Guys got any tips for nonstop fatigue when I cannot call in sick to work
#rant#ahahhahaha i been crying a week straight#my health issues#feel free to ignore i know there may be no tips beyond what google gives me#and i already ysed fmla so i cant use that anymore.#my few sick hours left are for doctors appts#my doctors are dojng nothing to help my symptoms unless im hospitalized and dying again#im hoping one of the 3 new doctors by april may help#but im wishing with everything i got the fatigue improves befote april#anyway wooh im gonna ask my boss this week if i can just take some unpaid time off#and if anyone can take any of my job duties.#but i dotn think so since i judt took on a whole sexond job duties cause someoens leaving#which is why wooh i collapsed at work last week! physically invapable of doing it all#ahhhhh im beyond worried#work is desk sitting 8 hrs a day#currently im working 11 hours with a few lie down breaks to get stamina to sit a bit again#i have little energy for any daily life tasks much beyond put food in mouth and take medicine#after work. and work is uh not going ideal#if i drank 2 pots of coffee a day would that help#at this point ppl are recommending i get speed or smoke nicotine for enough energy to work#and sounfs like a bad idea but id do most things at this point#if anything helped#i had energy 7/10 one week about 4 weeks ago#and god i hope i get that again#i been a 3-4/10 energy all week#and for the 4 werks since#and this week collapsing at work so. not great.
