Kite, to put it quite simply, is a great father.

He never thought he'd ever have kids of his own. He always felt he was too busy, and relationships never tended to last with his line of work. But his perspective began to change when he met you.

He was content having you in his life. One of the only constants. He was content having the boys stop by occasionally. Already treating them like his own. And a part of him thought that was the closest the two of you would ever get to having kids.

So imagine his shock when you told him you were pregnant. 

The surprise when he could see two little blimps of life inside you instead of one.

He's the type of father that when his little girl is older, doesn't mind her giving him ‘makeovers’. Who doesn't bat an eye when she starts applying splotchy eyeshadow to ‘make him pretty.’ Who lets her braid his hair and put all of her glittery clips in. Who makes sure to sit in on every tea party, tiara and all, just to see her smile.

He's the type of father who can never say no when his son asks to go on a fishing trip. Who teaches him all his favorite tricks for the perfect catch. Who listens to him rant excitedly about the trout he caught, listing off each and every fact from the top of his head. Who is more than supportive when he decides to be a hunter just like his father.

But even in the early stages he seemed to excel.

Kite is the type of dad to listen and nod his head when his two infants start babbling. Cooing a ‘mhmm’ and a ‘your’re absolutely right.’ Acting as if he really understands what they're saying. Who, when they make little grabby gestures, always seems to know what they want. Whether they just want to be held or fed, he just knows.

Who, instead of being grossed out when there's a bit of spittle on his shoulder, laughs it off instead. He'll set his little girl down to clean it off, only for his boy to drool on his boot next. Who'd rather it be that then the throw-up currently on the front of your shirt. And who, when you eye him with a mischievous smirk asking for a hug, flees while the twins giggle and laugh at the sight.

He's the type of father to beam with pride when his kids start speaking. Who, after being gone for a few weeks on an expedition, returns home to hear his two toddlers arguing in their playpen. ‘Gib me!’ from his son trying to pull the pacifier from his sister's mouth. A ‘No! Maaaa!’ from his daughter. And he's definitely the type who's heart melts when they turn around and coo ‘Dada’ at him for the first time.

He's the type of dad who absolutely adores the fact that both of his children look exactly like you. From your hair to your eyes, they were both mini copies of you. Who loves you with his whole heart, and in turn loves his kids just as much, if not more. 

He's the type of father Who tries to be around more for you and them. Who makes sure he's not gone for more than a few weeks at a time so he doesn't miss any major milestones. Who immediately steps up to help you with the twins, and who tells you to rest so you don't overwork yourself. 

Who wants to be able to give his kids everything he never had as a child. Including a home filled with warmth and love. 

Who likes to tease you after a night of intimacy by placing a hand on your tummy and whispering, “Maybe we should have just one more. But knowing our luck,we'd end up with two again.”

They haven't stopped talking since Aether slinked up to him at the bar, and Aether really couldn't be happier to have a good old fashioned aimless conversation. They'd discussed the basics over appetizers - where are you from, what do you do, are you single - and in the lull before the entrees are to be served Dew throws him a conspiratorial grin.

"I think we could use a treat, don't you?" Aether raises an eyebrow, but catches on real quick when Dew produces a worn mint tin. It's contents rattle, plastic on metal. "You indulge?"

"If that's what I think it is, absolutely."

"Thank fuck." Dew stretches when he stands, brushing crostini crumbs from his tie. "C'mon, there's a fire door by the bathrooms. I can rig the alarm not to go off."

Aether doesn't bother asking why, exactly, a tattoo artist has that knowledge. Especially not when he offers an elegant hand for Aether to use to stand. The edge of a tattoo pokes out from the edge of a well-tailored sleeve and it makes his belly warm.

They make it outside without incident, the sun sitting low on the horizon. They find a nice little spot at the corner of the parking lot, and in no time at all they've burned through more than half a joint.

"Good shit," Aether coughs, handing over the stubby end for Dew to finish off. His head has started to swim in the most delightful way, limbs gone heavy and skin tingly. Dew hums his assent, reddened eyes crinkled at the corners. He really is handsome, especially with the way his golden hair glimmers in the evening light. "Been a minute since I had the chance to smoke with good company."

"Sweet talker." Dew puffs out a smoke ring, snuffing out the roach and tossing it under a nearby car. He winks, and Aether gets that funny warm feeling again. "They're gonna start missin' us soon," he sighs, cracking his neck. His long, pale, incredibly kissable neck. When did Aether's mouth get so dry? "Shall we?"

Aether blinks and finds Dew standing before him, one hand in the pocket of his slacks and the other extended once more. He smiles when he takes it, lacing their fingers together without a second thought. Dew stares at their joined hands for a long moment, and Aether doesn't miss his crooked little smirk.

Big Bro Gojo! Reader find out about Megumi and Tsumiki. Ft Kugisaki and Itadori!

This part is pretty long!

First part for context

first of all, thanks to @shootinglove14 for giving me the idea for this adorable drabble, thanks sweetie!

Now, moving on to the topic, I think Big Bro Reader would know about Megumi's existence shortly after he has his talk with Satoru (after the breakup of KFC) and confesses that, that Touji told him that he had a son, as if He would wait for his brother to tell him what he should do. Big Bro at first, I'm not going to lie, is too angry at Touji for almost killing his little brother to think clearly, so he tells him to do what he thinks is right.

which in Satoru's mind translated to: "do what your brother would have done" and knowing that under normal circumstances Big Bro Reader would not hesitate to take in a child in need (ESPECIALLY if Big Bro already has children of his own) Satoru He decides that he will do the same.

so, he goes to get Megumi (and additionally Tsumiki), takes them with him and introduces them to his older brother as the children he had been telling them about :D (completely ignoring the fact that he warned him with, like, 5 minutes of before they arrived and that it was supposed to be just ONE SON)

but as soon as Big Bro Reader sees them, any kind of dislike towards Touji or resentment IS CRUSHED and replaced with pity when he sees how small they are, he very much regrets having thought the way he did when he saw how they lived, and begins to treat them like his normal friendly self, almost like his own children.

As Megumi and Tsumiki grow up, Big Bro reader is a very important figure in their lives, mainly because he has the tact that Satoru doesn't have, he is cuddly without being annoying, he is much more respectful, how could they not love him? especially in the case of Megumi, who tries to help him with his abandonment issues.

With Tsumiki he becomes close through things like housework, Reader is a deconstructed man, he helps his wife and Tsumiki in everything he can😤 and even teaches her some tricks that he has learned in the Gojo house (cooking, laundry, embroidery, self-defense, the man is a box of surprises).

overall Tsumiki sees her friendly personality supported by someone like Big Bro reader who is almost the same. She sees him as a great man and definitely a good example of a man, father and husband.

Megumi, as I already said, likes Big Bro Reader more in the sense that he has much more tact and respect for what others say, that already gives him many points, but he also gets attached very quickly to him because of how good he is. general that he is, but he doesn't take shit from anyone. Big Bro reader will be gentle, yes, but he can't stand disrespect and is definitely someone who can hold a grudge, can empathize with it.

but Big Bro's fatherly and uninterested attitude was definitely what made him love him so much, they can bond through things like board games, Big Bro teaches him how to be a gentleman, go out to parks together with the Divine dogs, teach them Gojo clan techniques, etc.

By the time they grow up, they see Big Bro Reader as a kind of secondary father, but if Big Bro already has children, they will be their guardians and help Reader take care of them. when Tsumiki happens, Reader is the FIRST to run to the hospital and comfort Megumi, he is the one who occasionally prepares her a homemade lunch for school, he is the one who Megumi goes to visit when she has the opportunity (aside from Tsumiki) to tell him of his day.

Big Bro reader is one of the few people (if not the only one) who feels like he will never abandon him, and gives him a genuine and warm feeling of security that he wishes he had before. He loves it very much.

Megumi becomes an unofficial part of Big Bro's family, his wife even has a guest room tailored to his tastes (and for his divine dogs), she has some of his favorite snacks in the pantry, and MY GOD, when he comes over of surprise and Reader's children are going to greet him with "welcome home Megumi-nisaaaaaan!" Megumi could DIE THERE AND DIE HAPPY.

They even leave him a space at the table (Big Bro's wife always gives him extra portions because according to her "he is very thin") and he can feel calm. simple peace of mind.

Gojo's brother is amazing.

and eventually thanks to this and being the fucking sensei's brother, he would also meet Nobara and Itadori.

Itadori would meet Big Bro reader before Nobara, he would probably even be either 1- one of the people Itadori would go on his first missions with or 2- one of the few people Gojo trusted to let him know that Yuji wasn't dead.

Let's go for both.

Itadori was VERY surprised to see the difference in attitude between his Sensei and his brother, but he still saw that Big Bro Reader was someone very respectable, even adorable! always bragging about his family and Gojo-sensei also started showing him his own photos of his nephews/nieces (Big Bro's children) and even some photos from when they were young, it was very wholesome.

I can see Big Bro joining Itadori in his movie marathons (especially after the incident with Junpei), inviting him to his house to meet his family, even staying for dinner. For Yuji everything is so...NEW, a whole family, functional and happy, how does he do it? but ends up thanking him very much for the experience (even giving him a hug that Reader gladly returns).

Itadori goes with Big bro reader if he needs more sentimental or emotional advice, since Big bro is something like his guide in that sense, his reference point for what he would like to have, and although Itadori is a walking green flag , sometimes doesn't understand certain situations, and wants to become as friendly and supportive as big bro reader.

Imagine Itadori and Megumi babysitting Big Bro reader's children! I imagine that they are half angels and half Gojo(xd) so they would have to be very careful with that. Megumi would absolutely LOVE to see children drawing pictures or talking about their family, if they draw him a picture of him, he will cry (even if it is the ugliest thing ever drawn, he will hang it on the refrigerator, NO BUTS)

Itadori stays more with Big Bro reader's wife (if she is there) and helps her with things like shopping bags and wanting to know more about the children to be a better babysitter with Megumi (although he knows them better so not much problem).

And when Big bro reader comes Back and the kids go running to give their dad the "welcome home!" Call, Itadori swears his heart MELTS.

Sensei's brother is very kind. Is what he thinks whathever the topic of Big bro is bring up.

Nobara would probably meet Big Bro after Itadori's "death", and at first she didn't think much of him (except that he dressed VERY well) until she learned that he was Gojo-Sensei's older brother. and honestly? She didn't believe it.

It couldn't be!! IT HAD TO BE A JOKE! How did someone like his sensei have someone so friendly as a brother? Or was Reader hiding his own idiotic side? It took photos from when they were young and a lot of insistence for her to finally believe that they were even related.

Definitely at first she was a little alert because of the friendly way Big Bro Reader acted, but eventually she was able to let her guard down when she realized that he wasn't planning anything shady, on the contrary, he wanted to be with them in a difficult moment like what he was doing. It was losing a partner. Nobara could respect him for that.

and he believed that he must be the proudest man in the world, because he always showed off his family, especially his children. At first Nobara found him somewhat annoying, but it didn't take long before she got on the train of enthusiasm for the achievements of Big Bro's children.

If Big Bro has a bad fashion sense, Nobara is ON A MISSION to change that, no ifs and buts. They won't go away until you at least know basic color theory.

Overall Nobara is happy to be a girl around Big Bro reader and have good mental support at this school. Sensei's brother is great.

Jun & Jun Ep 1-3

I like office/workplace romances in my manga or fics, but BL series usually can't get them right because it's almost always a boss-subordinate relationship, and that's always going to be problematic in a romance. Not to mention that for me personally, inequality in a relationship is just a major turn off. How this relationship doesn't work was seen recently in Step By Step.

That's why I started Jun & Jun wary and uncertain, because I didn't want another disappointment. But I was so wrong! First of all, Jun & Jun, despite the boss-new employee relationship, used a clever trick previously used in another lovely office romance, Our Dating Sim: MLs already knew each other, they have a history, which gives their relationship an even start. The second thing is the romance happens between the characters from the beginning and the show focuses on them (this is something that SBS couldn't do and ended up rushing it and botching it up in the last episodes, actually there's more going on between MLs in 3 short episodes of Jun & Jun than in SBS for the first 8 hour long episodes). And work is an important, but still just background for the couple, it affects them, but it doesn't determine their relationship.

This year, three of my favorite Korean series showed relationships where there is someone new, "fresh" at work or school, and this person has his agenda, he is not treated like a child who needs to be looked after and led by the hand, also he's just cool and as a viewer I cheer them on right away. This is The Eighth Sense, ODS and I think Jun & Jun will turn out to be like that. In comparison to the Thai series this year, where characters presented as uke are very often just annoying and mantally childish, they can't handle their work and their relationships, often running away from their problems - literally or by getting drunk. (The series would have them have a grown up sex and act like kids at the same time.) Also I think I can even say that in these Korean series uke characters have more power than the characters presented as seme, which for me is just 🥰✨😘

What else I loved about Our Dating Sim, and what I start to love about Jun & Jun, is how charmingly and effortlessly spicy, saucy... just plain sexy these series are. AGAIN I'll compare them to SBS 😀 In SBS nothing happened for 8-9 episodes and then they suddenly jump on the kitchen counter. And then they have sex like all the time. The sexiness in SBS (and Thai BL shows in general) is usually literal, it's just sex, physical stuff and that's it. That's one of the reasons why I like Laws of Attraction so much, because the series, the couples are sexy WITHOUT having sex 😤✨ (I have to mention also SCOY and Why R U where horniness poured out of the screen, whether the characters had sex or not, although it's a bit different) The couples from ODS and J&J are sexy, but also natural and funny. They're like a real people, corny and dorky and silly. The butt slap before leaving for work from ODS, the tie and waist pulls, and the hilarious inner monologue about "solid things" in the otherwise very sexy scene of sitting on the hot dude's lap from J&J will forever live rent free in my head 💖💖💖 It's just.. it's hot, but also cute and funny and well, that's how people having crush on each other are. I don't know how to explain it, but I just don't feel when I watch them, that they're performing for me as a viewer 😉

Of course, it's only 3 episodes of Jun&Jun, so the series may still flop. But right now I love it!

I just read the Jing yuan fiercely one shot and he’s so sweet and cuteee. I feel like this man can both be sweet and vanilla and mean and spicy too. I luv him a lot.

It’s also been a while since I played piofiore and only noticed a couple similarities with pure imagination after re reading. Honestly I would’ve married pure imagination! Jing yuan in a fcking heart beat. Say less sir and get me the marriage contractttttt.

As for emperor au side story, I would luv to see yuan and past life y/n scenes and how Sunday chose y/n to be the sacrifice out of every one.

And as for a theory on why blade and dhil are also going for the keys…I think it’s either:

1. Sunday is forcing/threatening them

2. Sunday tricked them / manipulating them to work for him. (I think this is most likely)

3. If the theory that dhil and blade were the cause of robin’s death, then it’s either they want to make it up to Sunday by helping him revive robin.

This theory might be partly true but I don’t think that blade would willingly hand over his body to be used as a vessel for Sunday so I think it’s mix of theory 2 and theory 3. Where blade agrees to help Sunday collect the keys out of remorse but he doesn’t know that his body will be the vessel for Sunday’s revival

Fei xiao seems to have y/n’s best intention at heart for now…buttttt, she still sides with yuan so I wouldn’t trust her so easily. So maybe a smol scene where y/n tries and fails to intimidate fei fei?

Honestly I would like to see fei fei vs Yuanie, the hyperactive dog and the eepy cat. Place your bets ppl!!! It’s gonna be a very heated fight.

I can also see fei teasing yuan for being too slow since lore wise she’s supposed to be super fast like the wind n all. Maybe she’d hold y/n’s waist while saving her from a fall or an assassin and Jing yuan would be silently seething in the background.

I’ve also been thinking about y/n going on a picnic with geppie and fei while ditching Jing yuan (he deserves it!)

Or a scene where y/n ends up injured or falling a sleep so fei fei carries her princess style 🤭🤭

I can think of similar scenes when fei fei is jealous too.

Maybe y/n is getting a bit too close to geppie or some poor servant boy so fei and Jing yuan have a temporary truce to cook up some plans.

“Is everyone ready?”

A chorus of cheers echoed in the room from the excited kids. Your heart just melted at the sight of them donned in their costumes and their bright expressions. Ugh, they’re just too cute!

“What about you, Oda? Or should I say Mr. Big Bad Wolf?”

Adjusting the fake ears on his head, he nodded. “I’m ready.”

You had to hide your giggles every time you looked at Oda. His stoic face combined with the softest fake furry ears has you laughing every time.

“Don’t worry (Y/N), we’ll make sure this wolf won’t get a taste of you. I’ll protect you!” Kosuke stood proudly, pointing the tip of his fake sword right at Oda’s chest. “Says the one who didn’t want to go trick or treating to begin with.”

“Hey! I still think I’m too old for it, but I can’t just let you guys go without me! And besides, who’s gonna be dumb enough to pass up free candy?”

“You just don’t wanna admit that you’re excited too!” Katsumi shouted, twirling his baseball bat around. Yu stood behind him and agreed, him and Shinji laughing at the scene unfolding.

“Alright, alright. Let’s save the energy for when we can actually go get the candy”, you stated, fixing the bow on Sakura’s dress. She can be so quiet, but you could tell with how much she’s fidgeting how ecstatic she is going trick or treating for the first time. She even asked you if you could help her be the perfect Cinderella (like she wasn’t already perfect; these kids are gonna cause you to go to cardiac arrest because of how adorable they are!).

You count yourself very lucky that you were able to convince Oda to take them trick or treating. After you found out they’ve never been because Oda never had the chance to take them, you just had to change that! Granted you understood the arguments of why: he may be a low-ranking member of the Port Mafia, but he still works for an organization that has made a lot of enemies and who wouldn’t hesitate to retaliate in any way they can; even if it meant attacking innocent people like you and the kids. He did shoot down the idea at first (even if he was close to giving in to your puppy eyes despite him staying blank faced the whole time), but you guys were able to come to a happy compromise: you would only take them to your neighborhood and that you wouldn’t keep them out late (of course), but he would have to come with you to make sure nothing happens.

You even managed to get him to dress up in matching costumes so that he wouldn’t be that recognized easily (which was a half-truth, you just wanted an excuse to get matching couple costumes). You knew that he wasn’t going to let you take care of the kids by yourself, but it was still a nice gesture regardless. It was just nice in general: being able to choose costumes with the kids, having them experience something new and seeing the smiles on their face, spending time with Oda.

It just felt like you were all one big family.

And Oda felt that too, a small smile gracing his own face.

“(Y/N)?”

You snapped out of your sentimental moment, and gazed at Oda. “We should get going; I think they’re starting to get restless.”

“Oh yeah, sorry. Shall we then, Mr. Wolf?” You held out your hand. “Of course, Little Red.” He responded, not wasting a moment to lace his hand with yours.

You couldn’t help but chuckle at the gagging sounds the kids were making.

“Alright, let’s get this night started!”

You and Oda finished tucking in Shinji, the rest of the kids sound asleep. You figured that they would burn out eventually, the combination of being so full of energy from trick or treating and eating all the candy they got (after extensive checking from you both) causing them to no doubt sugar crash.

“Thanks for tonight Oda, honestly.”

“It was your idea, I should be the one thanking you”, he held open the door and led you down the stairs. “The kids seemed to really enjoy themselves and they’re tired out thanks to you.”

“Yeah yeah, whatever you say- let’s call it a team effort then”, your hand shot up waiting for a high five and he delivered. But then, he held onto your hand, gently rubbing circles on top of it.

“(Y/N).”

“Hm?” He always looks so calm, so composed, which is the complete opposite of what you’re feeling now. How he manages to get your heart racing so fast and by doing just the smallest things is a mystery (spoiler alert: it’s not. You just love this man too much that anything he does just makes you fall deeper for him).

“You should spend the night with me- only if you want to though.”

The warmth that spread through your body made your heart beat a thousand times faster and almost caused you to choke if you hadn’t caught yourself, “Are you saying that you don’t want me to leave, Oda?” The teasing tone that you took on was just a mere distraction to your genuine question.

Oda didn’t want you to leave him at all- he hates to see you go every time, but but he’ll wait to tell you that part.

“Yes.”

Leave it to Oda to be ever so blunt. He’s gonna be responsible if you pass out on the concrete.

You pretended to think about it, but already had your mind made up. “Wellllll since you were already taking me home, I would feel bad if you had to make an extra stop, so I guess it’s fine.”

“Good. I think you still have some clothes left over from last time, or you could sleep in one of my shirts again if you want.”

You hummed again, not letting go of his hand. “Just promise not to gobble me up this time, Mr. Wolf.”

You felt his hand give yours a playful squeeze, “No promises Little Red.”

fall IS the best season for dates😤

you know how your wife feels about outdoor dates. i am taking you soo many places👉👈 we're going apple picking at a very pretty otchard. and to the pumpkin patch if youre into that. and to very legit haunted mazes. and i'm bringing you a warm, spiked cider that's steaming a lil. and i'm taking pictures of you on my phone. and and and you're gonna tell me JUST how you like your s'more so i can cook it that way over our lil bonfire. do you want my coat🥺

Ah yes, my darling wife, Gracie, is here once more to give me such treats. I hope in kind to do the same, and I suppose this one will be a little different; more of a chat than a drabble but I am sure you won't mind 💛

It would have to be a double date, you know better than I that I simply cannot leave to do any of these marvelous things without Bokuto knowing and wanting to tag along - and you know I can't say no to him when he's pouting.

So Osamu will have to come along as well, someone to keep Bokuto company as you steal the majority of my time. I'm sure he won't mind too much, we are after all going to an orchid that has a variety of apples and he simply will enjoy picking at the higher quality trees as he daydreams of the desserts he can make for you while he does it.

Of course, with those two along, it would also mean they would have to be in these photos too. So, perhaps we can do a couples shoot? I can get all sorts of beautiful pictures of you and Osamu, with the leaves falling in the background, and capturing just how fond he looks at you. and you in turn can take some fun ones of Bokuto and I! Us in an apple tree, me in his arms, things like that.

The pumpkin patch I think is where we will have to divide and conquer, Boktuo will want to go and see how far the patch goes and will drag me off before I can have a say otherwise. So you'll have to stay with Osamu and look at all the decorative little pumpkins and the ones used for baking while we're gone. But, we will bring back the largest two pumpkins we can find while we are gone.

And despite his protests, I will be taking your arm for the haunted corn maze. We will huddle close together as we try to make out way out and not be too scared of what it has to offer - don't worry I know a trick so we won't get lost. Doubt our men will be so lucky, we may have to wait for them at the exit.

And to end the night back at your place, with delicious homemade apple cider that Osamu made (that you spiked just a little bit), as well as use your firepit to roast marshmallows sounds so nice. We'll put on large sweaters to help keep us cozy and warm as we snuggle deep into our lawn chairs, sipping away at our cocktails as we continue to feed each other smores and giggle over things.

We'll have to be carried to our respected beds at our respected homes (poor Bokuto has so much further to go) but it'll be worth it!

There was a reason we brought them along after all~ 💛
