kinda mad about all those incompetent therapists over the last 7 years who kept taking my insurance money and wasting my time while not giving a shit about me.

#feelin kind of taken advantage of #i hate behaviorism so much #it’s heartless and lacks all individualization #i want that time back that i could’ve been healing if someone would’ve been responsible with my heart and their job #and and!#all the medication providers i’ve seen #all the psychiatrists i’ve talked to #bullshit #they know a lot but they don’t apply it to individual situations #they look at my symptoms as their basis for how many pills to tell me to eat instead of looking at me #they talk to u for 10 minutes before writing a prescription #they have no idea who their patients are #western medicine has failed me #cptsd #autism
