I HAVE FOUND MY ANSWERS. FINALLY. HOW DID I NOT THINK OF THIS EARLIER. WOOOOOOOOOO
#ok so to explain!!#i habe this thing i do with my fingers where i rub my pointing finger or middle finger against my thumb#and i do it all. the. time. usually people dont notice or care or domt piint it out#though the school psychologist did point it out and told me its a tick#i was like i dont think it is? but agter asking me soke questions she was like yeah thats a tick#normally i wouldnt care but this tic sometimes completely thins out my skin and my fingers start to hurt which is . not nice#its mostly involuntary and i can try to suppress it but its hard as hell and my hand starts to feel really weird.#her solution was to think about why im doing this while doing it?? which like what ??#that didnt help#MY solution is to wear gloves#i just thought of it now#so my skin wont get ruined#all ill have to do now is just explain why im wearing gloves in the middle of summer#toki tics
