My obsession w my ex goes ssssooo far beyond him or what he was or is to me orwhat our relationship was or anything having to do w reality. When i get fixated on it and start spiraling its like nothing else its so bad and soo delusional. It makes me feel so helpless and crazy. Nothing to do but recognize its distorted thinking and wait for it to paass, but it feels so urgent and soooo uncomfortable. Knowing hes seeing some1 isnt what drives me crazy its the parts i will never and can never know, becausee they are infinite..theres no end, theres no control. I thimk the lack of control is the root of the anxiety. Because even if my worst fear is confirmed at least it's over...at least i know. Knowing feels like control. A sense of control is basically always false
