Constantly see posts about DNIs that aren't necessarily bad for how some people use DNIs, just out of touch and spreading weird contradictory misinformation. Need to find that "advice for being on Tumblr" post where I elaborate on this a bit and just reblog it whenever I see another one.

THAT'S why we started doing that.#of course they might not stay out (ive had radfems follow me before) but it's about showing solidarity #and promising to hold people accountable (i.e. if i see a radfem ill block.)#also it sucks but for wlw they put it up to pass the 'good lesbian' litmus test #and also refuse affiliation with radfems. many of whom are unfortunately wlw #whether you use them is up to you of course. but i find this undercurrent of trying to get ppl to stop using them weird.
