#cal says things#i'm just annoyed bc i am relatively careful. still mask and am vaccinated and all that good shit (and will continue to after obviously)#just got unlucky i guess. anxiety makes it feel like a moral failing somehow#and i just cant lock myself inside all the time. i've actually gotten a lot better at getting out and doing things#which is something i worked really really hard for as part of my mental upkeep#covid mention
