ohhhh i am Seeing the Parallels between ye qingmei & fan xian and myth of prometheus and pandora 👀👀👀

she, prometheus: the larger-than-life being who defied the laws of the gods to bring the gift of fire (knowledge and technology) to the mortal world, and suffered awfully for it…. he, pandora: the mortal born as a result of prometheus’ infraction, given the gift of a mysterious box (literally!) and opening it, thus inadvertently allowing evil (high tech weapons of death) into the world…….

#just finished ep 32 and i’m !!!!!!#I’ve just spent the last few episodes feeling horrified about what would happen if qing di gets his hands on any of that technology #and of that knowledge even #that is a man who will open any door regardless of what he’s letting out 😱#and i don’t think fan xian fully realises it or appreciates the gravity of that fact yet #joy of life 2 #jol2 lb #ye qingmei #Fan xian
