#why do i have to have ''eating things'' as my default reaction to stuff being slow#like why do i need to be constantly munching on something to keep my brain from self destructing#this is already a problem on the daily#bc the mechanical act of chewing and crunchy things and tasty things soothes me#and chewing on non-edible things doesn't really do the trick (and it fucks up my teeth (and it fucks up the non-edible things too usually))#and it's not riffing well with both the new fucked up developpements to my psyche#and just generally the part of me that thinks maybe we should try having a somewhat balanced nutrition#but NOW#BIG FAMILY FEAST DAY#holy shit it's gonna be horrible#i'm going to be in a room. with insufferable people being very insufferable in my face for hours.#and lots of food in front of me.#yesterday was already bad but TODAY man today...#broadcasting my misery#vent
