was left standing with his mouth agape when the flower turned to him. He waved nervously when the flower asked "I wonder what Gombas taste like?" Four thought "What the actual heck..." and slowly backed away.
"It's gonna be a fantastic day..."
He made it to the Koopa kingdom where volcanos were puffing everywhere and he bounced along rocks under a river of lava.
"Such marvelousness this is gonna bring. Iv'e got so many songs that I wanna sing. And I'm ready to take on anything. Yippee!"
He got launched so hard that he made it up to a castle, but a giant turtle stomped in front of him. Bowser was certainly not happy as he started to chase the poor troll. He couldn't give up as he kept running and running, jumping off a ledge just before Bowser's fire breath roasted him to a crisp.
"So many fun surprises around each corner. Just ride along a rainbow, gonna be okay. Hey! I'm not giving up today. There's nothing getting in my way and if you knock, knock me over, I will get back up again."
He couldn't tell which kingdom he was falling into next, but then saw a giant bird heading his way. Trying to duck out of the way just made him get eaten in one fell swoop and the Cookatiel took him back to her soup bowl in the Luncheon Kingdom.
"If something goes a little wrong well you can go ahead and bring it on."
The Cookatiel spat him back out into the soup bowl, water bubbling until Four popped out, gasping for air.
"Because if you knock, knock me over, I will get back up again!"
He managed to escape the bird on a piece of carrot and felt relived watching the furious bird over the boiling pot of stew. Whatever kingdom next would surely be better, that is until he saw a bunch of spikes up ahead.
"Oh crap..."
He was marching through the rainy New Donk City, overheated in the Sand Kingdom, almost a block of ice in the Snow Kingdom, swimming through the Lake Kingdom till that giant eel swallowed him, now traveling through his intestines, and pushing through the Windy Kingdom.
"I'm marching along, iv'e got confidence, I'm cooler than a pack of peppermints, and I haven't been this excited since...I CAN'T REMEMBER WHEN!"
He began stomping and jumping along flying Koopa's until when they ran out, he found he was high up in the air, falling once again. (Is this a habit of his?)
"I'm off on this remarkable adventure. Just ridding along a rainbow!"
He opened his eyes to find a piranha plant, shutting it's mouth tightly. God that hurt. Was he..
"What if this is all a big mistake? What if it's more than I can take?"
"NO!"
He pried open the piranha plant and kept going. As long as he reminded himself of his friends, he would surely still stand.
"I can't think that way because I know that I'm really going to be-"
Till a chain chomp came out of nowhere and ate him. Going out by that retractable dog was not how he wanted to go.
"Okay! Hey! I'm not giving up today. There's nothing getting in my way because if you knock, knock me over, I will get back up again."
He managed to escape the jags of teeth in its mouth, wondering why so many thing wanted to eat him. Even the place he was searching for was filled with creatures, ready to get their hands on him.
"If something goes a little wrong, well you can go ahead and bring it on. Because if you knock, knock me over, I will get back up again."
He tore through several giant spider webs and collapsed on the ground, stuck in webbing. No problem. Just got to get out of this web.
"And if you knock, knock me over, I will....get....back......up.....again......."
What was wrong? His spirit was still persistent on going, but his body was giving up. He could feel his heartbeat slowly decrease and his eyes closing. No. Not now. You can't give up now. He soon passed out and everything went black.
...
Hours had passed, but someone had finally found him. Four eyes had caught sight of the poor troll. It turns out that a bunch os spiders had found their next meal and slowly descended from their webs to feast on what they saw as food. They opened their mouths wide, ready to take a bite when all of a sudden, someone grabbed Four just in the knick of time. The spiders turned to find that what you might think would be the least expected troll to come. That's right. Three had saved the prince, but the spiders didn't care. More food for them anyway.
They started to crawl towards him as he backed up, but then Three took out a bomb and tossed it at one's face. The explosion barely startled them as they paused for a few seconds...and then got back to dinner. Uneasiness began to take hold of Three, but he stood his ground and as it turns out, he had the same kinds of abilities with his hair that Four did.
Using his hair like a whip, he sent the spiders packing back into the mouth of some creature that swallowed them up and went to rest. He breathed a heavy sigh and finally it was quiet. Quiet? He looked back to see that the prince was still passed out, not making a sound. That wasn't normal for him. Three became panicked as he rushed over to the blacked out troll.
"FOUR!?"
He kneeled down to the spider web that encased him and leaned close for any signs of life. No heartbeat. "Hang on Four!" He grabbed a sharp petal from a Spider Mum flower (yes I googled that) and two glowing bugs. He used the flower petal to cut open the web containment and rubbed the two bugs together like AED to restore the prince's heartbeat.
Concern was expressed in his eyes as he hoped he wasn't too late. Four's eyes shot open as he sat up. He saw Three standing next to him and his expression turned more smug. "Three! You are right on time!" Three went back from his strange, caring side into his immodest, grumpy self. "Oh sure...Like you knew I was coming." Four actually did know he was coming because he had set him up. "Yep. I figured after the third hug time, you'd realize being eaten by a Bergen wouldn't be so bad."
Three shot back "And I figured there was no way you could do this by yourself. Looks like we were both right." He returned the smug grin and crossed his arms while Four just dismissed it and carried on. "Okay then onward!" He started walking off and Three ran after him. "Oi! Don't ignore me!"
"Sooner we can rescue everybody and make it home safely." Three pushed through some plants and asked "Wait! What's your plan?" Four turned back to him and gave him a look that said "We're you even listening."
"I just told you. To rescue everyone and make it home safely." Three sighed and told him "That's not a plan. That's a wishlist."
"OHHHH I suppose you have a plan."
Three nodded and cleared his throat before speaking. "First, we'll get to the edge of Bergen Town without being spotted. Then, we get inside by sneaking through the old escape tunnels which will then lead us to the Troll Tree, right before we get caught, AND SUFFER A MISERABLE DEATH AT THE HANDS OF A HORRIBLE, BLOODTHIRSTY BERGEN!" Three was just trying to scare Four into reconsidering, but it didn't work because what he saw next was...
"Hold on a second! Are you memeing my plan!" Four enthusiastically nodded as he held up a meme that had them and all of their friends cheering "We did it!" and dancing along to that cringey Dora song. Once again, glitter got shot into Three's unimpressed face. He scowled at Four and said "There will be no more...memes..." Four sighed sadly and the two continued on.
They began walking along a huge tree trunk that had conveniently fallen on top of a river, making it the perfect bridge to get across. Four tried to lighten the mood by dancing and humming along the trunk. Three did not appreciate it though.
"Do you have to do that?"
"I always dance and hum when I'm in a good mood."
"Do you have to be in a good mood?"
"Why wouldn't I be? By this time tomorrow, I'll be back with all my friends!"
He pondered to himself on how they were doing and said "I wonder what they're doing right now!" Three thew some sarcasm into his answer with by replying "Probably being digested." Four looked at him seriously and strictly told him "They're alive. I know it." Three then stopped in his tracks and faced Four coldly.
"You don't know anything Four. And I can't wait to see the look on your face when you realize that the world isn't all fun and laughter, cause it isn't! Bad things happen and their's nothing you can do about it!" He pouted to himself and walked off.
Four could tell something was up with Three, but pushed it aside for not being shown up like that. "Hey! I know that it isn't all fun and laughter, but I would rather go through my life thinking that it mostly is instead of being like you. You don't sing, dance, and so grumpy all the time. Seriously, what happened to you? Three didn't want to talk about it so he stuck a finger over the prince's mouth and shushed him.
Concern started to melt into Four's mind as he squeaked out "A Bergen?" Three slowly removed his finger and whispered "Maybe..." Four looked around in fear, but then squinted his eyes. He sighed and said "There's no Bergen is there.? You just said that so I would stop talking!"
"Yeah. And?" He continued walking as Four rolled his eyes. They realized it was getting late, so it seemed like a good idea to find a spot to camp and resume the journey in the morning. They had found a quiet spot in the forest to sleep, except they weren't sleeping. Three was angrily covering himself in the covers while Four was unable to sleep.
He took out a picture of all of them together and lied it in the grass in front of him. "They're all so special. Good night Meggy. Good night Boopkins. Good night Tari. Good night Melony. Good night Mario. Good night Bob. Good night Luigi." He chuckled a bit on the last one with a smile and playfully said "Good night Tag6. Boop."  as he laid his finger on Tag6's nose in the picture.
"AND GOOD NIGHT FOUR." Three sternly said, wanting sleep. Four sighed and looked up at the start night sky with the full moon out. It was perfectly placed to be seen through the trees. That ding sound signifying the special time had gone off on his bracelet. He sat up and looked over at Three. "Don't...even...think about it." Four rolled his eyes again and mouthed "Muh muh muh." to tease Three's demented attitude.
Back to looking up at the sky. You know what this needed. A song. "Stars shinning bright above you-" Three sat up, fully awake and looked at Four like he was joking. "Really? Seriously? More singing?"
"Yes seriously! Singing helps me relax. Maybe you should try it." Three was really started to get fed up with this. How hard was it to get his way of living life into Four's mind? "I don't sing and I don't relax! This is the way I am and I like it! I would also like a little SILENCE!"
He tried to fall back asleep, but then heard the sound of a soft Ukulele playing. What the hell!? He whipped his head around to see Four, playing the instrument and looking at him in an arrogant manner.
"Hello darkness, my old friend. Iv'e come to talk with you again."
Creatures began flying around and singing along while Three looked confused and speechless. A small spider came up next to him and whispered "Hello..."
"Because a vision softly creeping."
Three flicked the spider off his arm without breaking eye contact with Four.
"Left its seeds while I was sleeping."
"And the vision that was planted in my brain."
"Still remains."
"Within the sound....of silence."
All the creatures disappeared just as mysteriously from when they arrived and Four strummed one last time on the Ukulele. Three got up and softly asked "May I?" Four smiled and gave him the instrument. Three instantly threw it into the fire and he went back to sleep while Four watched his Ukulele burn, mouth agape. This was going to be a long adventure...

4*town stalker AU part 2: Aaron Z.
Tw: stalking, cussing
More to come with other members, Aaron T. already done!😘
-he’s there.
-everywhere.
-you were starting to go crazy(crazy? I was crazy once)
-and didn’t like it
-the thing is, you saw someone on the street one day
-he looked sad
-but he was too pretty to be sad
-so you like, gave him a smile
-to spread your kindness
-he didn’t smile back
-rude
-but he didn’t leave you alone neither.
-since that, you saw him everyday
-when you weren’t walking on your usual path where you saw him first, he’d show up somewhere else
-first it was another street
-then you saw him from a bakery’s window
-then in the plaza where you went with your friends
-while you worked
-went home with your car
-then he started showing up outside your window
-you lived away from the city, in the woods
-so it made him easy to be unnoticeable for others
-and watch you from the trees
-but making sure that you always see him
-scary
-and he didn’t even hide his face
-as if he saw no point in doing so
-and if he wasn’t pretty, you’ve told the police by now
-yes yes, don’t judge by looks
-but the way he looked at you
-wow
-you felt watched, but not in danger
-felt a weird sting in public, but always safe
-but so done with him by now
-so kitchen knife in hand
-your really fuzzy coat over your cute pjs
-bunny slippers
-and you are going to confront him now.
⋆.˚ ☾ .⭒˚
-you stormed out into the porch with the outfit and weapon mentioned in hand
-and luckily, your confidence didn’t fly out of you this time
-even when you knew he was watching
-somewhere, he was in the woods
-watching you right now
-…
-maybe you could’ve dressed better?
-anyways
-fuck him and this
-your ultimately cute pjs won’t stop you from anything!
-“Listen!”
-fuck you sounded dumb
-cringe cringe cringe go back into the house and drink some hot chocky girl!!
-well that would be even more cringe..
-you had to finish this
-“Uhh.. I know what you’re doing! And I do not fucking like it! If you like me that much.. uh. Don’t be a loser and come up to talk to me or something!”
-well you sounded like an even bigger loser now
-great job Y/N
-oh you wish your voice wouldn’t crack like that
-“Because you’re being a creep and it’s fucking embarrassing! Grow some balls or kill yourself or something but leave me the fuck alone if you don’t know how to talk to a girl!”
-deep breath
-yeah, you were done
-…
-was he still there or you were just shouting to the air?
-…
-you felt bad now.
-okay, what if he has a crossbow or something?
-and waited just for you to break to kill you??
-shit
-okay, time to go back to the house
-let’s turn around, head for the door and just-
-“You got me.”
-fuck his voice was hot
-and FUCK he is REALLY talking to you right now
-you stopped in place
-but didn’t dare to turn towards the woods again
-“Uh, don’t kill me?”
-…
-“Like, pretty please?”
-ow this was embarrassing
-…
-awkward
-“Wasn’t planning to.”
-FUCK YEAH
-oh only if you saw yourself right now
-but he did perfectly, and the way you boxed into the air in victory was absolutely adorable
-like can you take anything seriously for more than two minutes?
-you were seriously so cute
-okay.
-big breath
-turn around Y/N
-show dominance
-and hope that as you turned around, you’re not looking at a completely wrong place in the woods
-but you can’t fucking see him
-irritating
-"So, what's your deal? You're out here lurking like a shadow."
-…
-was he a robot?
-why did you have to wait seconds until he responded??
-..
-"Just enjoying the view."
-“The view of what? Me standing on my porch feeling like I'm being watched? Weirdo."
-…
-let’s hope you didn’t hurt his feelings
-Y/N.
-HAVE YOU LEARNED NOTHING.
-don’t care about his feelings
-ppffthh… no.
-"Seriously though, it's creeping me out. Are you planning something ugly?"
-sinister would be the best word but you would’ve felt embarrassed saying that
-“Not my style.”
-said much, thanks
-you looked at the thick railings of the porch
-big breath
-one leg after another
-and you sat on the railings, looking into the dark in front of you.
-"Then what is your style? Besides being mysterious and lurking in the shadows. Boo, I’m dark and mysterious!"
-mocking him felt good
-and he found you doing it cute too
-but you didn’t have to know that
-for now
-"Guess you'll have to stick around to find out."
-“HA. Why would I do that?"
-"Because you're intrigued. Admit it, I've got you curious."
-well, his voice for sure..
-and his face…
-how tall he was…..
-Y. N.
-"Or maybe I just want to make sure you're not being sketchy.”
-…
-fuck him and his silence!
-“Never.”
-"Well, you're definitely not winning any awards for transparency."
-he chuckled
-you liked his voice!
-okay, you liked everything on this earth that existed and wasn’t bad
-he was..
-but..
-never mind.
-"Who needs transparency when you have “mystery”?"
-oh you mocked him for being mysterious and he mocks you for mocking him?
-that’s what’s happening?
-bitch.
-"Mystery is overrated. I prefer honesty."
-that sounded cringe Y/N, throw yourself off the railings!
-“Rare commodity these days."
-"So is common sense, apparently."
-"Touché."
-…
-well this was awkward
-for you, at least.
-he liked this.
-“Uh, no offense dude.. Correction, all offense. How long are you planning on staying?”
-…
-was his brain this slow?
-“Like, tonight. Here. I have to sleep.”
-…
-you were really close to just leaving him here
-wait, why wouldn’t you?
-you had all the rights to
-he was the creep
-and the one you needed, but you didn’t know that yet
-“I don’t know. You’re fun.”
-bitch
-"I'm just entertainment to you, no? Chaarming."
-you hoped he’d see your eye roll
-he didn’t, the house’s lights were coming from behind your back
-but he could sense it.
-"Pretty much.”
-took a while, fuck.
-“You’re impossible!”
-“Yet you’re talking to me.”
-“Bye then!”
-with that, you turned and jumped off the thick wood railings
-and walked into the house
-you really wanted to run and felt his eyes on you, but you didn’t wanna seem like a pussy
-good that you always lock the door
-so it wouldn’t seem like you’re about to shit your pants from fear
-but you are.
⋆.˚ ☾ .⭒˚
-a week passed since your first real talk with him
-you didn’t give him the satisfaction to talk to you again though
-until now..
-middle of the night
-you were trying to sleep
-but obviously couldn’t
-since your bedroom was on the top floor, balcony it is
-you didn’t turn your lights on, just walked out to your beloved balcony connected to your room
-and bent over the stone railings to look down into the woods.
-…
-you needed to work courage up to this
-“Hi!”
-…
-…
-only the sound of the trees
-well, at least he’s not on your dick now!
-good.
-“You know, shouting into the void looks really dumb from here.”
-fuck.
-“And ‘you know’, if you're going to stand there staring, you could at least say hello."
-"Hello seems a bit too conventional for me."
-did he learn to respond in time?
-amazing
-no it’s not shut up
-"I should have known you're not the conventional type."
-"Conventions are for the unimaginative."
-as if you’ve heard him move
-like kick a rock or something
-but who knows
-could be the animals being just as scared as you are
-but wait..
-you’re not scared?
-"And what brings the imaginative you to my humble abode today?"
-it’s tearing his heart up
-that he can’t go over and pick you up
-and spin you around
-because you could have the knife with you now too..
-though he could just twist it out of your hand
-he didn’t really want to touch you like that
-to cause you harm
-…
-"Just enjoying the view. You have quite the picturesque porch."
-and he almost made you believe he’s complimenting you
-which he did once already
-hihihi
-STOP GIGGLING INSIDE YOUR HEAD
-so you rolled your eyes
-to keep it up
-I mean, the poker face
-"Flattery will get you nowhere, you know."
-"Nowhere's not such a bad place to be when you have good company."
-you could hear his fucking smirk
-bitch
-"Smooth. But I've got to warn you, I have a strict 'no lurking' policy. Mhm.”
-why were you saying such dumb things?
-because
-uhh
-you needed to drag the time
-to get more out of him
-yes!
-absolutely not because you actually wanted to talk to him..
-"Wouldn't dream of it. Just passing by, admiring."
-he was.. funny at some point
-you tilted your head
-"Admiring or analyzing?"
-…
-oh you thought you were making progress!
-talk, mystery man, talk!
-…
-"A little bit of both, perhaps."
-you giggled at this
-shit.
-you shouldn’t have
-"Well, as long as you're not planning to steal my garden gnomes or something."
-"Not today, at least."
-heh
-you.. liked his company
-fuck.
-…
-“Not like I care, but.. do you have a name?”
-“Only for friends.”
-bitch.
-did he even have friends?
-"Hmm, fair point. But I like to know who I'm talking to. Call it a quirk."
-oh he wanted to scream from how cute your giggle was just right now
-…
-Well, perhaps he could tell you..
-“Z.”
-…
-“Like the letter Z?”
-silence.
-so, yes. The letter Z.
-“Rapper ass name. Real?”
-…
-..
-.
-“Aaron.”
-“Thanks!”
-you liked that name!
-but Z. fit him too.
-…
-you got what you wanted, no?
-why did you want to keep talking to him then?
-but you shouldn’t
-“Well, I guess I’ll let you get back to.. whatever it is you do out here.”
-watch you, that’s what Z. does.
-…
-“Same. Don’t want to keep you from doing your thrilling balcony activities.”
-you cracked a smile at that
-pfft
-he was.. good company at least
-“Right. Bye.”
-you almost said good night
-you say it to everyone
-but not to him
-Z. doesn’t deserve it
-Aaron
-or whatever his name is
-creep
-so, back to your room it is
-“Good night, Y/N.”
⋆.˚ ☾ .⭒˚
You started staying up more and more late
Just to talk to him
If the past you when he started the stalking would talk with the present you, it would freak out and probably stab you first with the kitchen knife
But he is a sweet guy when you get to know him
And you learnt a lot of things about him
Which meant he wanted to share!
He had trust in you
Things like, his friend is also an Aaron, that’s why he’s Z.
He likes sports
Correction, loves
And sadly, he’s very lovable
And all these porch and balcony talks turned into you inviting him inside when it was raining once
And he was beautiful
Inside and out
You just needed time to realize that
“And that’s how I met your father...”

As promised, you find yourself on a plane to the Marleyan coastal city, Liberio, in the middle of June. The flight was not as long as you thought but unfortunately for you, Hange forgot their earbuds. The consequences of their scatter-brained self fell onto you. Your sister decided to fill the space with their voice as they spoke animatedly about the itinerary that they've changed at least six times since the plane's departure. You offered to let them borrow your earbuds - mainly out of mercy for yourself – but they refused, stating they were yours to use. Not like you had a chance to really use them anyways.
For the most part, you were able to zone out as Hange’s words became a buzz. You opt to fill the time as you stare out the window and into the horizon, fleeting thoughts of what the future held flying by like the plane you sat in. Only when land could be seen breaking up the dark blue expanse off in the distance did you notice the silence. You're not sure how long it had been since your sister stopped talking. You twist your head around, fully expecting to see Hange asleep. This was not the case.
Heavy-lidded slate gray eyes stare into your own, typical deadpan expression painting the rest of the owner's face. You jump slightly at the sudden change, your heart doing the same but not entirely from the shock.
"Hi."
‘What are you doing here?' You sign curiously.
"What? Tired of me already?" A hint of teasing slips into his tone.
'No! I'm just confused. You're okay!" Your eyes widen in worry, hands flying everywhere.
"I'm kidding. Hange kicked me out of my seat to speak with Erwin." He turns his head in the direction of said person a couple rows ahead, talking just as lively as your sister.
Your eyes trail back over to Levi's face, taking note of the thin sheen of sweat glistening on his forehead. His eyebrows crinkle in the middle the way they do when he’s agitated. You flicker your gaze down to see his hand tightly gripping the armrest that separated the two of you. His knee bounces so hard you’re surprised the plane isn’t moving with it. Levi is anxious, something you've never seen him be before now.
Reaching over, you gently place your hand on top of his. His eyes snap to you at the touch of your warm skin, tense at first but then visibly relaxing when he remembers it's you. You offer him a small smile, a look of relief washing over his face for just a moment.
You knew this was your first time flying anywhere but you assumed you were the only one. While you had stared out the window in childlike wonder, Levi must have been quietly suffering. You had enough tact as well as enough knowledge of your friend to know he wouldn't want to talk about it. Instead, you wrap your fingers around the back of his hand and turn back to the window.
You stay like that when the sea changes to land and don't let go even when the wheels hit the pavement.
.
The moment you step outside of the airport’s sliding glass doors, you're instantly hit with a gust of humid air. It's hot and you already feel a sticky sweat clinging to your clothes not a minute later. The late morning sun filters through the slats that vertically adorn the awning above the pick-up zone as cars stop and leave like a drive-through for people. Erwin had called for a taxi while you all had waited for your respective bags at the claim area. The plane had landed during the worst time, and it showed as you note there is no end in sight for the line.
“Well, it appears to me that I forgot that time zones exist and unfortunately we can’t check in to the condo for another couple of hours. Any ideas?” Hange whips around to look at the group, making sure to hold their hat in place before it can fly off in the breeze.
“I’m starving. Want to grab a bite somewhere?” Erwin checks his phone to verify the time as he inquires. It was a little past 11am which means that it had been about 6 hours since you had last eaten a full meal.
“Whatever is fine with me. But I think we may be here for the next couple of hours anyways.” Levi shrugs as his eyes scan for the oncoming taxi. They land on you for a moment, lingering. His gaze doesn’t stay long but it’s enough for you to shoot him a toothy smile and thumbs up in agreement. The corners of his lips twitch as he looks away.
“There’s a little café within walking distance of the place we’re staying, why don’t we go there? Maybe you guys can get some ideas for No Regrets while we’re there, huh?” Hange nudges Levi in the shoulder with their elbow.
“What are you trying to say, four-eyes?” Levi cuts his eyes over to your sister.
“Oh nothing, shorty.” Hange snorts back.
“Okay, okay, you two. The car is here, cut it out.” Erwin glances over to you and winks, as if to say ‘children’.
The ride to the café is relatively short. Since you were all staying a little less than a week, the suitcases were small and easily maneuverable, fitting nicely in the trunk of the car you sit in as it speeds down the highway. Luckily, the local people spoke the same language but the accent they had was something you were not expecting. It’s light and airy, but it’s obvious they had their own dialect.
By the time you sit down at one of the outside tables and order the rest of your meals, the clock reads 1:48pm and your stomach feels as if it will devour itself. Hange and Erwin are chatting about something off to the side while you take in the rest of your surroundings. It was overwhelming to say the least, but not in an entirely bad way. Bright colors and tan buildings overtake your senses. You rub your eyes, realizing just how tired and strained they were.
“Maybe we should have gotten you some caffeine?” Levi looks over to you as he sips the tea he ordered. It’s dark as usual, the steam from the hot liquid drifting and refracting the sunlight in a million different ways. There’s a look of peace on his face as he ingests it, a clear sign that he is pleased with the way it was made – which is hard to do for Levi Ackerman.
‘I’ll be fine. I’m sure I’ll sleep well tonight.’ You wave your hand dismissively when you’re done, shooting Levi a small smile. He doesn’t look convinced but doesn’t press.
“Do you know the plans for the next couple of days?” He inquires, staring over to your other two friends deep in conversation. They’re pointing to a paper itinerary they had printed out prior to leaving home.
‘Hange has changed it so much that I have no idea. I know we’re going to the beach tomorrow morning but that’s it.’
Levi says nothing else, the clinking of his teacup hitting the saucer being the only noise responding back. You start to wonder if Levi feels as you do – like a passenger along for the ride with Erwin and Hange helming the wheel. You wonder even more if he’s of the same mindset that you don’t really mind being thrashed around if you get to be with your friends, with him. A breeze blows past, granting a brief respite from the sweltering humidity and pulling you from your thoughts. You can’t wait to shower later.
.
Just as Hange said, the condo isn’t too far from the café. A few minutes walk from it, actually. The building where you would reside for the next week is massive, much more than the pictures gave credit for. You can hear the distant crashing of waves belonging to the ocean that sits behind it. When you step inside the cool, air-conditioned lobby, your mouth drops slightly. This was not like your typical residential condo complex.
The outside looks quite plain, white with light blue accents. But the inside? Marble flooring and gold embellishments flood your eyes. Dark, glossy wood makes up all the furniture with navy blue velvet to line the seating. A massive crystal chandelier hangs from the center which also splits a double curved staircase leading to who knows where, sitting under it are a couple of elevators. To your right sits a restaurant called Rumbling Bar and Grille and to your left, something that looks like a grand ballroom. Double French doors stand open outwards, and you can see more marble flooring filling the space. There’s a billboard hanging by the doors with multiple fliers about upcoming events tacked to it.  The only noises you hear are the patrons at the bar enjoying an afternoon meal. You can’t believe Erwin had managed to book something so grand as this.
After your birthday party last month, Erwin had explained the reasoning for such an occasion, saying the perks that were planned for the next few days were from a trip he had booked forever ago - A trip he had booked for him and Carly as an anniversary present as well as a place to ask her to marry him. Considering after everything that had happened so many months ago, you can see why he didn’t want to bring it up. But then Carly called him to ask about using it for her and her friends and well, it was under his name. He said it wasn’t hers to take.
Erwin said he was fine about it all and would rather it be put to use by someone else, not to mention that it was all nonrefundable. He didn’t really go into details about what the perks were other than that some things were easily upgradable to fit the four of you comfortably. You can’t help but feel slight guilt for taking advantage of such a lavish gift, but Erwin stared you down before you could even protest any further.
“Little Berry!! Are you coming or what?” Hange pulls you out of your thoughts and your eyes zero in on Hange, Levi, and Erwin waiting by the elevators for you. Signing a lazy sorry, you grab the handle of your rolling suitcase and hurry to catch up with them.
The complex is set up so that every floor has one condo each, and there are about 30 floors in total. Due to that, every resident is given a private code that must be put into the elevator that gives it the permission needed to move to the appropriate floor. Erwin inputs the code he was given by the hosts and eventually the doors open up on the 27th floor half a minute later.
Your first impression of the condo is warmth. The owners have it decorated in a typical beach fashion but instead of the normal navy blues and grays, it was all oranges, pinks, and tans. Very much like a vibrant sunset on the beach.
The entire floor was built with an open plan. A large living room sits in the middle with spacious, comfortable looking couches and a massive flat screen TV sitting upon a long table up against the wall. A grand kitchen sits off to the side, separating itself from the dining room with a white marble island countertop that serves as a bar to eat at. Along the entire wall facing the ocean sit wide windows, starting from the floor and reaching up high to the tall ceilings. Natural light would not be a problem here.
Originally, Erwin’s booking had a single bedroom. Somehow, he was able to get something so last minute with 3 bedrooms, all with their own private bathrooms. A king, a queen, and a double twin. The men got the bigger rooms which left you and Hange in the smaller one, but you didn’t complain about that at all.
Your bedroom isn’t as small as Hange claimed, however. It’s big enough for two people, the same area as a typical hotel. On the far wall, a glass door separates the room from a small veranda that faces the ocean, equipped with a single garden chair and small round table.
You clumsily place your suitcase on the bed closest to the bathroom, grunting in effort as you do. Hange does the same, and smiles over to you in accomplishment. You and Hange didn’t have many similarities even though you’ve lived with them for more than half of your life, but you did share the need to over-pack for every trip ever made.
“We don’t have any plans for the rest of today, right?” Hange flops onto their bed and stares over at you. Their head slowly sinks into the soft pillows.
‘Not that I know of. I don’t even know what we’re doing for dinner.’ You shrug your shoulders and brush the hair out of your face that fell with the exertion of moving your suitcase.
“I was actually thinking about us making dinner and staying in to rest up for the next couple days.” You think for a moment and ultimately decide that’s not a bad idea. You were quite tired and wouldn’t mind relaxing.
‘We don’t even have groceries for that, silly.’
“Why don’t you and Erwin go? I trust you both to think of something delicious.” So much for relaxing.
‘I guess. But what will you do?’
“If you must know, I’ll be staring at the back of my eyelids.” Hange chortles as they move their arms across their eyes. You huff and start unpacking a few things before pulling off your suitcase and tucking it into the corner. By the time you stand up straight, you hear the light snores that belong to your sister.
In their defense, they have been pulling late nights the past week so that they didn’t have much to worry about while they were gone. So you didn’t have much to be mad about, not like it bothered you much to begin with. This was vacation after all, and they had practically planned it all with Erwin.
You step over to your sister’s bed and gingerly pull their shoes off, placing them on the floor by the glass doors. You grab the handles of her bag and tug it gently. They had packed way more than you did, and it showed in your face as you did your best to lift it off the bed without disturbing them. You pluck off Hange’s glasses and set them on the bedside table before brushing their hair out of their face, smiling down at them as you do. Doing this reminds you of all those nights back when you took care of Hange in the deepest part of their university years. Once satisfied, you grab your shoulder bag and quietly step out of the bedroom before closing the door with a soft click.
You twirl around to find Erwin busy typing away at his laptop on the sofa while Levi’s in the kitchen inspecting the cabinets, moving things around like he’s looking for something. You move closer and rap on the coffee table with your knuckles to get Erwin’s attention.
“Hm?” He responds, not bothering to look up at you. You knock again, finally getting his bright blue eyes to land on you. “Oh, sorry. What’s up? Where’s Hange?”
‘They elected to take this time to nap. We’ve been chosen to do grocery shopping for tonight’s dinner.’ Erwin chuckles at that.
“That’s Hange for you. That sounds great but I’m unfortunately in a pickle trying to get these reservations set for tomorrow. I’m sure Levi wouldn’t mind going with you, though.”
“Wouldn’t mind going where?” Levi calls from inside a cabinet, his back turned to you.
“Grocery shopping. We’re having dinner here tonight.” Erwin goes back to his typing, his eyes squinting as he reads along with something.
“Normally I’d say no, but this place has next to no tea and if I’m to survive this week, I need more than what the café had to offer.” Levi laments and finally wheels around to face your direction. Your eyes meet and you point to the elevator with a thumb. He nods and shuts the cabinet behind him before heading towards the doors.
“What do you want?” Levi mumbles over his shoulder towards Erwin.
“Whatever you two want. I trust you implicitly.” Levi grumbles more at Erwin’s response as he presses the button to call the elevator. It looks like whatever was on the menu for tonight fell onto the two of you.
.
The walk to the grocer was not a very long one. With every passing moment, you start to understand why Erwin chose this spot. It was close to everything you would need without having to rent a vehicle. However, because of how short the trip to the store was, it left you and Levi little to no time to decide what to make for dinner tonight.
Levi stands with his hands in his pockets as he stares at the selections of meat in front of him, lips pursed and eyes narrowed. You’re leaning against the shopping cart as you stare over his shoulder at the options. There were too many to choose from and you really had no idea what you wanted. You glance over to the glass case tucked into the corner of the store, filled to the brim with fresh fish and crustaceans sitting on a bed of ice. Levi didn’t even bother to look at it when you passed it the first time.
You both had already been here for half an hour, gathering small things for the rest of the trip like sunscreen, drinks, and snacks. Not to mention loose leaf tea in which Levi had spent 15 minutes of that time alone finding the right one. You would never tell him, but he is such a tea snob. You had mentioned taking a walk around as you both did the extra shopping to give yourself more time to think, but you find yourself still in decision paralysis as you stand shivering in front of the cooler.
“Any ideas yet?” You reach over and tap him on the back of the shoulder to get his attention.
‘Not yet. You?’ Levi clicks his tongue in slight frustration.
“Tch. Are we sure we don’t want to just eat out instead? It would save us the hassle.”
‘Levi.’
“Okay, okay. Pasta? How about pasta?” Levi points to the seafood bar. “With shrimp?” You stare at him incredulously, questioning if he can read your mind. But also confused, as you didn’t think he cared for it considering the uninterested tone. But still, you nod in approval, almost a little too enthusiastically. He hums back in response and gently pulls on the cart towards the freshly caught shrimp. You have no choice but to be tugged along.
You watch as Levi orders a pound of de-shelled shrimp in his usual monotone voice. The way his jawline tenses as he waits, the way his bottom eyelashes sit on his soft cheeks. His pouty lips, marred from his past mistakes. You don’t notice how hard you’re staring until his gray eyes cut over to you.
“What?”
‘Nothing, you just have an eyelash on your nose.’ Levi rubs his nose with a finger to rid of the imaginary lash.
“Better?” You nod, face heating up at being caught.
“Here you are sir.” The guy behind the counter calls out, holding a taped up package of the cold shrimp. “Anything else I can get you?”
“No, thank you.” Levi reaches over and takes it carefully before tossing it into the cart. He turns in your direction but looks past you to the aisles behind you. “Let’s go grab the rest of the ingredients and get out of here, yeah?”
With that, you and Levi weave and bob through the aisles you had once gone through already. Luckily with the grocer being so small to begin with, it didn’t take much time at all now that you knew what you were looking for. At one point Levi wanted something off a shelf but couldn’t reach. He stood there for a minute staring daggers into what looked like a package of shortbread biscuits. He of course didn’t say anything and instead twirled around and left down the aisle. You reached up to grab it after he disappeared around the corner and tucked it away into the cart.
To make it fair, you both decided to split the grocery bill and much to your surprise, it wasn’t as much as you thought it would be. If Levi wasn’t so stubborn, you would have offered to pay for it all. You can already picture Levi staring holes into your skull at such an offer.
When you get back, you note that not much has changed. Erwin is still on the sofa, scrolling through something and only stopping once he hears you placing paper grocery bags down on the counter. The TV is on, playing the local forecast for the rest of the week. It looks like sunshine and high temperatures.
“There you are. Find anything good?” Erwin places his laptop on the coffee table and stands up before making his way over to you and Levi. He sticks his hands in the bags to help unpack and eyes the fresh tomatoes, shrimp, and cream. Blue eyes then trail over the dry pasta that Levi currently held in his hands.
“Shrimp pasta?” He raises an eyebrow at you both.
‘Tuscan shrimp pasta.’ You correct him. ‘Levi’s idea.’
“Hm. Interesting.” Erwin chuckles at that and places it all down on the counter. You look up at him curiously as he does so.
‘What do you mean by that?’
Erwin leans down to whisper so that only you can hear while he sticks his hands back into the bag. Levi isn’t paying attention as he’s currently putting the cold ingredients away in the fridge.
“Pasta is one of his comfort foods. But the shrimp? He’s not a fan. Something must have changed his mind.” He pulls away and looks down at you with a gleam in his eye, an award winning smile blinding you. You fidget with the hem of your shirt as you consider his words.
‘Is Hange up yet?’
“No, but I did check on them. They are out like a light.”
‘I’m going to wash all this travel grime off then. Be right back.’ You turn on your heels to head towards your room at a brisk pace.
“So Levi...” You hear Erwin start just as you close the door behind you.
Hange is indeed passed out. When you left, they had their arm over their face. Now, they’re face down on their pillow and snoring away. Good thing you had moved their glasses when you did. You take a moment to gather some fresh lounge clothes before setting out your night wear for later. You take one last glance at your sister to make sure they were still breathing and close the bathroom door behind you.
The rest of the evening goes by in a blur. Hange had woken up by the time you got out of the shower – which took you a while to do as it was the nicest shower you have ever used. While you waited for Hange to clean up as well, you spent some time on the balcony looking out into the ocean as the sun lowered into the sky. Your skin warms in the golden light that came with this time of night. You watch as families pack up their things and leave the sandy shores, the sounds of small kids whining making their way up to you.
Dinner, as planned, took little to no time at all to make. Especially considering the four of you teamed up and tackled every part of it flawlessly, all working in sync. At some point, Erwin and Hange were on vegetable chopping duty which left you and Levi tending to the stove, stirring the cream sauce and sautéing shrimp respectively. You watch Levi out of the corner of your eye, noting how intently focused he is on the task at hand.
“You keep staring at me today, what’s up with that?” He doesn’t even look up when he speaks, choosing to do so once he finishes his sentence. Sharp gray eyes stare into your own and you force yourself to look away, opting to gaze down to the bubbling cream mixture before you.
‘I’m not.’
“Tch, could have fooled me.” His remark contains no traces of malice, so you know he’s not truly all that bothered.
‘Maybe you just have a slappable face,’ You tease. More like kissable, you think. Your cheeks flare at the flashing thought and mentally swat it away.
“I’d like to see you try.” A soft chuckle escapes his lips as he tosses some seasonings into the pan.
“Alright you two, stop flirting and move, the tomatoes are done.” Hange chirps from behind you.
Was that flirting? You don’t stop to dwell on it as you’re pushed away from the stove and far from Levi. You move to the other side of the island and lean against it as you watch Levi start arguing with Hange about something again. Erwin is doing his best to move them along before the food burns. You laugh to yourself at the scene unfolding before you, feeling your heart warm at it.
.
Whether it was from Hange’s soft snoring or the endless thoughts racing through your mind, you find yourself tossing and turning in bed. Reaching over to the side table, you pull your charging phone closer to you and click the side button, resulting in you flinching away at the sudden bright light. When your eyes adjust, you note the time reading well past three in the morning. You can already feel the imminent exhaustion for tomorrow.
You set the phone down carefully and push yourself up into a sitting position. Out the veranda glass doors, you spot the distant movement of ocean waves as the current pushes in and out of the shore. The reflection of the full moon glitters along the dark expanse. Without another thought, you pull yourself out of bed and throw on your thin jacket before padding out of the bedroom and through the front door.
Compared to this afternoon, the night is considerably colder and the breeze off the ocean made it even more so. You pull your jacket around you tightly, scolding yourself for not putting on more clothes. The bottom of your night dress ripples in the wind creating goosebumps up your legs. Besides the cold though, the night is gorgeous. There is quite a bit of light pollution from the night activities blaring through the streets so the stars are muted but otherwise it’s a very clear night, not a cloud in sight. The ocean, the moon, the muffled music in the background of the ultimately silent and peaceful night… you revel in it.
The waves lap the shore gently as you make your way over to the shoreline. Your bare feet digs through the soft sand and you chuckle to yourself. This is the first time you’ve ever been on something like this and it was strange. You get close enough to where the water stops and take a deep breath before taking a few steps more. When the salt water rushes over your feet, you jump in surprise. It’s a lot colder than you expected, but you chalk that up to the fact that the sun is no longer out to warm everything.
“Couldn’t wait until tomorrow to take a swim?” You hear a familiar voice grumble behind you. Startled yet again, you jump and snap your head to the visitor. Levi stands with his hands in his jogger’s pockets, black t-shirt billowing in the wind with his hair doing the same. The moonlight hits him like it always does, giving him a glow that only he can reflect.
‘It’s the only good time for skinny dipping.’ You sign back jokingly. He only rolls his eyes in response. He takes a few steps closer but not enough to get his feet wet, which you notice he’s completely laced up in sneakers. Must be the sand, you think.
“You’re a dummy. Can’t sleep?”
‘Too excited. I have a lot of thoughts.’
“Like what?” He smirks over to you and crosses his arms over his chest.
You walk over and stand beside him, tapping a finger on your chin like you’re lost in thought.
‘Like… what kind of sand mermaid I’m going to make you into tomorrow. Later today.’ You smile over at him.
“I’m sure whatever you choose, it will look great.” Levi huffs in amusement.
‘What’s keeping you up?’
“Perpetual insomnia…” He trails off and gives you a side eye before continuing on, “And I heard you leave.”
‘Afraid I might run off with someone in the night?’ You gain another huff from Levi, but he doesn’t say anything back. He shifts his weight, a subtle wince flashing across his face.
‘Need me to carry you, old man?’
“Oi, fuck off.”
Another cool breeze blows past, this time pulling your unzipped jacket back and exposing more of your skin to the open air. You’re now very aware of what you’re wearing in the presence of Levi. Not that you had planned to run into anyone, but you scold yourself again for not layering up even more. Your night dress didn’t show too much in terms of cleavage which was comforting. But then the fact that you had no bra on and the fabric was quite thin races through your mind. You catch his gaze flickering down before you can pull your jacket around you again. When you glance back up, he’s already looking in the opposite direction.
“The way I see it,” He clears his throat. “we can either walk along the beach until you’re tired enough to go to bed or we can head back and you can try your hand at sleeping now.” That was quite an ultimatum, you think. You rack your brain to see how tired you really were. Before, you might have head back after a bit. But now that Levi is here… well. You didn’t want to cut this moment short.
‘I don’t want to go back yet.’ Levi nods and starts off to the left, the soft crunch of sand emanating from every step. Yes, you were quite excited to see what else this trip had in store.

Just a cute story
(Doc didn't burn down his big mansion here because of the time machine)
Marty often came to Doc's big house. It's not difficult to get there - the key is always under the mat. Young McFly considered this large two-story mansion his second home, he felt good here, among the paintings of great scientists, among the beautiful interior, among the piles of drawings of diagrams, tables and everything else that lie everywhere. Marty, as written above, often came to the Doc. And often at night. He got out of the house through an open window, went downstairs with the help of a garbage can and entered Doc's house through the front door. Marty did not allow himself to loiter in the mansion, so he took off his shoes at the entrance, stepping quietly and carefully, bypassing Einstein's couch - a small basket with pillows. The fireplace crackles softly, a big shaggy dog sniffs softly.. It's just wonderful. Here Marty often had goosebumps from the soft warmth, here his eyes were stuck together.
On the first such visit, Marty didn't even think about going and visiting his friend. He had just left the house, wandered through the night streets of the city, his feet led him to the mansion by themselves. McFly was a little worried that Doc might not approve of such a late-night visit, but his hand reached under the rug on its own, opening the door. Marty went inside and took off his sneakers first, heading into the living room. Einstein was surprised to see the guy, but waved his tail amiably, lifting his muzzle from the couch.
— Hello, Einstein..
Marty smiled, squatted down and stroked the dog's head, which made him bark softly in approval. After a few minutes of petting, Marty got up, walked over to the couch and sat down on it, stretching out his legs. Where's the Doc? Probably in his garage nearby... The guy yawned, lay down on the sofa and pressed himself against its back. Then another yawn, another, and McFly fell asleep to the ticking of an antique clock. Brown, in turn, returned to the house in the morning, again spent the whole night developing a device for a tenderizer (a hammer for beating meat) in order to prepare the meat for cooking on his own. There were bruises, but a more or less satisfied Doc returned home, going to the kitchen. Along with a cup of tea, he wanted to listen to a radio program about some scientist, but when he entered the living room, he noticed his friend on the couch. Brown rubbed his eyes with one hand-perhaps he was hallucinating because of lack of sleep? No, Marty is real, sleeping and disheveled. Doc put the mug of tea on the table next to him, came over and gently ran his hand over McFly's shoulder. He stirred slightly, but did not wake up. Doc wasn't listening to the radio today.
Marty woke up closer to 10 a.m., sleepy got up from the couch, successfully applying his cheek and leaving folds on the skin from the upholstery of the sofa. He looked around the living room, remembering what was going on, when Doc came up to him and carefully sat down next to him.
— Good morning. How did you sleep?
Marty shuddered slightly, turning to Brown and rubbing his eyes.
— Em... I'm fine, thanks..
— Are you awake enough to explain to me how you got into my house?
McFly frowned slightly, trying to figure out if Doc would scold him or not.
— Well, you know.. Dave's snoring can be heard behind one wall, and Linda and her friend's endless giggling can be heard behind the other.. I'm sorry, I shouldn't have come to you unannounced.
Brown looked at McFly, that little tousled sparrow, and patted him on the shoulder with a smile.
— It's all right, Marty. I'm not angry. Now I'll know for sure that I can catch you sleeping when I get home. Do you want to have breakfast?
Brown radiated kindness itself, Marty's sleepy eyes lit up, and he immediately nodded, and then cheerfully headed for the kitchen. Doc's cooking often left much to be desired, but McFly enjoyed eating everything he cooked.

ACAB its not just a slogan or a meme.
police make everywhere feel so unsafe.
when you aren't one of the demographic they serve (landowning upper class white cishet people). i don't even think about calling the cops if my life is danger. I did that one time. they arrested me.
if there was a murder need investigating, sure, but i wouldn't trust that they would actually put any effort into the search based on who my friends tend to be.
in this city, they paid serial killers on the force 500,000 pension to "retire" and then get hired again by another county force the next year. everytime a cop car drives by, I imagine that verified murderers and accomplices, heavily armed and angry, are in the drivers seat. how is that NOT a fucking "gang"?
I'm white. I'm never going to understand the particuarly terrifying relationship Black Americans or Native people have with the police.
but when other middle class people make jabs at "unsafe" neighborhoods and places...they forget elite, rich neighborhoods can be just as deadly if you don't look like its residents. My blood pressure rises whenever i have to drive my junker truck with the taped over window into a wealthy area, or park near businesses where most of the other cars are shiny. recently all the side streets in this city have been full of "NO PARKING" signs to target houseless folks. In Kentucky they're working on passing the H5 bill the "Safer Kentucky Act" - which would decriminalize shooting homeless people. and criminalize sleeping in your car. and implement a three strike rule, which can lead to a life sentence or execution.
state sponsored execution for being "undesirable" think about that. they get to just decide who gets to live and die? for being "dirty" or using substances? for being disabled by a disabling virus?
its easy to let ACAB become a slogan and not think about why cops are bastards if you aren't exposed to dangerous situations regularly, and then default to them in a panic when the chips are down. because you haven't seen it. you're the white church mom I used to know posting about how nice the cops were to her when she got pulled over. the lady who makes her blonde friend drive when they go on road trips because she can get out of tickets. but once you witness the level of betrayal and mishandling in the criminal injustice system, the level of abuse and violence, the way your neighbors and friends are trigger-happy to use this armed gang against you the second you're perceived as "out of control, "the second that violence touches you it becomes so obvious these bastards are not your friends and never can be.
unless you adopt the ideology necessary to justify their aggressions against yourself and your neighbors. and even then. you ever seen some wacko with a Blue Lives Matter wrap get pulled over? its funny but also it shows, nothing will protect you. cops are doing heavy PR right now. town halls, coffee and donuts. they're recruiting for the upcoming militarization that's coming in response to Palestine protests and this horror show election in November.
Amerikkkan cops are heavily infiltrated and practically equivalent in many cities to other white supremacist, militant gangs. They are militarizing more and more rapidly. Using AI and integrating with the court system, more survelliance, more rules for how you're allowed to exist in public. think about that. why should it matter? if you loiter, if you skateboard, if you wear glasses or masks? you are being trained to see yourself and your neighbors as potential-crime-committers rather than human beings. we are self-survelling. reporting. getting off on correcting and ignoring eachother. What Israel is doing is a mirror held to our collective potential future. and you should be very, very alarmed. Fuck the cops. Fuck the prisons. Fuck the detention centers. We already have the Gestapo and the camps. Look the fuck around.

Lost into you(Avi x Femreader )
Tumblr media
Y/n pov:
*Leaning back in my seat I rest my hand out of the car window* it was currently spring break for collage so me and my friends decided to take a trip away from the big city for a bit ava was my bestfriend
*Looking outside I watched as we parked outside in a parking lot and got out of the car and grabbed my things* "Are you ready to finally get laid?"Ava said "Funny seriously but no"I said sarcastically
----
*getting into the house I walked to my room and set my bag down and sit down sighing and got up before unpacking my clothing and stuff and walk into the kitchen to see Kyle there* "Hey"He said "hey I'm going to go out and explore the city"I said
*grabbing my camera I left the apartment and walk around the city taking pictures of the city* it was truly beautiful here I was majoring in photography
*walking to the food booth I took some pictures of it and then I looked around before walking away taking pictures of the buildings*

*getting back to the apartment I saw Kyle and Ava getting all dressed up* "Where are you guys going?"I asked "oh uh shayne said there is a party tonight"Ava said "Oh uh count me out"I said "Come on it be fun"Ava said "ava I don't know "I said
*I sighed as I let Ava helped me with my hair and makeup* "you look great you're definitely getting laid for sure tonight"Ava said "Yeah I don't know about that but I guess I'm ready"I said
The party was a normal one with people dancing and alcohol everywhere I was just in the middle of it all Ava was off dancing with Kyle somewhere shayne was god knows where and I was just left alone with my thoughts
*Walking out to the balcony I grabbed a cigarette out of my purse and light it up before inhaling some and blew the smoke out* "Got anymore of that?"Shayne asked "Oh uh yeah"I said*I pulled a cigarette out of my purse and give it to Shayne* "Hey Shayne!"A male voice said *I looked over as I saw a tall guy with dark brown hair come up to Shayne* "Hey Avi"She said he was handsome.... "who's this?"He asked looking at me "Oh this is y/n my friend the one I told you about the other day the uh photographer"Shayne said *I smiled slightly* "Hi"I said "Hi"He said as his eyes lingered on me "You ladies enjoying the party?"Avi said "Hell yeah I'm having a blast"Shayne said *putting my cigarette out I smile slightly* "Hey shay I think I'm gonna go back to the apartment enjoy yourself though"I said
-------
*Getting back to the apartment I walked to the bathroom and wiped off my makeup and stripped out of my dress before changing into my pajamas and tied my hair up in a bun before going to my bed and open my computer and looked at the photos I got*
*Waking up the next day I went to the bathroom and took a shower before changing into a croptop and jean shorts before sliding on my shoes and I let my hair down and brushed it and grabbed my camera*
*leaving the apartment I made my way towards the beach but stopped when I saw Avi at the street he was checking out some other women* well he sure is busy
*walking to the beach I took photos of it* "Beautiful isn't it?"A voice said behind me *looking up from my camera I saw Avi standing there* "It sure is"I said "Are you always using that?"He asked *I smiled abit* "something like that do you want to be in them?"I asked
*Helping him get into a pose I took a few photos of him and smiled* "it looks great"I said *I walked up and showed him* "Your got an eye for this don't you?"he asked "I mean I guess"I said "Come on"Avi said taking my hand "where are we going?"I asked "We are going to get you more photos"Avi said
*getting to an abandoned building I begin to take pictures of it* "What happened here?"I asked "It was war"Avi said "I'm sorry I didn't know"I said "it's okay"Avi said
-----
*sitting down I smiled as I cheered Avi with a glass of beer and drink some* "So what made you want to do photography?"Avi asked "I've been doing since I was a little kid to be honest I wanted to travel the world and I'm finally living up to my word"I said "Well your amazing at it"Avi said "Thank you "I said "So are you seeing anyone back at home?"Avi asked "Oh uh no I'm not"I said
*Getting back into the apartment I set my bag down walking over to Ava and I smiled* "You all smiley"Ava said "I just had some fun"I said "There has to be more to it"Ava said "She was definitely out with Avi"Kyle said coming into the room "How the hell did you know?"I asked "I saw him drop you off from the window"Kyle said "Avi huh?"Ava asked teasing "it's not like that he's just a friends"I said
He wasn't just a friend I felt myself slowly getting attached to him he was something something to me
*Standing next to Shayne I was sipping my drink* "I'm surprised that you came here so easily"Shayne said "She wanted to see her boyfriend"Kyle joked "You have a boyfriend?"Shayne asked "No shay Kyle is an idiot he thinks I have a thing for Avi"I said "He doesn't think he knows come on you basically eye fucked him all night you clearly want him"Shayne said "you guys are definitely on something"I said
*Going outside I light up a cigarette and inhale before blowing the smoke out* "Didn't take you for being a smoker"Avi said *looking at him I smiled* "I didn't really either"I said "So what are you doing out here?"Avi asked "needed some peace and quiet"I said "ahh that makes sense"Avi said they were definitely right about him... "Hey uh Avi are you seeing anyone?"I asked
----
*waking up the next morning I turned to see Avi laying next to me and I bring my hand up to his hair and move it away from his face* he was beautiful more beautiful then anything I have ever took a picture of
*getting back to the apartment I saw Kyle first he was smirking at me* "So how was the hook up?"He asked "Shut up Kyle"I said "Just happy you are finally having fun"Kyle said *I rolled my eyes playfully*
----
*editing the photos I had from the other day I smiled when I got to Avi's photo* Was it just a hook up? *Looking up I saw Ava come into my room* "hey you do realize Kyle is planning for Avi to come over tonight?"Ava said "how come I didn't know I look like shit"I said "chill out you still got time and I can help you again I just wanted to tell you because I know you have a thing for him"Ava said of course she would know since she is my bestfriend "fine you caught me"I said
*changing into a white dress I walked out to the kitchen and pour myself something to drink as Kyle walked in with Avi I looked down at my cup as I felt Avi's eyes on me* we haven't talk since the night we hooked up
*joining everyone in the room I sat down next to Ava as I hugged the pillow and listened to the guys talked about weird things I turn to Ava* "how is your writing going?"I asked "I haven't been able to come up with anything yet"Ava said"I'm sure you will "I said
*getting up I made my way towards the kitchen and refilled my cup and I looked over as Avi came in with his cup* "hey can we talk for a minute?"He asked "sure what is it?"I asked "The other night was great and I was wondering if you maybe want to see where it leads us I can start taking you on dates you know?"Avi said *I smiled as I felt heat rush up into my cheeks* "Yeah I think I will like that Alot"I said
-----
*curling my hair I smiled as I looked myself over in the mirror* I was wearing a blue dress with black heels and my hair down and curled and my makeup done for once I didn't feel like I look like I was falling completely apart
*coming out of my room I heard whistling* "Damn you look good"Kyle said "Yeah you look like a goddess"Ava said *I laugh as I grabbed my purse* "thank you guys"I said "Oh and y/n have fun tonight don't be to nervous"ava said
*looking out the window I saw Avi pull up on his motorcycle* "he's here so I'll talk to you guys later"I said "you better I want to know everything"Ava said "I'll catch you up later!"I said
*walking down the stairs I made my way towards Avi's bike as he stared at me* "God you look so beautiful"He said *i smiled* "Thank you your the handsome"I said
----
*Entering inside the restaurant I walked over to sit down and Avi sit down right across from me* "So uh tell me about yourself"Avi said with a goofy smile "well I'm a collage student"I said "how is that going?"He asked "it can be stressful but it's great"I said "you know your the first girl I have ever gotten serious about it's just something about you that just drawls me in"Avi said
*I smile as we walked down the street hand in hand I then pulled away* "Hey stand over there"I said *pulling out my camera I took a picture of him*
-----
It's been weeks since the first date and we been going out since then I realized I really do like Avi so much and tonight will be the night I'll tell him
*walking inside with Kyle I heard moaning coming from the living room feeling confused me and Kyle shared a look before going inside I saw Ava on top of Avi*
"oh my God"I said out loud which caused the two to look at me "Y/n-"Avi started
*turning around I quickly ran down the stairs as I run away from the apartment we were renting as I make my way to somewhere private as I felt my vision get blurry* my bestfriend and the guy I like.....good to know where I stand maybe I was just a little distraction
------
*standing next to Shayne I sighed* "You still haven't talked to Ava have you?"She asked "I just can't right now I haven't even faced Avi yet"I said "I think you're hurt y/n so I'll give you time "Shayne said
*walking over to the bar I picked up a glass of campaign and downed* "Y/n?"Ava said *turning towards her I raised an eyebrow* "look I'm sorry just everything happened so fast I don't feel anything for avi"She said
"it's fine I can't stay mad at you I mean you're my bestfriend after all just please don't ever hurt me like that again"I said with a small smile "I won't"she said
*I watched as she looked past me as she tensed up turning around I saw Avi in the floor below us he was staring at me looking away I walk away from her*
-------
*as I grabbed my purse I walk downstairs but stopped when I felt someone grabbed my shoulder I look over my shoulder* "what do you want Avi?"I asked "I get your mad at me right now but Kyle is really drunk"Avi said
*getting Kyle in his bed with the help of Avi I sighed* "god he drinks alcohol like it's water"I said "hey can I talk to you for a second?"Avi asked "not tonight I'm not in the mood to forgive you yet"I said
*leaving Kyle's room I went to my own as I let my hair out of the pinned up bun I shake my head as it was free and grabbed a makeup*
"you look beautiful tonight by the way"Avi said as he was leaning against the door frame "I don't want to talk"I said "just give me a minute"Avi begged *I sighed before looking at him* "fine come inside and shut the door"I said
*I watched as he came in and shut the door behind him* "I don't have any feelings for Ava I guess I was caught up in the moment but she didn't make me feel the same way you made me feel she didn't even get close to make me feel how you made me feel she doesn't have you're pretty face or your beautiful smile shs doesn't have you're sweeting laugh she doesn't make me feel the million little butterflies you do she isn't you and I just can't loose you"Avi said
*staring at him I felt a warm tear roll down my cheek* "why did you do it in the first place?"I asked "because all this new feeling they were new to me and I felt overwhelmed but the truth is I just want to be with you"Avi said "I was going to tell you that I wanted to make us a official that night Avi and I still do but I just don't know now because I don't want to be hurt again"I said *I watched as he stands up and walked over to me as he pulls me into his chest* "I won't hurt you not ever not ever again the truth is I love you y/n ever since shay introduced us"Avi said "okay okay I forgive you just dont fucking hurt me again"I said
*leaning up I kissed him as he wrapped his arms around me and pulled me closer before leading me to the bed*
------
*climbing into the back seat I smiled as Avi climbed in after me as he wrapped his arm around me as I looked at the photos I got over the break* "I cant believe it's over"I said "Me neither"Kyle said

Okay so its too late at night and I'm having thoughts so here's
Reasons I think Brazil would have no problems with a zombie apocalypse
Based on a conversation me and a friend had a few months ago (maybe last year)
1. Cemeteries
Okay. First off- we're used to seeing zombie movies taking place in the US, right? And from all the movies I've seen, american graves are like a hole on the ground?? And of course the fellas would crawl out easy (they'd still have to get out of the casket but we'll imagine they managed that already
Now, I don't know 'bout all of my fellow brazilians but all of the many funerals I've been to, when they lower a casket they put a few concrete slabs above it. Now- let us think
Its hard enough for a zombie to crawl out of the wood, but then move concrete slabs??? And then we have these bad boys:
Tumblr media
Those things above the grave surely would make the zombies be stuck for a while, right??? I've seen alive people struggle to move those lids-
And I took plenty of walks through cemeteries to know that the zombies would be having a HARD time navigating through those bitches. They're all uneven?????? I trip all the time and have fallen more than once and I'm alive enough to calculate my steps
Also. Gates. Never seen a brazilian cemetery without gates. But lets say the zombies do get through, so now we move onto subject 2;
2. Temperature
I'm sorry but you CANNOT tell me that a zombie would make it through the Brazilian weather!!! Not a way in hell
I can barely make it through the heat of here, a dead person would not!!! Never!!!
They be far beyond decomposed as soon as they manage to get out of their graves, with how hot this place is. Sure there are the colder places and the ines that rain, but that'd also not help?????
Without a beating heart to keep the body warm, that shit will freeze. They'd be so fucked down ere on the South tbh, especially high places
And lets say they are from somewhere rainy. The zombies are already decomposing and being rained on??? Just?? They'll be falling apart by the time they reach the road
But okay. The virus keeps them from decomposing at normal speeds. Next:
3. Critters
Tell me the sheer amount of street dogs would not be eating that free meat up, I dare you. Not a word about our caramelos, they're the biggest help 🐕
They'll be fighting over that amount of food. Sure the zombies may walk but they're too slow and there are simply Too Many strays everywhere?? Sometimes they even walk around in gangs
And that's not to say bout the other nasty fellas like my big boys: vultures. They'll be so happy- and everywhere there's vultures. They'll feast✨️✨️✨️ but also flies
Moscas. They'll be everywhere but putting their larvae on the zombies will sure help them decompose????? I hope??????????????????????????????? Anyway, if none of that works:
4. Walls
Unlike all photos, videos and movies of American houses I see, we have walls protecting ours. A giant variety of them with many ways to keep people out
I cannot believe a zombie would go up a 3 meter high wall with glass shards on top and barbwire that Zenaide and José built 40 years ago because there was one (1) single break in in the city around that time. Nuh-uh
And there's the ones with all of that AND electric fence on top. We live inside prisons of maximum security just so we don't get robbed
The zombie's not getting past our defenses!!!!!! And if they do.
5. Bars on every window and door
My house has them. Every single window, even the bathroom ones. And both of our doors, too.
A lot of houses have them in addition to the high ass prison walls. Sure they may get past the walls but I want to see them try and get inside the house.
6. Zombies are slow
This one depends but mostly, they really are slow- so you'd have time to prepare, I guess??? Could even still go to work?? If your vejicle is fast enough???
I can very well see a scenario where everything keeps happening but we just act like the zombies are a minor nuisance like- oh yeah I guess I'll go to João's birthday party yeah. They built a new wall and gate :/ hard to see which houe is it oh uh oop there it is! The one with the ugly graffiti :D just lemme go through here- yep- gotta outrun Seu Jorge here-
Anyway. Yeah. I can see brazilians still going to work like "uuhhhhg if I have to I guess :/ "
7. Hygiene
We do have the fame of being very clean so the disease would be very less likely to spread (i hope). And in line with my prior point, if we still work there'll still be clean water and food and what not
Just don't think too hard about it ok? Ok
8. Roads
The stupid ass infrastructure of this stupid ass country is shit. The ground is uneven as all hell and there's no accessibility almost at all
You tell me if a dead person can walk through here without falling- they can't. Just can't.
We literally have anniversay parties for holes on the road if they stay there long enough, you cannot come here and think that a zombie will be able to navigate through without eating the ground first
9. Big ass country
Giant.
10. Day-to-day life is already a struggle
What? We already have to walk around with wide eyes and cluthing our stuff close or someone could just snatch it away
What is walking just more alert so you're not bitten??? I mean, its nothing too big. A zombie is better than two guys in a motorbike anyway
I for one already walk around like everyone can and will eat me if they have the chance, so upping the game up to creatures that actually will eat me is not that big of a step.
That being said, I'd still end up dying in very stupid way 💀
----------------------------------------------
Feel free to add more reasons, my fellow BRs!! Or gringos (maybe)!!

Before I start studying I wanted to record the dream/nightmare I had this morning because despite the fact it left me shaken I am SO DAMN PROUD OF HOW I HANDLED IT
Like
This is a recurring dream, I am sort of stuck in a Jurassic Park situation with dinosaurs loose around a city however this time, despite the chaos and danger going on outside, despite the fact there are DINOSAURS IN MY KITCHEN ABOUT TO POUNCE ON ME
I am very calm and discover a new way out of bad dreams; secret passages!
See usually in a dream where I'm under attack from some unstoppable force, dinosaurs or aliens or serial killers idk I get it all, I tend to panic and either head straight at the danger, or run out of the closed space I'm in (my house usually) into the street. Unfortunately the street is either more dangerous or I'm suddenly moving extremely slowly and bam, die. Dead.
A dream I had a few months ago where I was dealing with family and trying to get my siblings out of the house had a very nice, easy solution; we stole our dad's van and left while my family argued during the apocalypse 💀. It was fun though, we found a flying setting and went to go rescue our friends, kinda a Sparticle Mystery vibe about it. So some of my dreams, yeah I've started coming up with new ways out
But this was unprecedented and extremely smart and fun, so we were in the middle of the Jurassic Park 2 situation, you know, a dinosaur in New York I think, only we had more than one and these guys..... were kind of evil. Sentient, vengeful, and coordinated. Not all of them were sentient, but the larger ones were, the t-rex, the spinosaurus, I'm pretty sure they were communicating with me but telepathically, taunting me, telling me there was no way out.
Except I had been expecting this, I was about to run out into the street, because I was being chased through my house by those Velociraptors from Jurassic World, but I stopped at the opening of the door, staring at the people screaming and running everywhere and realised no, I can't go out there, I WILL die.
"There's always a way out, you know this is a dream, so think"
Physics in my dreams are odd, things like... once you open a door you can't close it because the door frame expands and doesn't fit the door anymore. The door falls, lets the horrors in, but this time I concentrated and shut the door firmly, but concentrated on doing it as a casual action otherwise it wouldn't work. I then turned to the coat rack next to the door and pulled a lever, revealing secret steps down into tunnels and a gadget room
I grinned, and grabbed everyone to go with me
From there we kept moving from location to location, trying to outwit the dinosaurs while collecting the people we needed to rescue, like some of the Jurassic Park scientists as well as my friends. At some point we would get trapped in a bad situation, but I'd focus my mind on a "memory" of building a secret room or tunnel in the place we were in and we could leave, hiding away.
Only the dinosaurs started to catch on and a couple of times it turned very tense, I think we finally made it to my house (we started in one of the civilian houses from JP 2, America) and I was hoping we were home and safe, I was standing in my attic and there I heard and saw the t-rex looming outside my window. I crouched down and tried to hide but not before he smashed his head through, growling that I needed to give in. He looked like he was smiling, it was sadistic and malevolent.
I was furious. He'd taken some of my friends, and my siblings, and it turned out he'd used some of the more corrupt members of my family to track me down. They laid a trap for me, and though I escaped it was a near miss as they saw me go down a staircase behind a bookcase.
The rest of the dream is a little more hazy... and upsetting because the family member in question is the predator uncle, so something.... happened. Otherwise it would have just been an interesting adventure dream but... they caught me at some point and... *shudders* anyway, things happened.
Towards the end of the dream I'm running through alleyways and across rooftops frantically, I've got what are essentially rudimentary webslingers and I'm just about making it across the city, I'm in New York now. I think I've gotten some people safe, i can't remember, but I'm being pursued by raptors, and I'm heading towards what I know is a trap. But there's no other choice, I need to save my little sister.
I've got a serum to inject into the dinosaurs but it's experimental and who knows if it will work, when they finally catch up to me, I'm sure I'll be torn apart alive but they start fighting over me, a pterodactyl attacking the velociraptor chasing me. I fall, not managing to find a foothold or anywhere to anchor my webslingers to, and the last thing I see is that t-rex's face... it's cruel and... terrifying, it looks like Cruelty from my Sylkie poem.... from my nightmares. Only that thing was worse in this dream, he didn't just try to hurt me, him and my uncle... they tried to...
I shut my eyes because I'd rather be dead now.
Woke up shivering.

Issue 1
@mikkokomori
Throughout the night, that venom from the spider bite did its thing. Circling through his blood stream and altering his blood and DNA. Hero tossed and turned in his sleep as this happened. Hero woke up with a start.
"W-what happened?" He thought. He tried to get up but, his hands were stuck to the bed!
"AAAAA!" He yelled, waking Kel up.
"Hero? What's going on?" Kel asked.
"I don't know!" Hero screamed as he tried to unstick himself before tearing the bed and falling.
"WHATS GOING ON-" Hero shot something out of his wrist. A web. A look of fear crossed Hero's face.
"No! No no no no no no no no no no no no no no no WHATS HAPPENING TO ME?! WHATS GOING ON?!" Hero screamed, backing into the wall before getting stuck again.
"H-Hero?" Kel asked, before a web shot at him. Hero looked horrified and climbed out the window, running off.
"WAIT HERO!" Kel yelled before running out of the house. Hero ran away, getting scared by a car honk and shooting a web, which then dragged him forward after it hit something. Hero hit a clothesline and a tree. His face was obscured by clothes, leaves, and sticks. In his blind panic he ended up heading towards the city, while Kel took the car and tried to follow him. As he drove, Sunny called.
"Hey Kel. A supervillain, the Octo girl, I dunno, Doc Ock, is attacking the city and this weird web slinging guy is freaking out and breaking things. Can you pick me up and take me to Faraway?" He asked. He did that whenever a villain attacked.
"Web slinging guy? THATS HERO!" Kel said and hung up on a confused Sunny. He slammed on the gas. When he finally got to the city, police cars were everywhere. There were destroyed buildings, and webs everywhere. Kel had to park and get out. Kel ran in the direction of an explosion. His brother was in danger probably!
Running past police, through the webs and rubble, as he tried to locate Hero!
Eventually, Kel saw the Supervillain, ties up in a web. She looked PISSED! As she was taken away, Kel saw something fall into an ally. He ran over there. Running past a camera facing him on the ground, he saw Hero. Tangled in his own web. He looked scared.
"H-Hero?" Kel asked.
"Get away! I don't know what's going on! I'm a freak!" Hero yelled, trying to get away.
"No you're not, you're my big brother! And I mean, you beat a Supervillain!" Kel said.
"I did?" Hero asked, starting to calm down a bit.
"...You defeated a Supervillain on accident!" Kel said. A car pulled up. Aubrey, Basil and Sunny got out.
"You're lucky I was able to steal this car. Otherwise we wouldn't have made it!" She said. They then noticed Hero.
"It's not safe here! Get him in the car, before Molly's sister come for revenge!" Basil said, looking around nervously. Sunny approached Hero, and took out a steak knife.
"Why do you have that? Didn't Kel take it away?" Basil asked. Sunny said nothing as he cut through the web.
"OK Hero, just stay calm. When you get free, get in the car. PROMISE me you'll get in the car!" Kel said. He only just noticed how tear stained Hero's face was. Once free, he got into the car, as the kids drove off. Hero was silent as Kel sat next to him.
"Hey Hero. You know, you've got superpowers now! You could be a Superhero! Y-you could stop those bad guys from attacking us!" Kel said. Hero looked away. Kel understood. Waking up to having the abilities of your worst fear must be hard. He gave Hero a hug as Aubrey pulled into Sunny's house.
"We'll figure this out! It'll all be just fine!" Kel said, a big smile on his face. Hero couldn't help but smile back. Once they got to Sunny's house, Hero collapsed on the couch. Sunny's mom was never home, it would be fine.
Meanwhile. The camera in the ally was gone. And none of the Faraway friends took...

Grandma Al Story: That time I was almost kidnapped by band dudes?
I write a lot about how I went to concerts and did a lot of fun shit when I was a young teen. Here's a story about a time when things got weird.
It was the summer between eighth and ninth grade. Since sprouting boobs (Bewbs) the year before, I had become an ageless being who could be anywhere between eleven to twenty five depending on the day and my clothes. This was convenient when I wanted something, but it made walking down the street really unpleasant because suddenly cat-callers were everywhere.
So, I was walking by the park with one of my friends when this windowless white van pulled up next to us and the guy rolls down his window. Immediately, I'm thinking "He's either going to say something gross about my tits, or we're going to die."
Instead, dude says "Hey-- this is weird, but are either of you a singer?"
I lived and breathed singing.
The guy explained that they were getting a band together and that none of them could sing. They thought they would try their luck and see if either my friend or I would be interested.
I could have (should have) kept walking, but instead I stopped and looked at this guy, some twenty-something vaguely nondescript, sort of handsome white guy in a van with his friends who I couldn't really see, and thought through the massive alarm bells going off in my head "this could be the chance of a lifetime."
So I said, "Yeah. Give me your number."
Friends.
Don't do that.
I proceeded to walk up to the driver's window and take a piece of paper that this guy had scribbled his name and number down on. In another story, this is the part where I got abducted. Luckily, that didn't happen in this timeline.
I took this dude's number and assured him that I would give him a call, which, you probably guessed, I actually did.
When I called him, I was like, "so what's the deal, were you just going to drive around city parks looking for girls who will sing in your band until you find somebody who will say yes?"
And he said-- this is etched into my brain, and I know it is accurate: "Well, I'm not supposed to be driving because I got too many DUIs."
I told him my dad, a retired marine, wouldn't let me be in his band. I lived with my single mother at the time, but I figured it couldn't hurt.

23 and 25 my friend
23. Describe the physical environment in which you write. Be as detailed as possible. Tell me what’s around you as you work. Paint me a picture.
Ohhhh gosh. Okay, well. I usually write in my dorm room, sitting on my bed. The curtains are usually open, because while my roommate will leave them shut constantly, I need sunlight to function as a human being. So the curtains are pulled back, and the light is streaming in. Outside the window, there are a dusting of trees and hills that I've never climbed, primarily because it seems like a long walk, and I've just never worked up the courage and resilience. The school president's house is over there, somewhere, hidden behind a grove of trees. I went there once, and it was one of the coolest houses I've ever seen. He also was holding a party. That may have been part of the reason that it was so cool.
Anyways, in my dorm room, I have a ton of posters on the walls, and a tiny calendar. Almost all the posters are of impressionist paintings. They make me a little sad to look at, because I've never seen any of the real paintings. I'm surrounded by cheap reproductions of art that no man could ever buy, anymore. There's a watercolor painting on the back of my heavy wooden door. I did it myself, at a painting night. It's a post-apocalyptic picture of a sunset, with the wreck of a city in a valley, and nature slowly reclaiming what belongs to it. From the ruin, a tiny wisp of smoke floats up, and that's the only way you know that someone survived the horrors that came before. Then again, this was all painted by me, and I, my friends, am not a very good artist.
There are stacks of books on the desk next to my bed. I rarely sit there. It operates like a large shelf, coated in stacks of books and paper and art supplies, filled with pencils and notebooks and my first aid kid and stickers. It's a cute set up, for sure, and I would sit there much more often, if it weren't for a few things. The chair is the wrong height and the desk is an even worse height, so when you sit on the chair at the desk, your legs are stuck, slightly smashed, in between the desk and the chair. It's dreadfully annoying, so I sit on my bed.
My bed is covered in blankets, one from each of my grandmothers, and an ombre blue comforter. It's got pillows and my stuffed animals, who I always feel slightly self conscious about having, except in my head I know that every female college student has at least one stuffed animal, they just be better or worse at hiding them. I situate myself directly in the middle of my bed, and I will say, it's a very comfy place to be. I've got a lap desk my brother gave me for my birthday a while back, and it's cracked and chipped and beat up, covered in pencil dust and nail polish drippings, but I love it and love using it. I'll use it fairly often, if I remember, because it's a lot more comfortable for my back and head and posture. It also says "You're doing amazing!" at the top. I think it was made for a little kid. I don't care.
I've got a light on the edge of my desk, and once the sun starts to set, I have to turn it on. My roommate and I don't talk at all, for no reason except that we never tried, so she'll come in and out of the room. Her side of our room is cluttered. There's chaos everywhere on her side, overflowing bags of food and paper and stacks of books slowly cascading to meet their untimely end at the floor. Mine is mostly put together, except for the sloping stacks of books. Usually I put in earbuds and listen to music while I work, and some days I try to multitask and get two birds out of the way with one stone and listen to a podcast or youtube video at the same time as I write(not a good choice, either the writing will be garbage or I won't get anything out of the video).
The night wears on, and if I'm lucky I'll type out enough of a story to satisfy me. Around eleven, I'll feel my brain start to click off, and wind up watching something on Youtube for real, this time. I'll snap my laptop shut a little bit later than I wanted, originally, and then go get ready for bed, my head filled with a sort of static that usually only happens once you run out of words to say. If I take a shower, I'll have a mental breakthrough and probably write for another twenty minutes after i get out, simply because I know if I don't write down my idea, it will be lost to the sands of time.
Anyways. Yeah. that's what it looks like where I write my stories. :D
25. What is a weird, hyper-specific detail you know about one of your characters that is completely irrelevant to the story?
For a given fanfic character, probably that the Dizznees have a TV. It's irrelevant and I never use that scrap of information, primarily because I fantasize about living in a world without screens to haunt all of our interactions and free time. I don't want people to watch TV mindlessly. I want them to sit around a fire and enjoy each other's company. It's my fanfic writing, I'll do what I want.
For an original character.... uhm. Amy and Tessa met in third grade, after Tessa switched from private school to public school. *shrugs* It means nothing to you, and it's also completely irrelevant to the story about them. It's so focused on their current happening that the past happenings don't matter. Y'all don't even know what story they're from lol. I should post that sometime.
Thanks for the asks! From this ask game.

Festivals make me realize, how alone I really am...
In the midst of December, like hundreds of other december evenings happening around this city...my friend was getting married. Well not exactly married...it was her "Mehedi Shondhya"
The stage was set, the Bride arrived earlier than everyone, Colors were splashing from everywhere. I don't usually get invited to these kind of events you know? I have only seen these BIG BIG Mehedi Shondyas on facebook posts, insta stories.
My friend was looking absolutely lovely, although she was under a lotta stress. I guess it's a bride thing. Then all the usual things happened.
Young people came together, got on the stage, and tried to dance with all the trashy bollywood cliche songs...ended up making fools of themselves. Polapaan enjoyed their friend's or sister's marriage to the fullest. It was really...wholesome to see, it really was.
The thing was...I always found myself standing somewhere, very awkwardly. It was like, I was in a glass cabinet. I'm in there, in the cabinet. I can see everyone, and they can see me, but I'm kinda separated. All these songs, dance, laughter, colors were making me feel...
ALONE.
It felt like I was watching the whole thing through a window. I'm there... but not quite there. All these things are over for me completely. It was wholesome, absolutely wholesome but... but..at the same time heartbreaking. Does that make sense? Does it?
It does... it does to me. I don't have any answer why. When I could call myself...young, I could act. I could act all day long. I can't anymore, I am sorry. I'm sorry. It's too heavy, too heavy. I can't, I can't carry myself anymore.
Look, my friend's getting married, to the person of her dream. It fills my heart to the brim. It's so gratifying to see her so happy. When everyone was busy bantering and dancing, I was trying to get a look at them. They seemed so happy. Then it hit me a bit...
it's probably never gonna happen to me.
hundreds of knives through my heart, liver, brain...
Thousands of knives through my soul.
I don't long for you anymore, believe me. I feel like an absolute fool, whenever I find myself thinking about you. You don't exist anymore. Neither do I. I don't wanna exist anymore.
You used to take a glance, just a glance and knew what I was about to say, or what storm was going on. At least you somehow knew that there was a storm inside me that I am struggling to contain.
But that day, I cut myself open before your eyes. I carried out a fucking Post-mortem on my soul.
And you saw nothing, well isn't that a funny thing?
I kept failing and failing and failing. In the end, I am failing at things that require no effort. I stood behind a tree, and saw everyone. I'm standing there yet I'm miles away.
It was a night of december. The brightest colors couldn't touch me, the loudest of the laughter couldn't even make me grin a muscle.
I ruined the night. I shouldn't have been there.

A Shadowy Mist Chapter 23 (Transformers Animated story)
Pairings: Prowl x Oc, Bumblebee x Oc, Optimus Prime x Black Arachnia
Summary: Prowl needs to get used to his new abilities. Luckily, his friends are there.
Location: The Autobot Hideout
After Prowl alerts the Autobots about sensing a Decepticon nearby. They look around the bases with the help of the elite guard and the agents of The Unknown Agency. "Fan out, that Decepticon can't be far." Director Mavis said, joining Ultra Magnus with the search. It took a while, but her agents only found an SUV. "Nothing more than an SUV ma'am." An agent said. That alerted Bumblebee. "Hold on, did you say SUV?" He asked as he got to where the agent saw the vehicle. "Ugh, Swindle." He said, a sigh came out of the SUV as it turned into the Decepticon arms dealer. "Bumblebee, long time no see." Swindle said. But he sees Shadow Mist and looks surprised. "Speaking of long time no see." He said. "Wait, how does Swindle know about Shadow Mist." Prowl asked, "Let's just say I met him while he was stealing some energon from the farms cycles ago." Shadow Mist said, "He tried to sell it to me just so he could get away with it." She added, "Ah, but I was merely trying to help you with your research. And I see that one of your experiments worked." Swindle said, looking at Prowl. "But energon shouldn't be sold for profit!!" Shadow Mist yelled at the decepticon who backed up. "Alright, I get it. Selling energon is illegal." Swindle said. "But, I'm not here to cause trouble for you and your human compadres. I'm here looking for the Bounty Hunter. I found something that I think he'll be interested in." He said, showing her a weapon that looks familiar to Ratchet. "That's a Thunderan shock spear." The docbot said. "Yup. Those Thunderans are a fun race of creatures, let me tell ya." Swindle said. "Thunderans are aliens made entirely out of electricity." Director Mavis said. "Ah, so you've heard of them?" Swindle asked. "During a battle against another race of aliens, yes." Director Mavis answered. "We still haven't discussed peace after I rescued their leader." She added. "Cheif Roan! Gotta love him!" He said, Director Mavis sighed and looked at Ultra Magnus, who nodded. "Very well, Swindle, you can go." She said, everyone gasped. "But Director Mavis, he's a decepticon!" Meagan yelled. "And he's only an arms dealer." Director Mavis said. "Beings in that position are just doing illegal things for a threat. He's no danger to us." She added, Meagan sighed, "Yes ma'am." She said, "Well, I must be on my way." Swindle said. "And I'll let Cheif Roan know that you're doing well, Director Mavis." He said as he transformed into his vehicle mode and drove off. "Well, that was different." Sentinel Prime said. "But uh, good job on finding out that he was nearby, Prowl." He added, "and Bumblebee, good job on knowing who he is." Sentinel Prime said to the young bot.
Later, after the elite guard and Director Mavis and her soldiers left.
PixelSpark and Bumblebee were cuddling on the couch, watching the news, in case of any action, but so far, nothing. Then Shadow Mist came from her room looking through the device on her arm. She sighed as she noticed her human partner looking out of the window. She came closer to see Prowl meditating. But the ninjabot seems to be struggling. As he can hear distracting noises everywhere. But he felt two servos around him as he turned to see Shadow Mist, "We'll figure out a way through this." She said to him.
Meanwhile, at uptown Detroit.
Optimus Prime was patrolling around, making sure no Deception was causing trouble to the city. Every Halloween decoration he sees reminds him of Black Arachnia. He wishes he could've helped her better back then. Then, a familiar green and black muscle car drove beside him. "Thinking about the spider bot Prime?" LockDown said, "Listen, I'm not the romantic type, but something tells me you want to talk to her." He added, "I appreciate your concern, LockDown, but I don't know if she wants to talk to an Autobot about feelings." Optimus said. "Well, give her time. She'll cool down." LockDown said, driving off. Optimus sighed as he drove back to the Hideout.
To be continued...

Casta Diva
De mi cuerpo descompuesto crecerán flores
Y yo estaré en ellas
Eso es eternidad
A hurricane arrived at my city today. It's possibly the first one I've been conscious enough to experience, as well as the first one that happened after I moved out of my childhood house. You see, I was pretty confident at first, what is there to fear? My roommates certainly weren't looking very fearful, if anything they seemed almost excited.
As the hours went by, I kept getting more and more restless. It was early in the morning when the rain started pouring outside, as the unknowing birds routinely chirped. The wind was whistling like a young man at work, stopping and resuming af if he'd forgotten a tune. I had an upset stomach, I was feeling cold and hot at the same time, I kept getting up to pee every now and then even though I hadn't drank anything in many many hours. I fell asleep and just dreamed of getting caught outside in the middle of the road as a ferocious storm devastated everything around me and threatened to lift me off the ground. I dreamt of getting back home in the middle of the hurricane and getting installed next to an open window that let all the wind and rain in.
As soon as I woke up I felt so disturbed that I ended up calling home to get picked up as my mom had previously suggested. I texted my roommates as I was leaving the house trying to mask it as a family matter that had nothing to do with my fears. I said "my family came to pick me up" and one of the said, in what I consider a rather rude and incriminating tone "did they come or did you call them?".
Do you know what happened next? I was stuck here for the remainder of the hurricane, although it was not even a fraction of the destructive power we were warned about. It wasn't even as strong as many of the storms I've seen this year, so I felt like destiny had played a dirty trick. I'm still stuck here, by the way.
You know how recent it all is, don't you? It's barely been 6 weeks since I left, but I feel like a ghost haunting a house from my past life. It feels foreign, odd, itchy all over, sticky and moldy, all the things that I wouldn't want to feel all at once. Even my former room shows such serious signs of decay, as if indeed no one had been there in ages. Everything's dusty and full of ashes where my sister spends her days getting lost in all sorts of addictions. My mom says she can't find her place in this world. I'd like to tell her that I can't do it either.
Everywhere I go feels equally wrong, it's as if I was out of places to run to. Maybe I am.
Today I was watching a video about grief, and a lot of it seemed to ring a bell.
They said that grief comes along with it an unstoppable loss of the self, depending on the closeness you had with someone (or something). They say we can think of it as a venn diagram where the closer you are with someone the more the two circles overlap, with the overlapping part being the part of yourself that you share with that person.
Once you lose someone you were very close to, you inevitably lose the part that you both shared, thus causing you to feel like, along with that person, you also lost yourself. If I'm not with you, what am I? Even if you hated someone, losing them is still impactful for this very reason. Then grief is not a linear process, nor is it a five step recipe as it is commonly accepted. It's more of a back and forth, in which you just constantly try to mend the part of you that was ripped from you as you do your everyday routine.
Grief has been one of my main interests this year, and there's only one reason someone would be feel attracted to such a topic. This year I feel like I've been trapped with a chain of constant loss, from losing my routine, to losing the people I saw everyday for the past few years, to losing about all of my friends, then losing my family as I moved out of my house. It's just been so hard to comprehend why do I feel so empty and lost. It feels like I'm no one, like I'm not even the alien I used to be. I'm half a ghost.
Where once there was oddity there is nothing at all now. I wish I go back to the way I was even one year ago. It feels so clean and yet it feels like a tape recording with missing parts. The one who walked through those halls is still walking through them now, as she ripped herself away from me to continue her wandering in the comfortable past.
I want to stuff myself with cotton. Puppeteer this body into the corner of the world where it belongs.

You make me shine
In the darkest nights
Please come down from the sky
I want to caress your hair
If I could hold you I would no longer fear death
Because no one has made me feel
Like you did, my love
And every night you watch over me
How can I ever forgive you? You occupy my thoughts like a raging tsunami, with the violence of the ocean flooding and obliterating everything in it's wake. If I had a second chance at life, I wish I could defend myself better. How did you get away with so much? I want to speak my mind, impose, crush. I want to step on your toes this time around, I want you spit in your mouth. Maybe it all crumbled because I fell in love, or whatever this weak heart is capable of. You can't handle a person like me. I would exchange my soul for a kind word, I would spit my heart out in your palm if only you showed some interest in me.
Do you know something kind of pathetic? That day I went to see you was the first time I shaved my whole body. I was wondering what you wanted from me at that point. I was wearing what I thought was a very sexy outfit, my plaid mini skirt, a short crop top, pink platforms. I didn't know what I wanted, but now I guess I just wanted to do whatever you wanted. I don't fantasize, not like that, but at that time I was thinking you held a totally different set of feelings for me. I remember when I was changing in front of you and you saw my breast you looked away like you'd spotted a demon. Once you said you didn't think I was incapable of love, but instead I had been so deeply wounded that I had become romantically crippled. I gathered so many thoughts from the past, and maybe that's why I felt like our shared existence meant something completely different for you. I could never say it in the past, and I can't say it now, but at least I know how I felt.
When you came around so cheerful about having met the love of your life - a man, to add salt to the wound - I secretly felt my fantasy world shattering. That was the first loss.
You dated so many men and women, but I'm sure you never recognized just how crazy I had become. You talked about it freely, flaunting it like your flag, because it never even crossed your mind that I held such impossible hopes for the future.
You became the blue print with which I analyzed my world, I wanted to melt and get molded into something you could love more profoundly, but I was the elephant chained to the ground.
I wanted to have the freedom to be seen as an option, but nothing works like that. I orbit around you like a moon. Do you think the moon ever wanted to kiss the earth she so earnestly stares at?
Are you ever curious about my feelings? When it comes to me, I'm autistic and I have borderline personality disorder. I'm hard to love, hard in so many levels. My world is 4 meters long, 3 meters wide, 2 meters tall. Your world is either here or Saturn; sometimes I felt like you'd fly up to the sky like a balloon filled with helium.
Whereas your existence fills me to the brim, I know I am like a drop sitting in your chest and rolling off as you walk to the bus stop.
Whereas losing you means losing my spinal cord, to you losing me is like losing a strand of hair as you get ready for work.
Well, what if I don't want things to be like that? What if I want you to be the one who's up at 3:38 AM drowning in uncertainty? I so want you to need me like I need you. I want to carve a space to sit inside you, scoop out a chunk of your brain to replace it with my decaying art. I want to spit worms straight into your head, to keep you up at night wondering what you did wrong? I want to disappear just like that.
I won't ever give you a chance, bury yourself in my ashes, you have scorched my world, and it's not fair if you just walk out unscathed.
Why do I give valuable time to people who don't care if I live or die?
You don't understand the kind of world I inhabit. I remember when I told you I was bullied for liking certain things, you said the boys in your class loved you for liking that same thing. What were you thinking then? Where you thinking that then problem was just me? Because that's what you made me think.
I've mourned your loss three times over. But it's not enough, I want to mourn one last time, just to keep you mourning for the rest of your life.
