tracking ur daily step count can provide such helpful insight. just now i was thinking to myself, why am i so exhausted right now?? is something wrong with me???? and my smartwatch said "well lately you've barely been reaching your daily 5000 step goal, and today you surpassed 10k steps" and i said ah. well. perhaps that has something to do with it
