hiii tyy wat did u want to kno abt it 😭 i go to a salon now for the roots bleach & recolor yay no more doing my own hair lol

for the dye i use arctic fox in virgin pink sometimes mixed with violet dream & diluted with conditioner, my stylist mixes this & applies it for me @ da salon

at home, i do refresh the color myself every 2 weeks or so, at home i use kiss tintation rose gold but any liquid semi-permanent dye will do (like adore cotton candy these two were what i could find at my local hair stuff store they r p cheap too 👍🏻) you want liquid dye instead of cream dye (arctic fox / manic panic / overtone etc are cream formulas) because they readily dissolve in warm water. what you do is shampoo your hair first & before conditioner, fill a basin with warm water, dissolve the dye in it, and dunk your hair / head in it, avoiding ur face cuz u dont wanna waterboard urself >_< refill the dye & water as needed and make sure to check ur hair in the mirror as the color absorbs pretty fast~ this way is super fast & colors ur hair evenly as well.

for the cream dye + conditioner dilution method, you need to part your hair in really small sections to get even coverage which is a lot of work to diy so i just let my stylist do it 😵‍💫 at home water submersion method is much easier for me. people dye wigs this way too, its just like this but imagine ur head & not a wig.

before, when i used special effects atomic pink which is a cream dye, i had to boil some water, and dissolve the dye separately in a glass jar before adding it to a bucket of water cuz cream dyes dont dissolve unless you boil the water first >_< you can just skip this step w a liquid dye yay also rip at special effects being discontinued sadd the factory closed 😭

i dye it to a yuji color at home & it fades out to a sukuna color:
