#plurality#endos literally have such bluepilled talking points it’s insane#tbh i just feel sorry for the ones who are like#*actual* systems and get sucked down the endo misinformation rabbit hole#or ppl who are schizo-spectrum and are led to believe that their delusions are real and valid#tbh there’s just a completely toxic community around very real mental illnesses#and i notice that a lot of endos are like…very young. like 15-18#and the thing about that is u are a horrible person at that age no matter how are u try not to be#and i think that plus the stress of just. being 15-18 creates this need to compattmentalize your feelings#and in this era of technology where information about DID became widely available very quickly#of course they would try to reclaim that specific kind of symptom#because it gives them everything they need!!#who wouldn’t want to be able to pin their outbursts on someone else?#who doesn’t enjoy the idea of being comforted by your favorite fictional characters?#etc etc.#and those are the talking points that draw ppl into the endo community#but they miss the fact that OSSDID is not just a dissociative disorder but a complex structure of disorders#within a very traumatized brain#so there’s very often comorbidities like ocd/bpd/bipolar/insomnia/schizo-spectrum disorders/depression/anxiety/etc.#i think young ppl’s desire to compartmentalize and abstract themselves definitely needs to be talked about more#because kids are not smart#they will assimilate and say shit and let misinformation that fits their narrative spread like wildfire#but it’s because they DONT KNOW ANY BETTER#now that being said#if you’re a grown ass endo system/supporter#idek what to say. i hope your health insurance covers lobotomies ig?
