And you just know they’re looking at the screen like “😼 heh, I’m so intellectual.”

It bothers me when people have this attitude b/c they come across as very “I’m right, your wrong” when it comes to fans interpretation of this series.

I find it to be a little different then the argument against pro-shippers interpreting that Sebaciel is the intended relationship between Seb & Ciel, b/c in my experience ppl who ship sebaciel regard it like it’s canon, ignoring the “true” nature of their relationship which these ppl are laying out.

Meanwhile, again in my experience, ppl who like Dadbastian know that it’s not canon, and while they might point at a manga panel and say “this is evidence! Dadbastian is canon!” It’s more to self serve this idea we enjoy, than it being that we genuinely believe it’s canon.

So when ppl make comments like this, they’re just preaching to the choir. Like- I hate to be this forward 😭 but your not actually that smart for correctly understanding the canon details of these characters relationship that are explained within the story.

And just b/c some fans like to have fun with an alternative version of Seb & Ciel’s relationship that’s more positive and healthy then the canon, doesn’t mean they don’t also understand the core facts of this series.
