Does anyone else feel like a hypochondriac every time they make a drs appointment or is it just me
#i've had weird back pains for like a week and a different kind of back pain for weeks before that#and I made an appointment for wednesday to make sure it's not my kidneys lol bcs it's like in the lower back/hips and idk what caused it#and i also made an appointment at an orthopedic clinic. feels crazy to me bcs i usually avoid going to drs so hard#anyway 2024 is the year of taking care of my medical needs. i guess
