wait backup. bioware laidoff 50 something roles? ahead of their most anticipated launch in years??
#i am behind#i am worried#and i am continually baffled by ea games/bioware leadership#i’m gonna edit these tags once i do a little more catch up but what the fuck#h#immediately sus about letting a contract with a unionized studio expire 👀👀👀#from everything i’ve learned qa contract roles are hellish and underpaid#and for a studio to unionize to protect those workers#only for ea to sever ties with them…#hmmmm#okay gimme a minute#i can’t imagine laying off lead writers and managers on a highly anticipated game like this#and how demoralizing and frustrating it must be for everyone still on the team#idk!!!! what if companies just weren’t the worst!
