busy week but I'm up to chapter 15/21!!
perhaps... has my motivation... at last returned?
#2/3 of the way through the chapter count but just barely past halfway through the page count#but the end of chapter 14 is where the plot really hits so there's a lot going on in the next 80k or so#it's a transition point from suspense to action AND the end of chapter 14 is like. one of my favorite 'end of an act' scenes#the enemy closes in. no escape. and curtains close on our hero laughing and laughing#what a SCENE#can't wait to get into the confrontation in the next 10 pages!#really enjoying the reread not surprisingly#and because this is a bookbinding blog: also kind of impressed at losing 2-4 pages just from fixing awkward line justification#it's a fine line to walk between too picky (takes ages and causes burnout) and too lax (i am annoyed forever)
