WAIT I MIGHT HAVE SO MUCH MORE PTO THAN I BUDGETED FOR???
#vacation time jumps by like 50% once you've been here more than 5yrs???#and i hit my 5yr anniversary this year which explains why i have an awkward amount accrued#maybe when im in tomorrow i can calculate how much PTO i've already requested for next year so i can keep track of it better#but like holy shit there's no way i even got close to what my new limit should be#still might end up going into the negative earlier in the year but that's a-okay#anyway. fuck yeah. i can do fun shit next year and get paid!!!
