So it’s a late Friday night and my friends are bar-hopping, and we’re a large group so we have some stragglers. One of my friends appears about 5 minutes later holding this.

A guy riding past on a bicycle stops abruptly in front of him. His phone, which is attached to his bike, has Telegram opened. He holds out a card with a QR code to my friend and tells him to use it next time he wants to buy weed.

Then the mystery herbologist rides off into the night and towards his delivery appointment.
