After having time to not be miserable from an early morning and a proper relisten, I retract my statement on fist bump being bad

It sounds bad when they are playing the chorus on its own, esp with how overplayed it is (seriously, your main theme should be used more sparingly than Every Friend Boost)

But. As a song by itself/as a main theme? It do be slapping.

Listening to the Sonic forces soundtrack to pick out the songs I like and god I am reminded how weak fist bump is. Like genuinely this main theme sucks.

#asher.txt #also the latter part of the game soundtrack really picks up #i still think overall the soundtrack is lacking esp when compared to how many games in the series #have a consistently banging or Pretty Fucking Good streak throughout all of the songs #granted i only really remember the adventure games and shadow the hedgehog #and YES shadow has bitchin music. game may he bad but the music aint #and i am biased towards the adventure games too but like #they get me to enjoy all the music. the cutscenes the levels the character themes #and i remember 06 having a kickass ost too #though it has been too long to say if it holds up in regards to consistent good tunes on my end #same with most of the other games #THE POINT IS #the soundtrack is fine. has some bangers. just overall kinda Meh about it
