#cal rambles#ESPECIALLY in this fic#i mean they’re still THE DOODLER even if they look like a lil baby guy <3 tehe#in all honesty while they do have childlike tendencies#Dot IS NOT actually a kid EJWHAJDJF#i think sometimes I indulge a little too much into the childlike aura#but the whole reason why Dot was inspired by Pride from FMAB specifically#was that Pride is in the body of a child- but is the OLDEST of the homuncului#it’s abt the disconnect and the contrast between an innocent looking child body#and a monsterous eldritch horror on the inside <3 that’s older than time itself but at the same time only a teenager#also I think Dot thinks it’s a little funny LMAO#they like suddenly reminding people they’re secretly older than they look#bc a lot of people forget#since they also like being babied#since it’s something they never got to have in their childhood#(aside from like second hand through Lark and Sparrow)#doodle dot au
