30 isn't old but I personally am old and I know this because I went to a trampoline park and almost peed my pants just literally jumping on the trampoline and I didnt even have to actually pee
#also i may have really really fucked something up in my spine bc i was playing dodgeball and there was like a grid shape#with trampoline areas separated by a cushioned (but hard/not bouncy) grid and the whole thing sloped up on the sides like a half pipe#and i jumped off the higher platform (not actually very high) onto the trampoline part and fucked up my trajectory and landed on#the hard part and my back like. snapped lmfao#i think i mighta fucked up guys!#mia.txt#time will tell whether i slipped a disc but at least my legs didnt like telescope into my body when i landed#which is of course a fear i have had since childhood. ive literally been terrified that my leg bones will just shoot up into my torso
