maybe this sounds like a silly question but how would you recommend getting into jerma content?? like does he have a youtube channel?
Oh my goodness I'm so excited. Yes he does! It is 2ndJerma and he has people edit clips of his streams into easily consumable yt videos. (He also has his old channel, Jerma985, where there are still some funny videos but his new stuff is only posted on 2ndJerma.) I would recommend if you're just starting out to watch some of the shorter and more popular videos with more than say 400k views and less than 20 minutes because the longer more rambling videos aren't as funny until you start to fully understand and appreciate his personality/type of humor (at least in my experience). I would recommend "Get Over It", "Just Cause 4 is a Pre Modded Game", "the funniest boy in the whole wide room", "Jerma Sells Out", and "Grab That Auto 5". Once you start getting his humor I'd recommend watching the longer videos because those are fucking hilarious and are usually only longer bc he has some crazy bits (like this one which is one of my favorites) (and this one) and then also his "just talking at chat" bits (like this one) and his in person projects (like this Halloween stream) (and the carnival stream) (and the archeology stream). Definitely explore his videos because theres a million different kinds hes done and it's hard to run dry on content! There's also a lot of old fun stuff to dig up like his "the egg" bit and his subscriber specials. I also don't think some videos are funny and I skip them all the time and you should remember you can always flip through them until you find something you like. Also, once you start to really like him then I would recommend watching the full streams (there are stream archives on YouTube and also vods on his twitch channel of more recent ones). After I watched his shorter edited videos for a couple months I was able to watch his full 12 hour seaman stream in the span of 3 days easily because I really like the way he does his streams and I finally really understood his appeal. Oh also before I forget, just remember when you're watching the edited videos that twitch chat is visible to him while he plays the games and he's usually just responding to what hundreds of people are typing at him in real time so when he's like saying something and then reacting to it it's more often than not just a comment someone left that he's reading aloud. Please lemme know if you want more recommendations, I watch close to like 2 new videos of his a day on average so I'm chock full of recs!!
