where are all my fellow cinephiles!?

did u guys see the asteroid city trailer yet!?!?!?!? oh my god i am so excited i’m shaking!!! it looks so good, i’m already so in love with the colour palette and the set design waaah (´∀｀)♡ the dialogue is so wes anderson it almost feels like a parody of wes anderson HEHE but the premise and plot seem super interesting! i really love stories where a group of people (usually oddballs or opposites) end up stuck together in a contained space; i feel like there’s so much you can do with that and it really allows you to dig into your characters and their relationships with both themselves and those around them. i can’t wait to see what he does with this!!! also, aliens.

#aliens are always super cool #and i love astronomy so i’m extra buzzing over this hahaha #ah wes my beloved <33333 #for anyone who doesn’t know my cat is named after wes anderson #i love his work with all my heart it’s so near and dear to me #he is one of my favourite filmmakers of all time #his work def isn’t for everyone because it’s so stylized like it just isn’t everyone’s cup of tea but !!!! if you haven’t seen any of his #work and you’re interested i HIGHLY recommend it #especially the darjeeling limited + fantastic mr fox #those are my faves #AND THE ROYAL TENENBAUMS #HELLO INCEST LMAO #dysfunctional and found families are huge themes in his work so!!! if you’re into that he may be for u!!!#also his films are such eye candy ugh such a treat <3 #clari chatters #clari chatters film
