i might be playing the ps1 version of sotn...
#my posts#gameblogging#liveblogging castlevania#im in the mood for something good but nothing is scratching the itch#so ive been watching a bunch of videos like retrospectives and speedruns and differences between versions#about the entire series but mostly sotn#and turns out there's a ps1 version that isn't all that different from the psp version i played#but it has the jpn voices and a better translation#i mean i could just play the jpn version#but this translation is really good#and fuck i just love the music and alurcard's movement and the secrets#how come this one is so good and its successors are so bad#it's definitely partly the gba's fault bc it sucks ass#but heck they don't come close even movement-wise wtf :'(
