i love how Bob Clampett evidently loved Snow White so much that he felt the need to reference it in multiple cartoons. this takes the cake for best Snow White parody ever, no contest

...well, some contest. but i’m just so endeared he was evidently amused enough by Dopey’s gallop in the Heigh Ho sequence to reference it in two cartoons some 24 years apart

#i recall Vincent Alexander on Twitter making a list of Clampett’s favorite films (because i wanted to watch them all and still intend to)#and Snow White was on there so #and there’s an entire SW parody with a separate B&C episode So-What and the Seven Whatnots #and uh. Coal Black lol #b&c #i wonder if the Daffy Doc bit is the first time anyone referenced the film??? i think it was released in November 1938 #which isn’t even a year since the film’s release #vid
