WHO WAS GONNA TELL ME THERE WAS A TAG LIMITTTTTT
So much of the current marauders fandom controversy wouldn’t even exist if people just tagged their posts right 😭😭
#okay carrying on#I do however#Also think that it’s completely reasonable to like a ship or a character etc#and I also think there should be a place for that to be put online because at the end of the day that’s part of what fandom internet is for#but people who don’t wanna see those posts should have to see them because they should be tagged correctly#with tags that are relevant and not with tags that aren’t#SO#example time even though this probably isn’t necessarily but it would make me feel better#if you wanna make a hate post about for example Jegulus DO IT#it’s absolutely your right however that post should be tagged with the frequently used tag “jegulus anti”#and hopefully in the future other tags that can be used like maybe “jegulus hate” will become popularly used#these make it obvious what the post is about but obviously also use other (RELEVANT!!) tags like characters etc#these posts should NOT include death threats#example 2!!#if you wanna make a positive post about for example Jegulus DO IT#it is absolutely your right however that post should be tagged with tags such as “jegulus”#and it should NOT be tagged with tags such as for example “jily” when that tag is clearly not relevant to the post in the slightest#these tags clearly outline what the post is about but again obviously also use other (RELEVANT!!) tags such as character names etc#these posts should also NOT include death threats#So back to the original point - tag your posts with the right fucking tags and maybe shit like this won’t happen again 🥰🥰🥰#If you’ve made it this far I’m very impressed hello#I apologise for how long this is and also for using second person pronouns the whole time#I promise this post isn’t aimed at YOU who is reading this directly they just felt like the best ones to use to get the point across#anyway this is directed at YOU who is reading this I think you’re pretty cool and that you should look after yourself I love you <33#fun fact I didn’t even know there was any discourse until a little bit before I made the first post that was wild to me#in conclusion hate and let hate love and let love and fucking taggggg#death threats tw#marauders era#please tell me if I’ve missed any tags if you can’t tell I’m very passionate about tagging correctly!!!!
