I have so much cooking to do today that I've put off for two days already and ahhhhh I need to be motivated...
#I'm making vegetarian omelettes (because I'm picky and they're my favorite; not because I'm vegetarian)#and chicken fried rice today and I make the fried rice in about the LAZIEST way you could possibly imagine#(considering the fact that I do not own a rice cooker) but it's still so much work...but it is also so delicious...I love rice...#I think I will make another small cup of coffee and put on Big Country and then I can do it. at least the omelettes for now...
