exos getting DER from not breathing is so silly, i forget to breathe literally every 5 minutes and my breath is shallow af, if i didnt need to breathe i probably wouldnt and would be better off. I would be able to lay flat on my face in a pillow too without suffocating (lifting face to breathe is annoying) literally no downsides??
