Animals have penises, or vaginas, or cloacas, etc. Why are we being so prude as to hide that from children??? They're not sexual because it's an animal.

When I was a kid (and still now but I was punished for my love of horses and given a severe allergy to them 🥲) I was crazy about horses, rode every weekend, and collected horse toys. And you bet your ass horse toys for crazy horse children had either utters or a dick and balls on the underside. And as a horse child I was disappointed if it didn't because then I knew it wasn't accurate.

At no point did sex or sexual things cross my mind because I was like 8. I just knew that horses had penises because I had seen actual real horses, which do sometimes have penises, and wanted my toys to reflect reality.

Children do not need to be sheltered from the world. How is an animal owning a penis going to hurt them? Some children have grown up around animals and have already seen plenty of their genitals, it just isn't sexual because it's ANIMALS.

You know, one of my pet peeves is when a school or whatever makes their mascot a stallion. Not for any real reason other that usually I don’t think they know what it means. It’s not an equivalent to mustang, which a surprising amount of people think it is. It just means an male horse that wasn’t castrated. Why would you purposefully make the mascot of an elementary school specifically a male horse that still has his balls intact. And of COURSE whoever chose that usually doesn’t know which is what gets me SO riled up.
