#i think im going thru benzo addiction again#i went thru a horrible phase with xanax between 2020 til 22#and i see myself going the same path in 2024 but w valium#its prescription and i have like +300 pills at home#i just don’t wanna through this again#and i know its all my responsibility#but the anxiety and sadness lately have been too hard on me#idk what to do because i do have a panic disorder and i take already zoloft 200mg
