Sometimes I think that Bella would been better off if she'd been raised by Charlie...

...then I remember that Charlie knew Bella was emotionally raising Renée and did absolutely nothing about it. What else was Charlie aware of and just did nothing to help Bella??

So then I think, Bella would've been better off if she'd been raised by Charlie... but not by much.
