#i havent watched rings of power season 2 yet bc ive had like the worst 2 weeks ive had in a looooong time#and i fear subjecting myself to that show will throw me over the brink into true insanity (not good!)#but i DID find a guy on youtube with several hours of videos explaining why amazon can never and will never do a good job#and then he proceeds to outline how the show could have and should have been done#theres a 2 hour video called the numenor problem#theres a preamble that talks about how this is a story about death and the desire for deathlessness#and hoooooooooo boy he GETS it hes referencing tolkiens letters#im so fucking pupmped this is my joker#like i said its been a bad few weeks but like this might just turn it around
