trying to get packages delivered to you in nyc is def a punishment in one of the circles of hell
#i ordered this coffee table art book on cyber monday (perhaps foolishly)#and amazon is telling me they delivered it and ofc it's not anywhere in the lobby where packages are usually delivered#and they're telling me they brought it to the “mail room” when there IS NO MAIL ROOM IN MY BUILDING#meanwhile i'm trying not to think of the time when i ordered like $80 worth of cosmetics and skincare from ulta#only for the sketchy ass private delivery company they used to take a picture of it when they delivered it and then STEAL IT#AND AS A RESULT I COULD NOT GET A REFUND#hate hate hate#personal#text
