Stuck in the City: Forest Witch Edition
It can be difficult to do witchcraft and connect to nature when stuck in a supremely urban area such as a downtown of a major city where even parks are hard to come by and collecting items there could be considered vandalism. This masterpost is to help all of you stuck witches who wish to be Forest Witches, connect with the forest or use forest related magic despite your urban setting.
**(If you like what I do and enjoy my posts feel free to support me or tip me at my Ko-Fi page or IM me for direct paypal information. Every dollar is helpful!~)**
Making Your Own Sanctuary
Let’s start with the simple beginnings of turning your home a bit more foresty so you can have your own sanctuary of nature in your home. Whether this be an altar, a corner of a room or even a full room is up to you and the amount of space you have to work with. In my post here I will be referring to setting up a space that would be considered big enough to sit in for meditation and spells and altar space, if you have more room than that feel free to definitely expand it!
Simply clear out some space, make some room so you can comfortably practice without risk of knocking anything over or causing safety issues for yourself (such as when candles are burning). Now in this space it’s time to decorate it and set it up to feel like a nice little cut of forest placed in the comfort of your home.
Things to consider adding to your space: branches and leaves, acorns, pinecones, walnuts (in the shell), tablecloths/altar cloths with forest, leaf or tree prints on them, photos and art of the forest, antlers, deer/elk skulls/teeth, fur (legally obtained), feathers (legally obtained), and the colors brown, green and brown. Potted plants and moss are other wonderful ideas to keep in this space especially plants native to your state, if you are unable to keep large plants try some local herbs or moss.
If plants are still not an option for you to grow due to either just not having the skill for it or the time or just not being a good location for them for lack of sunlight or tight space, crystals and stones are always options as well. Any crystals or stones associated with earth are wonderful to use as well or ones that are either green or brown or a combination of the two. Some suggestions of crystals to keep in mind would be: Moss Agate, Green Calcite, Tiger’s Eye, Citrine, Emerald, Jet, Jasper, Peridot, Quartz, Petrified Wood, Botswana Agate, Dendritic Agate and Malachite are all wonderful stones to keep on an altar dedicated to nature and the earth.
Modernize your space a bit too if you wish, get some nice sounds of birds playing over some speakers or from your phone, set up some posters and images of nature and wildlife and add anything else that makes you think of the trees you love. It doesn’t matter what it is, all that matters is that it’s something that you find connects with your craft.
Grounding and Meditation
It is difficult to ground yourself with the forest when you are miles away from one, but it can be done inside your little forest corner/space. Cleanse yourself and your space as you see fit, light any candles or incense if you desire (make sure its not close to any cloth, paper or plants) and make it comfortable for you. Sit or lay down depending on what is best for you and your health needs, in a position that you prefer, remember this is no wrong way to set up for meditation. If you have a device near you play some sounds of wind, birds and ruffling of leaves to help you feel like you are in the forest. In each hand hold either some crystals associated to the forest or earth, some wood/sticks, a wand, rocks gathered from a forest or park or anything else that will help you feel connected to nature. Close your eyes and begin focusing the energy of your chest and stomach to spread through your body and connect yourself to the ground like roots. Imagine these roots being like that of a tree connecting you to it in the heart of a vast forest. Don’t forget to take deep breaths through your nose and release them out your mouth. Meditate as long as needed until you feel a deep connection and ready to do your craft.
Portable Forest Altars
For when you are on the go or traveling but need a bit of the forest in your pocket or bag, you can make yourself a portable forest altar. Portable altars are used by many witches who are on the go or just keep their craft secret. They are very easy to make and can be very convenient for when you need to cast a spell away from home.
First you will need a small container to carry your supplies in. Some witches prefer pocket sized things like small boxes that jewelry may come in, altoid tins or other small containers, other witches prefer journal sized ones inside boxes, plastic containers or tins. It really depends on what you will need and what you will personally be carrying it in. Whatever you choose to carry it in make sure its durable enough not to be crushed inside a purse or bag so that whatever is inside of it does not get damaged or ruined. Preferably make sure there is a way to close the container or tin you are using tightly, if needed tie it shut using ribbon or yarn to help prevent it from popping open inside your bags.
Now it’s time for the fun part of making your travel altar, selecting the items to go into it! Now depending on the size of your altar it will change what can fit into it, so feel free to play tetris a bit with what you are fitting into it. You want things to be a bit snug to prevent them bumping around and breaking but you don’t want it so tight that you can’t get anything out.
Some common things and suggestions to put into your travel altar: birthday candles, tealight(s), travel matches or lighter, crystal shards or small crystals, beads, packets of salt, packets of black pepper, dried herbs in small containers/bags, dried flowers, pine cones, acorns, leaves, branches/sticks, bark chips, tea, small sachets for on the go spells, images of animals or plants, feathers, small stones/rocks, runes and sigils written onto bark or paper, seeds and small figurines of animals or creatures.
For larger travel altars also consider adding: scissors, plastic or cloth baggies, small travel books on herbs, plants and/or trees, pocket notebook/sketchbook, pencils and pens, crystals and a portable wand.
Forest Witch Crafts, Spells and More
For this section I’m going to talk about a few at home crafts and spells that you can make and cast while in an urban setting once you have set up your space and gotten down your grounding. These crafts are all beginner friendly and can be done by entry level witches once they have gotten down grounding and centering their energy.
Forest Witch’s Ladder for Protection
You will need:
Twine
Scissors
7 Oak Branches/Sticks
2 Pine Sticks
Pine Cone
White Ribbon
Something to hang it from such as a repurposed clothing hanger or hook
Cut your twine to the lengths you desire it, though making sure all three are the same lengths. At the top tight a tight knot of your choosing, I usually use a simple square knot. Leave enough extra on one side of the knot to tie it to your hanger or hook. The rest of the twine should be long enough to allow you to work. Braid it in a simple 3 way braid before tying a tight knot, placing an oak branch below the knot (the pine are for the end) and snuggly securing it with the twine wrapping it in whatever way you feel fit. Secure it again with a knot pressed tightly below the branch and continue the braid. You may space out the branches however you like, whether they are close together or far apart. While braiding and securing branches, focus on the energy that is given off by the oak branches. Once you have secured all of the oak branches you add the pine branches until all branches have been secured into the braid. Use the bottom of your twine to begin securing the pine cone in whatever process you prefer, I am simple when it comes to my witch’s ladders so I often prefer to find a good section near the top of the pine cone and wrap my twine around it and secure it with a series of simple knots. Take your white ribbon and to close and finish your spell, tie a bow around the bottom part of the braid just above your pine cone.
Find a secure place in your bedroom or in any main room you spend most of your time in and hang it either upon the wall or on a door for protection. Every full moon it is recommended to cleanse and charge your Witch’s Ladder in the full moon’s light then rehang it in its place come morning.
Forest Poppets
These little poppets are easy to make using only a few items. Using an acorn or a pinecone for the head and if desired drawing a face to it and tying it either to some cloth, paper or sticks you can create a simple little doll for magickal workings.
Use these poppets to bring positive effects into your life. Create your doll and on some part of it write your name, initials or use a taglock such as a bit of hair tied to it. Different wood types will attract different things into your life. A few examples would be:
Apple: blessing, protection, love, inspiration
Ash: creativity, inspiration, healing, moving towards a goal
Cedar: cleansing, removing negativity, emotional healing
Cherry: attraction, sexual energies, romance, daring, courage, voice
Elder: healing, protection
Oak: leadership, strength, wisdom, abundance, fertility
Walnut: expansion, travel, knowledge, wisdom
Willow: divination, psychic awareness, secrecy, concealment, glamour, fertility, healing, empathy
Cursing using these poppets can be quite easy too. Simply select a wood type with correspondences to the opposite of what you want for that person. Such as using cherry wood to remove romance from their life instead of bringing it in. To reverse after you have made the poppet and added the persons taglock, take black thread and bind them up tightly or use tape. Then seal the poppet into a jar and fill it with nasty things like muddy water, puddle water, black pepper, rotting vegetables/plants, dirt, etc and seal it tightly. Bury it in a dark place or keep it hidden away where it is is dark such as under sinks or in closets that are rarely used. To break the curse, open the jar, remove the poppet, cut the tape/thread and then dispose of the poppet properly.
Forest Witch Bath (from my bath post)
Supplies:
Pine Needles
Pinecones
Pine essential oil (2 drops)
3 bags of green or black tea
Green sachet
Mint
Cedar Chips
Green Candles (optional- tree or plant scented ones)
Steps: Light your candles and begin filling your tub. In you sachet add 1 part cedar chips and 1 part mint. Tie it shut and add to your bath as it fills. You may then add the pine needles to float freely or you may add them in a sachet as well. Add your two drops of pine oil once the tub is half filled to ensure it is well diluted in the bath. Add your tea bags into the water, line your tub with the pinecones and get in.
Note: essential oils can be harsh on certain skins, dilute the oil with a carrier oil and test on your skin to see if it affects you. If your skin is too sensitive for pine oil omit it from the spell.
Forest Witch Teas
There are several teas made from different trees that have several health benefits and magickal properties that are wonderful for spellcasting and overall forest witchery. A few helpful examples of these teas that are easy to purchase and find are listed below.
Pine Tea
Health: Health wise, properly gathered or purchased tea of this type is extremely good for you seeing as it is a ton of vitamin C. It is commonly used a vitamin C replacement for some individuals. It also has large amounts of vitamin A (though this one should be taken smaller amounts).
Correspondences: Pine corresponds mostly with endurance, strength, rebirth, celebration, and health
Willow Bark Tea
Health: Often referred to as “nature’s aspirin” or “the natural aspirin” willow bark tea is often used as a pain reliever for people and historically has been used for centuries. It is also often used for anti-inflammatory purposes. Though it can upset sensitive stomachs.
Correspondences: Willow trees often correspond with femininity, glamours, secrecy, invisibility, healing, sleep, fertility and emotional ties
Spruce Tea
Health: Spruce trees are very high in vitamin C making them great for immune systems and often used for vitamin supplements. Spruce needles are often used to soothe sore throats and coughs when made into a tea. It is also a great source of potassium.
Correspondences: astral travel, cleansing, purification, flight, creation, transformation, shapeshifting and ancient wisdom.
Deities of the Forest
This is a huge list of deities from different religions and mythology from around the world, none of which to my knowledge are closed religions. I did not list closed religion deities due to them being closed religions or religions such as Hinduism that requires someone to be initiated into it. WOOT BROKE W(b)ITCH HAUL
HEY YOU
YES YOU
ARE YOU BROKE BUT STILL WANNA PULL THE THREADS OF THE ETHER AND DEFY THE ESTABLISHED LAWS OF MAN INVOKING THE ANCIENT MAGICK?
GOOD.
You and I are gonna go S H O P P I N G
But, Semiramis! I just told you I’m broke! I can’t get nice things!
*smack*
WRONG.
The world is full of wonders, one of them being
DOLLAR STORES
Remember sweeties, a witch’s best friend is scavenging.
Open your eyes. Look around. Scout your neighborhood.
But what about the things that I can’t get out on the streets!?
That’s what we’re shopping for!
Now before we move on, close your eyes… then open them again because you need to read the rest of the message… and repeat the following mantra:
THE CRAFT REQUIRES NOTHING. THE CRAFT REQUIRES NOTHING. THE CRAFT REQUIRES NOTHING BUT MYSELF.
No fancy ingredients, no pretty crystals, no expensive incenses will work better than your RAW HEART AND SOUL.
Mkay?
Now let’s go get some of that good shit.
How good?
Diz gud.
Now, it’s no mystery that a broke ass witch needs to pay a visit to the local dollar stores to get her materials every once in a while, but if you’re like me and live in a place where there are no dollar stores (and there are no dollars either) WHERE TO GO?
The answer is here:
CHINESE IMPORT STORES ARE YOUR NEW SANCTUARY.
These places are AWESOME for a witch on a budget, because they carry EVERYTHING. From toys to art supplies to kitchenware…
AND SPIRITUALITY SUPPLIES.
(That’s where we come in)
Speaking of budget, by the way. Let’s set one.
Say… $15?
FIFTEEN AMERICAN DOLLARS. I will take you home with some nice and rare goodies that will spice up your spells.
Let’s go in.
Oooh what a promising start. This here, my friends, are 25 grams of the purest coke Palo Santo wood. Don’t like it in its natural state?
They have it in incense too!
But we ain’t getting that shit. I’m allergic so I can’t burn anything scented or else I… die.
But know they’re there, as well as essential oils, and they’re quite accessi-
WHAT!?
28 BUCKS FOR A BOTTLE OF ESSENTIAL OIL!?
AIN’T NOBODY GOT CASH FO DAT
Nah I’m just kidding. This is the price in pesos, meaning that these oils are *math happens* $1.55 each!
What a D E A L
BUT THAT’S NOT WHAT WE’RE HERE FOR BECAUSE I’M SOON TEACHING YOU HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN OILS.
Also, holy shit…
You HAVE to see the candles aisle in this place.
They have them twirly
Large
Larger
The photo is not blury, you’re drunk
Scented
Scentless
Birthdayful
Oh hellooo thereee~
Twelve candles for $1.94 you say?
Meaning SIXTEEN CENTS A CANDLE?
Adopted.
Don’t let anyone tell you cheap candles don’t get the job done, people!
Plus they burn just as good.
NOW at this point the store was 10 minutes away from closing time, so I had to stop taking pictures to get my ass outta there, BUT
Here’s a look at what we got:
That doesn’t look too good, let’s add a F I L T E R
Those little crochet doilies that will serve as my new altar tablecloths? They were $0.55
But Amis! Those don’t look too witchy, more like what my grandma puts under her vases!
First of all, how dare you.
Second of all, how dare you.
Granmotherly stuff is witchy by D E F I N I T I O N. Embrace the grandma aesthetic, y’all!
Also:
If you’re poor you have to be CRAFTY. Look at that! It has a pentacle now. How long did it take? Literally 30 seconds! Imagine what we could do with a whole afternoon!
Ok, I admit it, that was a fiasco, BUT WE’RE ONTO SOMETHING THERE.
Let’s take a closer look at what else we brought, shall we?
This tiny chest is 7.5 cm wide x 5.5 cm tall x 5.5 cm deep (3 in x 2.1 in x 2.1 in) and will hold my pocket altar. It was *drum roll* $1.70!
I was getting tired of using my mom’s big ass scissors to cut my tiny delicate herbs, so I got myself this pair of snips! Price: $0.55 and they’re sharper than Tom Hiddleston’s style. Plus they serve a multitude of purposes, like shanking a bitch.
A quick stop by the crystal shop that was also closing (pfft crystal shop. Sounds like out of a fantasy novel, love it) yields the following goodies:
-Onyx ($0.55)
-Fluorite ($0.27)
-Snowflake obsidian (hard to get where I live. It’s kinda pricey at $2.20. I recommend other kinds of obsidian or maybe just black glass as I’ve been using until today, it still works awesomely. I got the obsidian because I wanted to experiment with it and my Mentor recommended me to get it, same as the fluorite).
-And the CUTEST little quartz formation. This one kinda defeats the purpose because it was a bit pricey. You don’t need it; any clear quartz will work the same. It was $4.50 and it was my guilty pleasure of the month. It also came with a free satchel that’s most certainly going to be used with magickal results in the foreseeable future.
More of it because it’s so gorgeous ♥
Back to the fluorite! That shit is large and cheap! Well, you see, it’s kinda ugly because I was part of a larger stone and broke down the middle when they were trying to perforate it to make it into a pendant.
But check this hot babe out
W O R K I T
Coming back from the imports store, I paid a visit to my pot dealer erh I mean my herbs supplier. Got myself some ginger for $0.27
AND THEN
I SAW IT
Maybe they don’t package it like this in your country, but here this little shitty capsule is worth its weight in GOLD.
Y’all know what this is?
This is SAFFRON.
Now normally I steer fucking clear of things this expensive, but when I asked my dealer I mean the vendor she said it was on sale.
This stuff LITERALLY sold by FRACTIONS OF GRAMS. In this case that’s 0.2 grams of saffron, that’s 0.007 ounces. YES. ZERO POINT ZERO ZERO SEVEN. Insert here Bond reference
Retail price? Normally around $8 per capsule (EIGHT AMERICAN DOLLARS!)
How much on sale?
TWO DOLLARS.
A tip for the broke witch: hunt down for sales. Even if you don’t use the ingredients in your spells, you can still trade them with other witches or with anyone, really.
After this I went home and decided to try out my new candles.
And as I said, if you’re poor, you gotta get crafty!
I cut one of the candles in half. A part went to my pocket altar, and the other half…
I used one of those ceramic saucers with the little erh… lower level circle in the middle?
USE CERAMIC. THIS IS IMPORTANT. IT RESISTS TEMPERATURE WELL AND YOU’RE GONNA NEED IT.
Melt the wax in the microwave or on the flame and then make sure it stays in the center of the saucer. Then take it out and wait until it cools down (or put it in the freezer if you are an impatient little shit). DO NOT LET IT SOLIDIFY COMPLETELY.
Then you take it out and use a round cookie cutter (or if you’re a cheap ass like me, find something else)
I just used the styling nozzle of my hair drying because F U K D A P O L I C E
Put it again in the freezer and once it’s completely solidified use a spatula because you, my dear witch
Just made yourself a moon wax amulet!
Engrave it with your sigils, place it on your altar, carefully soften the bottom with heat and use it as a seal, the possibilities are endless!
BUT WAIT, WHAT ABOUT THE REMNANTS!?
EVIL EYE WARD!
The rest? Melt it again or use it as a poppet in case you wanna cast a spell over an onion ring…
By the end of the day, our haul is:
-Altar cloth $0.55
-Herbs snips $0.55
-Mini-altar wooden box $1.70
-Dozen of blue candles $1.94
-Ginger root $0.27
-Satchel $0
-Snowflake obsidian $2.20
-Fluorite$ 0.27
-Onix $0.55
-Quartz crystal formation $4.50
-Saffron Capsule $2
A grand total of $14.53!
Of our budget of $15 we still have $0.47 that where I live is enough for the bus ride back home!
If we take away the unnecessarily pricey stuff (the quartz and the saffron) we got everything for $8.03!
Now if THAT’S not magick, I don’t know what is!
SOME FINAL TIPS!
1) REUSE as many things as you can.
2) MOVE THOSE FEET. I know it doesn’t sound appealing, but CHECK SEVERAL PLACES. Find the best prices by checking different stores and comparing.
3) BE CREATIVE. If you find yourself in need of something you can’t afford, think and find a way to replace it or get it through other routes. As I said, witch trading is a thing!
4) BARGAIN. There’s no shame in it, people! If you’re dealing with independent merchants and buy regularly/are buying a lot, try to get better prices! Don’t disrespect their business, though!
5) REMEMBER YOUR MANTRA. Witchcraft requires NOTHING. Except you.
Now go out there and work your Magick!

Self Love Spells Every Little Witch Should Know.
by magicandglitter
When we take time to celebrate ourselves, we feel wonderful. This is especially important for us as witches because many spells are powered by our feelings.
The great thing is that we can seamlessly integrate self love right into our craft by performing self love spells right alongside our other spells with the help of crystals, candles, journaling and magical card decks. The deeper you go with yourself love magic, the more powerful your craft will become.
Self love candle spell
I love performing this spell first thing in the morning or right before I go to bed. It uses birthday candles which most people have on hand and it only takes about ten minutes to burn the entire candle and complete the spell.
What you will need:
A birthday candle
Rose, orange, sandalwood or jasmine essential oil
A rose quartz crystal
An agate slice
Himalayan pink salt
A lighter
Pick a candle to use for yourself love spell. I love to use pink, red, white or gold for this type of magic, but feel free to use whatever coloured candle you want. This spell is all about honouring yourself, so pick whatever candle you are drawn too.
Next, anoint your candle with your essential oil, brushing the candle with upward strokes.
Carefully use the lighter to melt the bottom of the candle over the agate slice until a few drops of wax fall onto the agate, quickly press the bottom of the birthday candle upright onto the agate slice so the soft wax sticks it to the slice.
Sit in front of your candle and cleanse your space with a white light meditation. (This is my favourite way to cleanse my sacred workspace. I close my eyes and visualize a white light surrounding me.)
Sprinkle a circle of Himalayan pink salt or normal salt if you haven’t got any around your candle to keep it protected during the spell.
Place a rose quartz crystal by your candle to reinforce your intention for self love.
Light the candle and gaze into the flame as it burns. Use this time to think about all the things you love about yourself, all the things you’ve accomplished so far, and all the things you are striving for. If a negative thought comes into your mind, try to turn it into a positive. For example, if you find yourself thinking about how you said the wrong thing in a work meeting, reframe the thought to something like, “I honoured myself by speaking up in the meeting even if I didn’t get it exactly right that time.
Sit quietly until the candle burns out. Don’t leave the candle unattended and make sure the candle doesn’t go out or tip over during your spell. This takes about ten minutes. When the flame goes out, your spell is complete and you’ve successfully awoken yourself love inside of you.
Self love cinnamon elixir
Cinnamon is a powerful herb that is used in a variety of spells. It is said to help with love, prosperity, spiritual connection, protection, and luck. Try making this simple, yet potent elixir when you want to give yourself some extra loving.
What you need:
Water
Whole cinnamon sticks
A glass jar
A marker
A pot or kettle
First, draw a symbol that represents self love (whatever that means to you) onto the bottom of your jar with a marker. This could be a sigil you’ve created that means self love, a heart, a drawing of some kind, or you can also simply write, “self love”.
Next, fill the jar with water and place it in your garden or under the shade of a tree. Let it sit there for at least three hours so it can absorb the steady, loving energy of the earth.
Once you’ve charged your water, pour it into a pot or kettle and bring it to a rolling boil. As you’re waiting for your water to boil, hold your cinnamon sticks in your hands and think about an experience that conjures up feelings of pure love. This could be the day you brought home your new puppy, or the morning your significant other brought you breakfast in bed. Spend some time visualising these memories. When the water begins to boil, imagine all your warm feelings flowing down your arms into the cinnamon sticks. Drop the cinnamon sticks into the water and turn off the heat.
Let the cinnamon sticks steep in the water for ten minutes. Then pour your cinnamon tea into a mug and enjoy yourself love elixir. Savour the spicy smell and taste of the cinnamon. Visualise the powerful liquid seeping into every cell of your body, filling you with love from the inside out. As you continue to sip, pay attention to any sensations that arise in your body, emotions you feel, or thoughts that pop into your mind. You can journal about these experiences, or just sit quietly in meditation.
Self love magical card spell
This is a great spell for the beginning of something, your day, week, month, or even your year. Though this spell can be used to manifest anything, I consider this a self love ritual because it’s all about celebrating you and your ever loyal intuition.
What you will need:
A tarot deck or oracle deck
A cauldron or fireproof container
A citrine crystal
Matches or a lighter
A sheet of paper & pen
Sit in front of your cauldron (or fireproof container) and place your citrine crystal inside of the cauldron. Write one thing you really love about yourself on a slip of paper. Fold it in half and set it near your cauldron. Next, write one thing you’d like to bring into your life. This can be whatever you want, money, love, success, a new job, a holiday or emotional healing. It doesn’t matter what you choose as long as it feels a little out of your reach.
Keeping those intentions in mind, begin shuffling your cards. When your intuition tells you to stop shuffling, cut the deck and fan the cards out in front of you.
Close your eyes and hold your left hand out in front of you wait for any kind of sensation in your hand, maybe you feel a tingling in one of your fingers. Maybe the middle of your palm feels a bit of pressure. If you don’t feel anything after about sixty seconds, no worries!
Hold your left hand over the cards and move it over each card until you feel the urge to pick one up.
Look at the card and let its meaning sink in. Ask yourself these two questions:
How do I take on the positive aspects of this card? (Even the “negative” cards in the tarot deck have positive aspects to them. For this specific ritual, only focus on the positive implications.)
How can this card’s energy help me manifest my intention?
You can either answer these questions in your head or journal your answers.
When you feel like you’ve explored the message of the card, burn your two slips of paper in your cauldron (or fireproof container) and let the ashes settle over the citrine crystal. Citrine is a self-cleansing crystal that is perfect for manifesting all kinds of things.
Self love altar
Make a special altar dedicated to self love. I have one in my bedroom and I love waking up and falling asleep while looking at it.
What you will need:
A small to medium-sized mirror
Rose quartz, clear quartz, amethyst, orange calcite, citrine, carnelian or any crystal you feel drawn to
A piece of paper or a bit of modelling clay
Glitter, Tissue paper, markers, coloured pencils and other art supplies
Put on some music, light a candle and pour yourself a glass of something nice to put yourself in a good mood while you create yourself love altar.
Lay a mirror flat on a tabletop. Arrange your assortment of crystals in any kind of design that you find pleasing. Don’t worry about looking up meanings or crystal grid diagrams. Just go by pure intuition.
Create a piece of art the represents your favourite attributes about yourself. Draw yourself (abstract or realistic) on a piece of paper or use your clay to sculpt something that highlights your unique awesomeness. Have fun with this and use whatever supplies you have in your house.
Put your artwork in the centre or your altar to celebrate the amazing person you are! Think a positive thought whenever you happen to glance at the altar, and take time every day to honour yourself in some way at your special altar.
Sometimes, we get so focused on manifesting things that we forget how important it is to celebrate ourselves. Keep performing these spells on a regular basis to find a magical practice that feels good for you. You can also experiment with adding self love rituals into your other spells. You’ll likely notice better results from your magic and you’ll feel great, too!
