tracking ur daily step count can provide such helpful insight. just now i was thinking to myself, why am i so exhausted right now?? is something wrong with me???? and my smartwatch said "well lately you've barely been reaching your daily 5000 step goal, and today you surpassed 10k steps" and i said ah. well. perhaps that has something to do with it
#ray speaks#today i had planned to walk to the grocery store (20min walk) and then take a bus home#but i timed it poorly & it ended up being rush hour by the time i got out of the store & the bus was too crowded#so i ended up walking both ways#and that's on top of walking around the grocery store (which included doubling back a couple times for some things i missed)#and pacing around my apartment earlier in the day when i was putting off going out#so yeah that all added up to a lot more walking than my sedentary ass normally does in a day#and i have the Records to prove it. thanks to Smartwatch and Phone and Fitness Apps
