My Isekai Life TV Anime Gets 1st Action-Packed Teaser Trailer

  The first teaser trailer for the upcoming anime adaptation of the Shinkoshoto-written and Huuka Kazabana-illustrated light novel series, My Isekai Life: I Gained a Second Character Class and Became the Strongest Sage in the World!, known in Japan as Tensei Kenja no Isekai Life - Daini no Shokugyou o Ete, Sekai Saikyou ni Narimashita, was released today, focusing on Yuji and the rest of the main cast, while also announcing who will be voicing said main cast.

    Leading the pack is:

  Chiaki Kobayashi (Makoto Edamura in THE GREAT PRETENDER) as Yuji

  Azumi Waki (Hinata Tachibana in Tokyo Revengers) as Dryad

  Wataru Takagi (Okuyasu Nijimura in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond Is Unbreakable) as the Proud Wolf

  My Isekai Life is comic fantasy light novel series written by Shinkoshoto and illustrated by Huuka Kazabana, that has been published under SB Creative's GA Novel imprint since May 15, 2018. Ten volumes are currently released in Japan. The manga adaptation illustrated by Ponjea has been licensed by Square Enix Manga & Books for an English audience with the first volume set to be released on December 14. Square Enix Manga & Books describes the first volume as such:

  Whether at the office or at home, corporate drone Yuji Sano works all the time. So when his home PC flashes a message about him being summoned to another world, Yuji restarts his machine...only to find that he's inadvertently accepted the summons! Now in a fantasy world far removed from paperwork and computers, Yuji has just one thing on his mind: waking up from what he thinks is a dream and getting back to the mountain of work he left behind! But this other world has other plans for Yuji, who quickly discovers his Monster Tamer character class allows him to befriend slimes! And thanks to their number, those slimes help him absorb so much magical knowledge that he gains a second character class in the blink of an eye! How will Yuji wield his power now that he's the greatest sage the realm has ever known?! And what about all that paperwork?!

  Shortened to My Isekai Life, the TV anime that will be animated at REVOROOT and have its Japanese broadcast start sometime in 2022.
