i gotta treat myself better. someone has to. at the very least, it'll improve my life a little. any small improvement should be made.

Summary of the 8th week of 2018
More relax = next personal record :) 10 km / Bike = 18:28 / Run = 45:54 After that I took 2 days off...from diet and exercise
11 activities including: 6 run 2 bike 3 ABS
total time 7.5 hours calories 4.7 k
+ 1.6 kg, + 1 cm => now 84.4 kg, 86 cm - MORE!
100 days challenge = fail down in 20 day... I have one bad day :/
Next week it will be very cold, so I go back to the gym.
I have still long way to go...
