Explosives are maybe the least fulfilling piece of militaria to acquire

Why?

Because they are invariably expensive and they don’t do anything

A fake Claymore mine set is like $400-$500. Most fake ordnance if you can find it is like anywhere from $30-$100 per stupid thing and it’s just a chunk of plastic that does nothing and can’t do anything

Anyway the reason I’m bringing this up is I’ve been wanting/needing to get a WP grenade and a riot gas grenade for my LRRP collection for years and I finally broke down and ordered them from some cat in Italy who 3D prints them but then takes the time to like, clean them up and make them look nice. Unlike a lot of other people who 3D print this stuff at the lowest possible resolution and still want like $30 for it. That said, I’m not even 100% confident they’re selling the right kind of riot grenade. It’s the M7A2 and I think I needed the M6.

What I really ought to do is buy these fake smoke grenades and repaint them / do the markings myself

As I type it occurs to me I should get a few baseball grenades, those are $15 each
