I remember a distressing amount of Roman Catholic patron saints for someone who never prays for help anymore. got tired of hearing the disconnect tone on the other end

#Saint Jude for lost causes #Maria Goretti for rape survivors #one saint for ‘ugly people’ who was actually disabled #(I never prayed to him but it mightve to cured my insomnia (he’s also a patron saint of coffee))#and Saint Damien for HIV and AIDS survivors. but I like to think he’s also for gay people who feel alone. I mean there was an overlap #I only remember saint george and august for artistic purposes #Edit: I MEANT SAINT ANTHONY. his paintings rock because he is being attacked by demons
