So, I came across this post, but apparently, you can’t reblog or like it anymore, (maybe because the blog it came from doesn’t even exist now?) no idea what happened there. But anyway, I had to share it, because… wow.

Honestly, no kidding, if this is where the stories go, I’d be done with the app. I’d hate for it to actually turn into this. Like, it just screams lack of creativity. It feels the same as when Hollywood keeps making reboots instead of coming up with fresh content. Sure, it’s great to love the old stuff, but why keep dragging it out? At some point, it’s just overkill, and rather than honouring the original stories, it cheapens them.

Plus, having everything somehow connect through forced plot twists? That’s lowkey so lame. It’s like they can’t think of anything better, so they slap on more random reveals to tie everything together. It just feels lazy. It’d be so disappointing to see them go down that path instead of giving us meaningful character development or new, engaging storylines.
