when you've been having rough time then something happens to relieve some of the stress/pressure/anxiety and ypu feel revived for a couple days but then a couple days passs and you realize that while it was a good change and reliever that it doesn't actually change the base of the problems which is anxiety, depression, adhd, autism, and fibromyalgia and shits still hard and ypu still are super struggling to do the things u need to do each day and u find urself in a rutt again and u need to find a way to appreciate the lift the little win did for u while also remembering ur having a rough fuckjng time and that one win doesn't fix the everything wrong with you
