~jungwoo resists doyoung but he's always thankful once they're eating together and jungwoo has the chance to see his friends and relax. he's a workaholic, but he enjoys his friends' company immensely when they manage to drag him away from his textbooks

~through the year you two became closer and you exchanged numbers and would send each other notes and ask about each other's lab reports

~eventually the texting ventured away from school and once he even invited you to get smoothies with him at the end of second semester

~but over the summer, you two fell out of touch :~( and this year you didnt have any classes together

~honestly, you missed him a lot. you have chem lab this year and your regular chem partner is sweet and helpful but not as,,, well,,, enchanting as jungwoo was, so you admittedly dont enjoy lab as much as last year

~in fact, u dont even really see him until one night when you're in the library printing out a two page essay you wrote (last minute) for literature

~you're waiting by the printer, wearing sweats, a hoodie, and teddy bear slippers, literally nodding off as you wait for this old printer to crank out those pages

~after a few seconds it starts humming loudly and you perk up, ready to snatch those pages and trudge back to your dorm so you can go the heck to sleep

~the printer spits out two pages and you go to grab them but ,...more pages keep coming out... and more and more and more and you're standing there in front of the printer like ????? what is going on????

~you dont see anyone else in the library and most of the computers are visible from where you're standing so you're thoroughly confused

~you wait for a bit longer as the printer finishes up and for a second you hesitate to grab papers that obviously arent yours but... maybe yours are in there? so you grab the stack and look at the name

~your heart skips a beat when you read the name on the paper.... "jungwoo?" you read aloud

~and you jump in surprise when you hear a small "hi" from behind you

~feeling your cheeks heat up, you sheepishly turn to face him, embarrassed to be seeing The Kim Jungwoo, the sweetheart angel boy who you havent seen in so long, while wearing sweats and a hoodie and slippers

~but it's okay cause sweetheart angel boy is also wearing sweats, a hoodie, and slippers..... and wow does jungwoo look exhausted :~( your embarrassment wanes as you get a good look at his softly smiling face

~he has exaggerated dark circles under his eyes and his skin isnt as clear as you remember it being last year, his hair looks like he's been running his hands through it all day, and his smile is a little bit less bright than it used to be

~but he still looks ethereal... his hoodie framing his wide shoulders so cutely, strands of his soft black hair falling haphazardly over his forehead and his pretty mouth forming that warm smile of his, framing his cute teeth and Oh My God your little crush on him has not gone away at all

~"jungwoo... how,, have you been?" you manage, heat rising to your cheeks again

~"ive been alright... sort of overwhelmed this semester!" he laughs softly and glances down at his feet, then looks back up at you, "but im okay. how are you?" he looks you in the eyes and smiles again and your stomach does a lil flip

~"im pretty good! i dont like my lab partner this year near as much as last year, though"

~it's quiet for a moment after u say that and u realize what u just said and u feel ur face burning up now because whY thE Heck did u just blurt that out oh no hes gonna be creeped out oh no

~but his smile widens and his entire face softens and he lets out a genuine little laugh

~"yeah, me neither. i... miss you" he says, hesitating a little and looking down at his feet again

~your heart warms up and ur stomach does that lil flip again and you smile and for a few seconds it's quiet and you finally say "me too." and then it's quiet again

~then u remember that you're still holding jungwoo's enormous stack of papers in your hands so you shuffle over to him and hand them over and he takes them, apologizing for making you hold them for so long and you laugh and tell him he didnt make you carry them

~and u stand in front of each other for another few seconds, awkwardly wondering whether to continue talking or to move along

~finally, jungwoo says he has to get going and that it was nice to see you and he flashes you a tired smile before making his way out of the library, laden with a huge bookbag and a textbook in his arms as well as all of his papers

~you watch him go, feeling a little bit sad that nothing more became of ur lil run in with jungwoo

~u print our ur essay and make ur way back to ur dorm, ur heart and eyelids both feeling a bit heavier than when you went to the library, despite having seen sweetheart angel boy again after so long

~the next morning you get breakfast with ur roommate and the head to literature and turn in your essay, trying not to think about jungwoo cause u dont want to fall back into that crush especially since u wont be seeing him again,,,

~u do a pretty good job of circumventing any lingering thoughts of (sweetheart angel boy) jungwoo from the night before

~that is, until 11:48 AM

~when you get a text

good morning!! I'm sorry I wasn't able to talk longer last night. are you busy sometime after 5 today? I'd love to catch up 😊

~n then you realize that u probably should send that as a text ,,, so you quickly respond yes!!! i would love to!!! im free at 6

~and u put ur phone down and start eating but like ,, a minute later ur phone vibrates again

~u send him a confirmation text and then finish ur lunch while ur heart soars because wOw he actually does want to see you!!! wow!!! and this time u wont be wearing slippers!!!

~and u cant deny that u also get excited about the idea that jungwoo will also not be wearing pajamas or slippers ,,, u always liked jungwoo's style,,

~all day after that all u can think about is jungwoo's soft voice last night when he told you he misses you... it was so forward of him and it makes ur heart skip a beat even just thinking back on it... is he always so forward? you wonder

~around 5:50 you start walking to the smoothie place, feeling nervous but much less silly without ur teddy bear slippers

~jungwoo's exact thought at 5:50 while hes sitting at a table in the smoothie place waiting for u: their teddy bear slippers were so cute ����

~once u arrive he gets up to greet u and u guys awkwardly say hi and stand in front of each other and then get in line to order smoothies

~u two are a little bit clumsy with your conversation at first, speaking at the same time and then laughing and telling the other to go first

~but eventually, once u two are sitting across from each other at a little table and sipping on ur smoothies, u have a steady conversation about school and sophomore year and your friends and new roommates

~the conversation dies down again after a while and u two sip on ur smoothies and u wonder what u could say to continue talking to jungwoo because you're having such a nice time and ur heart is so happy to hear his soft voice again... u hadnt realized how much u missed it until this evening

~but before you can think of anything to say, jungwoo rests his chin in his palms, his elbows propped up on the table and he looks at you, making eye contact and doing that soft smile of his

~u have to take a second to remember how to breathe

~after a moment of gazing at u he sighs

~"im so happy to see you again, i really have missed you" and he smiles, his cheeks getting a bit pink but otherwise not rlly seeming to be embarrassed or shy by what he said and youre a flustered mess !!!!

~u manage to not stutter when u say "me too, jungwoo" and he giggles at your shy expression that you're trying so hard to hide (hes dying inside because youre so freaking cute !!!)

~after u finish ur smoothies, he walks with you back to campus and as you guys are on your way back, you're stopped by doyoung who comes up to you guys with his mouth open wide and his eyebrows raised

~"jungwoo... i just went to the library to look for you and you weren't there so i went to the cafe and you weren't there either and it didnt even occur to me that you werent actually studying... are you... are you two-"

~jungwoo cuts him off with a little shake of his head and explains that u guys were lab partners and friends last year and were just catching up and hes on his way to the library now

~you're kinda confused by the whole exchange bc from what doyoung said, it seems like jungwoo is pretty much always studying and it's odd for him to have gone out and done something other than study in the evening

~and while that thought makes u feel bad for him, u also feel pleased that he chose to spend time with you instead of studying :'~)

~doyoung leaves after a few minutes of him n jungwoo laughing abt something that their friend taeil did earlier that day

~doyoung and jungwoo hug and hold each other's hands until their fingertips are touching, then let their hands fall to their sides again as they say goodnight to each other and you're watching and smiling fondly cause jungwoo is so loving to his friend and it makes your heart swell

~jungwoo turns to u and smiles sheepishly, letting out a little laugh and apologizing for making you wait on him

~you shake your head and tell him you're happy to have met his friend!!

~and his eyes light up and his face brightens into a beaming smile and he tells you that he's so happy that you met doyoung, too

~he walks you back to your dorm building and u two say goodbye and u start to go up the steps when jungwoo calls for you again

~you turn around to see him at the bottom of the steps, smiling up at u and looking a little bit shy but So Handsome (ur heart? mush)

~u walk back down the steps to see him and you're standing on the step in front of him so you're pretty much the same height now and his face is kinda close to urs and both of u have an entire butterfly garden break dancing to dubstep in ur tummies tbh

~"yes?" you ask him, smiling and trying to hide ur nervousness because of the proximity

~"i just wanted to say that i had a lovely time tonight and i want to see you again soon"

~omg sweetheart angel boy makes your heart do acrobatics with his soft sunrise voice and his pretty dark brown eyes looking into your own and the cute shape of his cheeks as he smiles at you

~"let's get dinner this friday?" he continues, his eyes widening a little bit in a hopeful way, his smile widening too

~and you cant help but smile so big, u have to look down at your feet for a second just to regain any semblance of composure u might have had before

~after a second you look up and nod and hold your pinkie out to him

~"pinkie promise" you tell him, and he smiles Even Wider and links his pinkie with yours and touches his thumb to your own and you two stand there like that for a little bit longer than necessary

A little study tip

Are you feeling tired and just want to watch Netflix the rest of the day, but still have some homework or studying to do?

I often find myself doing either one or the other, because if I start doing homework, I want to finish it, and if I watch Netflix, I cant get myself to start studying later.

Today I tried starting a movie on Netflix (Thor 2, I have to watch Thor 3 this week yay), and sat a timer to 40 min. Then I did math homework for 25 minutes, and watched 40 min more of the movie and so on. If youre not watching a movie you can just stop at every episode.

This might not work for everyone, and probably dont work if you have a lot to do, but for me it worked very well, and I finished, what I needed to.

How do you guys study when youre not feeling motivated?

OKay, so hello!

My name is Fara. I am an exchange student from Indonesia to Sweden.. Right now I think i experience homesick to the point where I feel like i am isolated from exploring Sweden because i am just too scared. 

Today is exactly 27 days being away from home. D-2 before I left home, i feel like i am super excited for Sweden, and I can’t wait to leave Indonesia. Now that I am here.. I really just want to come home for a while.

Indonesia is isolating, and so Sweden. I hate that in Indonesia i cannot travel wherever i go, because the distance between one place and another place is too far. Not to mention that the high rate of crime which makes my parents so concerned for my safety when i travel. In Sweden, I am not used to travel alone, so... here i am. In the middle of isolation.

I am still afraid of going everywhere alone. At first, i am afraid that i might experience racism because my clothes reveal my identity. Yes, i wore hijab. People who first encounter or sees me, i’m afraid that they might associate me with something that is dangerous for them. This week, i learned that by wearing hijab, i am the representative of my lovely Moslem-majority-country-yet-still-fighting-with-the-idea-of-religious diversity: Indonesia. People might not know much about Indonesia, but when I say: “Hello, I came from Indonesia!” They would be like: “Ok..” then awkward silence. 

Maybe it was in their culture to not asking questions back. Maybe it was in their culture to not talk openly with strangers. Okay, I get it...

The thing is.. Malmo has a lot to offer. They have the super-cool Student Union, the super-cool gaming association, the UF Malmo, and other cool events. I am still afraid that I cannot make friends, that I will be in awkward silences the whole time, and everything.

I still cannot make peace with my fear. :( I hate it. Okay, maybe the first thing is to think that.. “Well, okay, you don’t need to be afraid. People are afraid as you. But let’s try to minimalize the amount of fear by saying hi and be open first to everyone!” I hope it’s that easy.

Now, i am going to talk about the things I miss from Indonesia, and what are the things that I took for granted:

-I always took food in Indonesia for granted. The food in here sometimes are tasty, but not always tasty. They are sour and have this strange ‘taste’. Of course, most of the food are light and not having too much calory, which makes my stomach not full most of the time. But, well, I really miss the super-tasty Indonesian food.

-People in the street are ignorant, which is a good and bad thing. People in Indonesia are not. If i stumble upon something, people in Indonesia are helpful and smiles a lot. I feel safe. But in here, well i’m not really feeling safe, okay... People are ignorant which means you are free to do anything that you like, unless it’s prohibited or disrupting the social order. Nobody cares if you do bad things on the street, such as if you want to open your hijab on the street, nobody cares! but when you need help, nobody cares either. Help yourself:’) Okay, they demand you to be a smart citizen who can always help yourself. Okay.

-People in Indonesia always know how to serve and ‘memanjakan’ the customers. In Sweden, they simplify the system to make people not confused, but in Indonesia, they do not actually simplify, but they try to provide the best service so you won’t feel tired at all. They serve you like a king. I don’t know which one is best. Let me take an example: in Indonesia, if you want to borrow a book, they will approach you with warm hand and tell you what to do. In Sweden, most of the steps are computerized...which means you need to do it all by yourself. another example: when you arrive at the hotel, there will be someone as the bellboy who will take your luggage to your rooms in Indonesia, it’s part of the service. In Sweden, you need to do it all by yourself. Okay, Sweden.. okay. But they also make sure that even if you do it alone, it will not complicate your situation. Live simply, i guess is their motivation. Another example: buddy in Indonesia are super close with the exchange student, they actually take you places and travels with you in the town. they actually there for you. In Sweden, since the principle is: “Be independent”, they just there to answer your questions about everything. Only answer. Not be there for you.. OKAY:”) 

-Because Indonesia is a developing country with lots of stories to tell, i feel like every place offers you a different feelings. I don’t feel that much about Malmo. I feel like, oh this place does not offers me a new feeling, it’s just another tidy street with convenient stores. It’s just beautiful, but that’s it. It’s plain.. i hate it:( in Indonesia, i know there are places that is so beautiful and there are places that is so disgusting and so ugly. It’s interesting for me. It’s colorful. I love my country.

Here, i want to write the things that I really like from Malmo:

-It’s simple. Live is so simple and simplicity actually makes you happy. You can dress anything you want as simple as it can be and you dont have to be afraid. when you register for almost everything, it’s so simple and doesnt require you a lot of effort. it’s just so simple! 

-i like how the air is clean, how everything is so neat and clean. End of conversation.

-i like how the foreign students or the real students in Malmo doesnt distance themselves too much. I know Randy as the representative of Student Union from my faculty and i talked with him twice, today the representative of Student Union from Engineering faculty said hi to me.. it’s different that in Indonesia people who has high status or high position is kind of hard to approach. It’s not in here.. YAY!

-i like how the distance between one place and another is not that really far. I can travel easily with Skanetrafiken and use my Jojo Card! I dont even have to check out when i leave the bus. It charged me 500 SEK at first but then that’s it. Thank you, Sweden :”)

-I like Kanelbule and salads and how salads are mixed with pasta!!! i like falafel!!! it tasted like kebab. i like the Veggie BBQ, i like baby carrots, i like smoked fish, i likeee thee fooooood except the kyclingsalad that i bought in Orkanen, that’s a big no-no.

The things that I don’t like:

-Everything is slow-paced and so relaxing that i got bored. :( I feel like very rushed and need to divide my focus because in UGM i got 8 courses in one semester. Each courses is not related with one another, and each courses have different homeworks. In here... i just start my first class tomorrow, and it feels like very long for me. Ofc at first i like the idea that i can be relax and focus on my study. But i got bored! It’s ‘penat’ in Indonesia. It’s okay, take your time... you will get used to it :(

-Everything is in Sverige language. :( I had a hard time doing the shopping at Willys or even reading information at the coffee machine because everything is written in Sverige. Sometimes i cannot operate the coffee machine by myself or getting out of ROnnen for the first time. Through time, it will get easier :) :(

-I’ve known 2 Swedish people personally. Well, neither of them actually a Swedish, one is actually a Somalian and one is Vietnamese. Both are very friendly at first time i knew them, but then they distance themselves again when i want to approach them and getting closer to them. It’s like they created boundaries or something. Maybe that’s just how they do friendship...

-I really want to hangout with 6th floor gang but i don’t know how... :( i have my own kitchen so it will be really weird to just go there and not doing anything but to talk. IDK-____-’’

I discovered that:

-US people are one of the friendliest people and easy-to-approach people on earth!! yay. Yesterday i even hangout with Danavan, someone from US. I also met Stephan from US. it’s easy with Americans...

-People from Spain are really love to dance!!! nice.

-Africans that coming from Nigeria, Somalia--they are usually moslems and they share the same pain as me. So, it’s easier to relate to them. They also try to protect one another and it feels like family with them :”) I also met two Palestines and they tried to protect me and Salsa.. Thank you so much :(

-People from France are humble and modest.

-People from Canada are mostly outgoing, just like US. But i dont know that much of how to approach them. US people are more friendly?! but i dont know. 

Well, i’m not really afraid of Spanish, French, and US people right now. Back to the days where I was involved in AIESEC, i have a bad impression about Europeans, but now i’m not! Yay! 

Well, people are afraid. I know that. I can feel that. It’s still hard to going alone everywhere, if not with your friends or with your group. It’s okay. Everything takes time. :)

I do really miss Indonesian people. Their warmth, how easy it is to relate to each other, the food, GO-JEK, the ambience, my friends, my family, and how i am not afraid.

I’m still afraid here. Just wish me luck and hope that i can deal with my fear... Goodbye!

Im doing what I said I would and doing this morning pages in the morning YEAH hehe wala lang its good to dump your thoughts and get in tune with how your feeling at the start of the day plus brownie points for knocking like 2 things out of the to do list so early hehe right now i just finished cleaning my condo hehe my heart feels so happy when my condo is clean like i could literally have the worst day but atleast my condo is clean you know? i keep the condo spic and span and i feel like my room mates dont do the same but to be honest i dont really mind i dont know i like cleaning its a bit therapeutic lol BOYS WIFE ME UP hehe but yeah so its a new day and i dont have much in the agenda. first ill go to class and then when i get back ill look for pics to greet krizia with and also kris since i wasnt able to greet her on her bday sadness :( dude i feel like my brain is used to waking up early na lol not super sure pero i dont know i woke up pretty early kasi today and also yesterday without an alarm but for me i feel like what i have a problem with is i cant sleep early you know i have such a hard time sleeping early i dont know its such a thin line too ugh i dont know talaga pero my only goal to be completely honest with you is to get a good amount of 8 hours of sleep because i find if i dont it really affects my mood the whole day. so yeah theres that. after looking for pics, im gonna do yoga ofcourse and then maybe get a headstart on my homework? thank you for reminding me brb ill defrost my chicken before i forget. okay done. i have to go grocery shopping nasahd. running out of foods. i think if I have time i will research on healthy foods and then go grocery shopping afterwards. i really want to go to bgc this weekend for the market and perhaps i can do my groceries there uh oh im in trouble need to go down in a few hahay i cant wait for next term talaga cause my classes are literally starting at 4:15. they're all starting in the afternoon and the earliest class I have is at 1 pm lol not bad considering the fact that it is also with Krizia YAY im excited :D im really looking forward to next term hehehe so yas what else pa mahn is on the agenda yeah right now i feel chilled out. im well rested. there are no strong feelings at the moment. i guess im just here. im not feeling ecstatic. im not feeling sad either. perhaps im just in a state of peace i dont know. some good news i guess is ive managed to not stalk my ex on his twitter or on his facebook. im really trying to restrict myself cause i know it wont bring any good to me and it will just take me longer to forget about him which i dont want dba lol so yeah im sorry sir doy pero i might be a bit late lol i still got like 200 words left. i guess im feeling light since it's the WEEKEND FINALLY. i need to take this time for myself. to catch up on myself and to catch up on some rest god damn it. im seeing a lot of freecuts next term so i only have to get up early for friday which isnt hard to do at all since it's my only subject and its only like an hour and 30 minutes :D i am a happy bird. yup yup yup wwhat else pa mahn oy so yeah i think next term i can pretty much wake up anytime i want. well not really but ill for sure have more time for myself. after today i think its the last 2 weeks of school. Reflection

Hello blog,

it’s been a while. I really hope and pray that no one reads this anymore or at least doesn’t read this post. So if you are reading this, please skip over it. I don’t care if it’s in the future and this is an old post. Skip it. Please.

Just me? Okay cool.

So....i’ve got a lot on my mind and they arent necessarily all good. i think ive been struggling with indentity issues lately and figuring out who i am and who i want to be. i really like michaela and i just got back from playing D&D with her and her friend and i honestly had a good time! but on my way there, i was questioning myself. i thought about how much alcohol we would drink and how much i would just shrug it off and say that it’s fine. when it really wasnt. i was uncomfortable and past me would have never put myself in that position. So why do I keep doing that to myself? Purposely finding places where I could drink and wanting to in an effort to fit in. Why do I care so much? I know that I shouldn’t but I do. And I don’t think it’s a matter of feeling alone. It’s just a matter of wanting more friends and not wanting to be gossiped about or ostracized. 

I also think I’ve been feeling a bit more insecure lately too. I have been more prone to gossip and I realized that I when I previously vented about people, just because I didn’t say their name, it didnt mean that i wasnt gossiping. Because I was. Even if I kept that anonymous, I was still talking smack about them. And then I started questioning the line of gossip. Is venting gossip? Is talking smack in an effort to feel better about yourself gossip? It’s not always so clean and simple where you are intentionally talking badly about someone for the sake of talking badly. I want to spend more time with myself, by myself and figure myself out without influence from outside forces. And I do feel bad because Loren has been messaging me kinda often when I can’t exactly talk on the phone. And I do want to be there for her and although she has been a bit of a burden, I haven’t been a great listener either.  I often just check out of the conversation and vent about her issues to my friends and that seems pretty messed up. I don’t want to do that. I want to genuinely be there for her. I want to be the kind of friend that just drops everything in an effort to care for their loved ones. but... idk man. i also dont know if when ive been thinking, ive just been forcing myself to be this mold or someone that i want to be but not necessarily who i am. i keep saying that im super aggressive and sometimes i am. but not nearly as often as i claim to be. i think thats just who i want to become. and yes, i have been trying to keep myself a little more in check with my bluntness. but honestly, i am scared and intimated by what other people will say when i do want to confront them. i think it’s important to be considerate first. and i was just thinking about the summer and how in my own skin i felt and how God gave me the gift of compassion and how so in love I felt. I was so on fired and fueled by prayer and the words just poured out of my mouth. i didnt even have to think about it there. there was great power present and it was honestly amazing. but when we were at pastor william’s and i was asked what i like most about myself, i said, “compassion.” but it felt so weird. and wrong. because it was no longer true. i think over the summer, that was by far my best quality. i was filled with so much love and care for others and i was blunt bc i just wanted the best for them. but ive grown so unbelievably selfish lately and have “treated myself” way too often. i do still love others. a lot. but it’s not just about me. i want to care and serve for others too. those are my defining features. and maybe one day i will receive the gift of tongues. but for now, i just want to reestablish myself with Christ and move forward from here. I want to be me and work toward a better version of myself. I want to take good care of myself and while gaining control might have been a good excuse in the beginning, im nearly halfway through with the semester now and there are still so many variables that i cant control. so much has been happening and i just want to continue to do my best and maintain my cool. 

im starting to get tired since it’s 2:26am but I really want to finish this blog entry.

So, Andrew. Hi Andrew.

I don’t like Lauren. You’re with her at Disneyland right now and I have no idea how it’s going but I’m assuming and fearing that it’s going really well. Because I really don’t like her. And maybe it’s bc we got off on the wrong foot or because I never gave her a chance. But more than that, she just reminds me of high school and how miserable I was. A part of me is afraid that she’s just using you as a sick joke and laughing about you behind your back with her friends. And I know that you’re worth so much more than that and I don’t know why I’m so worried about you but I am. Maybe it’s because I feel like I’m losing you as a friend. Not just to her but in general. Maybe it’s because I know Lauren is close to Anela and Anela hardcore fucked me over. Maybe it’s because she was on ASB and knew Heidi. And Heidi drove me to cut myself. Maybe it’s just the thought of idea of her, getting close to you, and you guys becoming something more...and the two of us just drift apart again.

I mean, we already are. I finally confronted him recently and said that he’s been a lot more apathetic and selfish lately and he wasnt too offended but i dont think he fully registered it either. and i still havent told him about how he keeps objectifying women by just their appearance or as sexual objects and at first, i kinda just brushed it off and said, “oh...well, he’s a guy! whatever” but i knew in my heart that that is just a cop-out. i know so many guys that are much more respectful and not nearly as misogynistic. But I still want to be his friend and idk if im just overreacting because when i was watching jane the virgin earlier, i realized that i just casually say, “man, hes really cute.” and hes just going that to girls so is that really so weird? and im just not used to hearing the other side of it? maybe?????????? or it’s similar but hes taking it into the sexual approach? but he does still seem willing to give people a chance and move past appearance? But, he’s also been saying hes a lot of things that hes not in an effort to make himself look better. it’s a defense mechanism and i realize that i do that too. whenever something is remotely negative toward me, i immediately try and think of all the reasons why im actually good and not that bad thing. but i want to stop and try to just accept them as true and fact and work on them from there instead of dying them in the first place.

and finally, my sexuality. ive been drawn a lot more over the years to watching big boobs and scantily clad women. and im wondering if it’s bc im lowkey gay but im too afraid to admit it because of my religion? Why would God make me like this anyway? But all the people ive crushed on have also been guys so maybe im just straight? maybe? ???

or bisexual? maybe? i honestly dont know. or maybe it’s just because women are so overly exposed and their bodies are so heavily sexualized in media and im just used to that media too. bc i def feel turned on whenever i watch an anime clip or a real life version of sexy scenes. but it could also just be a result of repression and my sexual desire for the flesh and wanting to feel that intensity and that passion. but i know i shouldnt til marriage! but i would definitely be lying if i said that ive never been tempted. i have definitely thought of masturbation as an option too. eee, who knows. but i also like to dress scandalously sometimes too bc it makes me feel good. yes, sometimes it makes me incredibly uncomfortable. but other times, esp in my high waisted shorts and crop top, i feel BOMB DOT COM!!! And I might even be a little bit turned on by myself. i was hanging out with joyce and sharlene the other day and joyce mentioned how shes only a C cup and i thought about how i’m a D. And yet, Joyce is a lot bigger than I am. And then I felt kind of self conscious. But I do want to be more body positive and grow to love and appreciate my rather large boobs as they are. I know growing up, I felt pretty ashamed of them but I want to just be able to openly flaunt them instead and work in and wear crop tops and low necklines bc i feel good and im killin the game. really. thats part of the reason why i want to dress up as silk from the amazing spiderman. shes pretty well covered but i know that the body suit would accentuate my curves and mostly my boobs and i do want them to pop and feel hottttt. and i did a lot of research into creeps at the con and obviously i want to avoid them but a part of me actually wants to get hit on by a creep, just for my self esteem. yknow? like, wow, im so hot that i am worthy of getting hit on or cat called. and it sucks and it’s a bi degrading but i do think i would feel pretty good about myself, as sad as that sounds. 

im just... im feeling really conflicted right now. i do want to do more exploring but thats not how i was raised but i dont want to live such an oppressed lifestyle but i also just want to be with God. and i want to be around people that i feel open about sharing my sexual fantasies with, even if i want to remain a virgin until marriage. not really but i know that it’s the right thing to do.

welp, yeah. i played dungeons and dragons with michaela spontaneously. we planned to do it at 11pm that night after work and we follow through and even though we were short a few people and jordan couldnt do my hair, we still had a pretty gr9 time. so yay.

i just. yeah. sigh.i got a lot to do and think about. 

on the bright side, ive made sooooo much progress with my homework! but now i just really got to work on graphic design. ive been realizing that ive been putting that off more and more bc i want to avoid it whilst focusing more on physics and ITM, the two subjects that i previously used to avoid. neither are great but i guess it’s better that im focusing on those two notes bc i am hardcore struggling. but i also dont want to neglect a major class. so...we’ll see, i guess, haha. tess wasnt at work today and i didnt talk smack about her at all. instead, i met hailey and made a new friend c:

im going to see rocky horror tomorrow night and im happy to be going out with my friends and keeping marlena company but i do also feel bad bc church and im risking not waking up. and now that’s just on me. and it’s no longer such a small deal if i decide not to go. bc that affects dana as well and i do really want her to get to know Christ and really rekindle this relationship that she has with Him. I want Lakeview to become a place where people can feel a lot more personable and open with each other. And I don’t want to compare myself to others and wonder why someone did something for someone else but not me because it’s really not about me. it’s about us, in that moment, at that time, and what they are going through. not about me. not at all.

i think that’s all for now. i hope i can get a lot done tomorrow for graphic design and management! C: and i hope i can be more open with andrew too bc we definitely are growing apart and it breaks my heart and i feel this underlying sense of loyalty, just bc we were both there for each other when we needed someone to be there for us. and i am afraid that lauren is going to take up his time and he’ll neglect his time with me and i wont be as much of a priority to him. and that does kinda break my heart and i do miss him. i miss so many of my californian friends. i really do. and i cant wait to see them again over winter break.
