Navigating the World of Scooter Finance
At specially dedicated scooter finance specialists, Bikerloans, we simply aim at offering citizens the best deals, regardless of circumstances. So you have been declined elsewhere? Don’t worry we’re here to ensure that you can secure finance either for a new or used scooter or motorcycle-buying either at a dealers, online or privately-within the UK. We understand everyone situation is different, which is why we have the following flexible finance options for homeowners, tenants, customers living with parents, HM forces members, and self-employed individuals. Lets go over the financing options available, so you can select the ones that are best suited to you.
Tumblr media
To get the best scooter finance out there, you should know how much you can afford. We help you achieve the finance you need with competitive rates and flexible terms at Bikerloans. Our financing options are for bikes over 125cc, with a minimum loan of £1,500, covering new and used bikes, with dealer purchases also included. However, the financed motorcycle must be secured against the bike. It must, however, be under 10 years old, and road-legal most of the time. We do have some exceptions for modern classic and prestige models.
There are a couple of key prerequisites for applying for scooter finance. Firstly, an applicant must be age at least 21 years. Secondly, he/she must have done CBT for 125cc machines or possess a full bike license. It should be simple and quick: the deposit is typically only 5%. The maximum permissible loan amount is given at £15, 000 and is made available for three specific durations of time: 24, 36, and 48 months. In addition, actual enrollment in the electoral or voters role increases your chances of being approved but don't worry, because we can still assist some people with poor past redit history.
Tumblr media
In 125cc motorcycle finance, our loans cover only motorcycles 125cc and above. This type of finance is also available to clients who prefer to sell privately as opposed to buying from a dealer. Our 125cc motorcycles finance options are ideal for you offering loans starting at £250, no matter if it is a quad bike, an off-road one, or an older lower value motorcycle. It will all fall under our 125cc motorbikes on the finance option. Those are by all means unsecured loans. So that means nothing is going to be secured against it. They will come with a term of 12 to 48 months. Importantly, noting the fact that it is a loan, accessories such as helmets, riding gear, and even training for your CBT or Direct Access course can be incorporated. An unsecured loan does not demand any deposit to buy the bike or scooter of your choice, along with any necessary add-ons.
Thus an applicant can apply for a 125cc motorbike on finance loan with the only eligibility criteria that he/she must be at least 18 years of age and it will consider all credit histories for application.

Virtual and Telehealth Recovery Programs
Modern recovery services have evolved significantly to support individuals facing addiction and mental health challenges through a range of personalized, evidence-based, and holistic approaches. These services emphasize flexibility, accessibility, and community engagement, catering to a broader spectrum of needs than traditional treatment models. Key elements in modern recovery services include virtual treatment options, community-based care, integrative health approaches, and a focus on social reintegration.
1. Virtual and Telehealth Recovery Programs
One of the most prominent advancements in recovery services is the adoption of virtual care, which became especially popular during the COVID-19 pandemic. Telehealth platforms allow individuals to access therapy, counseling, and peer support from the comfort of their homes, breaking down geographical and logistical barriers. This accessibility has made it easier for those in rural areas, with disabilities, or with demanding schedules to get the help they need. Virtual group meetings, one-on-one video therapy, and online support communities have become fundamental components of the modern recovery experience.
2. Peer Support and Community-Based Services
Community support remains a cornerstone of recovery, but today’s services extend beyond the traditional 12-step model. Many recovery programs offer peer support led by individuals who have personally experienced addiction, allowing them to provide guidance and empathy to those still in recovery. Services like SMART Recovery, Refuge Recovery, and secular support groups offer non-religious alternatives to AA and NA, expanding support options. Community-based recovery services, including sober living homes and wellness groups, also provide crucial social support for those transitioning back into society after inpatient treatment.
3. Holistic and Integrative Health Approaches
Modern recovery services emphasize treating the whole person, acknowledging that addiction and mental health issues affect various aspects of life. Alongside traditional therapy, many recovery centers now include mindfulness practices, yoga, nutrition counseling, physical fitness, and art therapy. These holistic approaches aim to improve overall well-being, reduce stress, and address physical and emotional health concerns. Some programs also incorporate evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to tailor recovery to individual needs.
4. Dual Diagnosis and Trauma-Informed Care
Acknowledging the strong link between addiction, trauma, and mental health disorders, many modern recovery services now provide dual diagnosis treatment and trauma-informed care. This approach considers the potential trauma history of each individual and integrates mental health care with addiction treatment. By addressing both addiction and underlying psychological issues, recovery services can offer a more sustainable path to recovery. Trauma-informed care aims to create a safe, supportive environment and avoid re-traumatization, essential for individuals with complex histories of abuse or neglect.
5. Technology and Apps for Self-Management and Accountability
Mobile applications and digital platforms are transforming recovery management by providing self-monitoring tools, habit trackers, and access to recovery resources. Apps like Sober Grid, WEconnect, and I Am Sober allow individuals to track their recovery progress, receive encouragement from peers, and set daily goals. Some apps even use artificial intelligence to predict potential relapse risk, alerting users and encouraging them to engage with their support network. Digital tools offer convenient ways to maintain accountability and stay connected to the recovery community 24/7.
6. Employment and Social Reintegration Programs
Recognizing the importance of stability and purpose in recovery, modern services often include vocational training and job placement assistance. Employment support programs help individuals in recovery rebuild their lives, gain independence, and achieve financial security. Some programs partner with local businesses to offer job training and apprenticeships, ensuring that participants acquire valuable skills for the workforce. Additionally, social reintegration services focus on developing healthy interpersonal relationships and re-establishing support networks, which are essential for long-term recovery.
7. Family and Loved Ones’ Involvement
Modern recovery services increasingly focus on family and social dynamics. Addiction affects not only the individual but also their loved ones, who may experience confusion, guilt, or resentment. Family therapy sessions, education programs, and support groups for loved ones help families understand addiction and learn how to offer healthy support. By involving family members in the recovery process, modern recovery programs address relational factors and foster supportive environments.
8. Preventative Programs and Public Awareness Initiatives
Prevention and early intervention are essential components of modern recovery efforts. Public awareness campaigns, education initiatives, and school-based programs aim to prevent substance use and reduce stigma. Many recovery centers also offer outreach programs that educate communities about mental health, addiction, and available resources. This preventative approach acknowledges that early support can reduce the risk of addiction, ultimately helping individuals avoid severe consequences and need for long-term rehabilitation.
Conclusion
Modern recovery services are dynamic and responsive to the evolving needs of individuals, families, and communities. By offering accessible, personalized care, integrating new technologies, and fostering a supportive environment, these services help individuals achieve lasting recovery and reintegrate into society. The diverse array of treatment options available today allows for a more holistic and sustainable path to wellness, focusing on the individual’s overall quality of life.

UK Study Shows Online Therapy Works as Well As In-Person and Why That Matters

UK Study Shows Online Therapy Works as Well As In-Person and Why That Matters
Tumblr media
This information matters for the millions of people who cannot easily access therapy appointments in person.
Talking to your therapist over Zoom is as helpful for anxiety and depression as going to in-person therapy. The virtual session, moreover, can be delivered at any lower cost, according to a large new study conducted in the U.K.
There are two points I want to make about the article, aside from the fact that it is based on a survey from the U.K. and thus doesn’t necessarily mean it will hold outside of their country. Still, it does offer some hope for one of the largest issues facing the US and other countries. That issue is that millions of people live in rural areas, for example, that don’t have access to mental healthcare. There are only so many therapists to go around in large urban areas as well, and they generally end up being too expensive for much of the population in the area.
We can improve this situation by making online, inexpensive therapy available. But, it might mean making it easier for therapists to see patients across state lines without cumbersome licensing requirements for each state.
The other thing that seems to have had a major impact on how online talk therapy is working in the U.K. seems to be the assistance patients get:
The paper is likely to “make a big splash,” Barlow says, because the authors showed that the success of the NHS virtual CBT program was linked to the fact that it provided patients with a therapist’s guidance every step of the way. Some Internet-delivered CBT just gives patients modules to work through on their own, but the new study showed that having a therapist work with the patient online is more effective, he says. “That seems to be where we get the best results, and that’s so extraordinarily important, given the rapidity with which the behavioral-health-care-delivery system is converting to digital applications,” Barlow adds.
This is massive. How often have I written about the overwhelming complications involved in navigating the mental healthcare system and how near-impossible that would be for someone struggling with mental health issues to figure out? It’s an overwhelming challenge for anyone, let alone someone already feeling mentally overwhelmed. Online tools that present users with overwhelming options will not be nearly as effective as one with someone to walk you through it. In my opinion, many of our current offerings fail in this regard. They offer many tools, meditation apps, journal prompts, emotional check-ins, etc., but do they help someone struggling to get the help they need quickly? Not so much.
They need to be better about that if we are going to make any kind of dent in the mental healthcare accessibility problem. Online therapy can be a difference maker if it can help people quicker and cheaper and with the same effectiveness. Those are the keys right now to improving the care system for all of us.

Top 5 Reads of 2023 so Far
Tumblr media
As a therapist, I encourage clients to practice self-care in any way that suits them. For some, that looks like carving out time to see friends, getting outside, spending an evening watching movies, or spending time doing hobbies we love. But it can look like anything. No matter what your self-care looks like, it is valid and good. In this blog post, I will share with you one of my favorite forms of self-care.
As many of my clients know, I love to read. Reading has always been a part of my life, but it became a form of self-care in 2020. I was living alone with my family in different states, and I needed an outlet that wasn’t just baking cookies and watching The Princess Diaries for the millionth time. So, I found a bookish community online, picked up my first book in a long time, and never stopped.
I am a romance reader, but I am trying to branch out and read different genres this year. What has helped the most is being a part of a monthly book club and exploring the never-ending recommendation lists of friends, co-workers, and tiktokers. While I will never entirely stray from my beloved romance novels, it has been so much fun to explore and find books I would have never picked up but loved so much. So far this year, I have read 37 books, and in this blog, I will share my top 5 reads with you.
1. Charm by Tracy Wolff Charm is the fifth installment of the Crave Series by Tracy Wolff. This series is so much fun! It is a Young Adult Fantasy series that starts with the book Crave. The series has magic, fantastical characters, and Twilight jokes that will keep you laughing throughout the entire series. I picked up the first book of this series in 2020 and have been following along ever since. Charm is in this line-up because we get to watch two of my favorite Characters go from hating each other to choosing each other in the most unexpected ways.
2. Final Offer by Lauren Asher Final Offer is the third book in the Dreamland Billionaires Series. This series is around three brothers who have the opportunity to earn their inheritance if they fulfill the requirements of their grandfather’s final wishes. Final Offer is about the middle child of the Kane boys, Cal or Callahan, as he hates to be called. I love this story because we get a glimpse of what living with anxiety and alcoholism looks like, and it is told in such a beautiful way. This story is a second chance romance with so much heart and will cause all the happy tears as we watch Cal fight his mental health issues and find his way.
3. The Sex Lives of African Women: Self-Discovery, Freedom, and Healing By Nana Darkoa Sekyiamah You can tell from the title. This book is about the sex lives of African women. I loved every second of this book and the important stories we heard. Nana interviews hundreds of women worldwide to tell their stories and discuss the importance of female sexuality. Nana shares in the book the importance of this narrative because of how whitewashed and male-focused the conversation of sex can be. This is a powerful read that I recommend.
4. The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work: A Practical Guide from the Country’s Foremost Relationship Expert By John Gottman and Nan Silver This book was less for pleasure and more of a read for work, but it still deserves to be up here because it provided great insight and new ways to look at marriage. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, part of the work is staying current with the research and exploring many different therapy models. As an EFT and CBT based therapist, I found that Gottman’s interventions were helpful and valuable for my work. However, this book is not just for therapists; I highly recommend this for any couple wanting a deeper connection with their partner.
5. By a Thread by Lucy Score Lucy Score is an author that I have quickly fallen in love with. I have only read two of her books, but I would love to read her backlog sometime soon. Her book, By a Thread, is about a girl who gets fired from her job because some jerk complained, just for her to land a job at that same jerk’s office! This wonderful grumpy and sunshine office romance kept me giggling and swooning the entire book.
Thank you if you have managed to get this far into this blog. Self-care is crucial for us to be our whole selves, and I apricate you reading about one of mine. If you choose to pick up any of these books, I hope you find as much laughter, insight, knowledge, and joy as I found in the pages of these books. Happy reading.
Please get in touch. We will be happy to discuss how I may be able to help.

Stop Telling People to Get a Therapist
If you frequent online forums or social media spaces where people ask for advice, let’s talk about why “get a therapist” is an actively harmful response.
Therapy is fucking expensive - even if you have insurance.
I don’t really get why people are so loathe to grapple with this fact. My partner has good insurance for our area and pays $240 a month in copays to see a therapist. Her psychiatrist is refusing to make changes to her medications until she signs up for a type of group therapy which will bring the monthly mental health costs up to ~$500 a month. Again - this is with insurance. This is a strain on our particular budget as two people with multiple disabilities and a dog with epilepsy.
Therapy without insurance is wild. My partner saw a therapist who was out of network for a while and it was easily ~$1000 a month out of pocket. We could only afford it at the time because we stripped everything back and still dug into savings.
And if you’re hearing those numbers and thinking “well that doesn’t sound so bad - wtf are you spending the rest of your money on?” one - you’re wildly out of touch with what most people make right now and two - you’re furthering the idea that people struggling financially have to prove themselves to other people before they’re worthy of being believed or taken seriously. That’s not progressive at all.
When you tell someone who cannot afford therapy to get a therapist, it intensifies the shame of the person struggling. It is not an anti-capitalist response - it furthers the idea that well they just wouldn’t be in this boat if they made more money. It’s the toxic intersection of classism and ableism.
They may already have a therapist. People shouldn’t be forced to disclose.
The assumption that anyone suffering and looking to the collective for help doesn’t have a therapist fuels this idea that therapists are basically magic pills. They are not.
When you tell someone who’s already seeing a therapist that they should get a therapist - it’s defeating as fuck to hear. It furthers the feeling that they’re doing something wrong if going to therapy isn’t working - again intensifying shame. It also lets that person know, you’re not a person who understands the very real limitations of therapy and therefore aren’t really a safe person to confide in. When a person gets repeated responses like this from a community, I’ve seen it drive them away. It further isolates someone who is already struggling.
Keep in mind also that therapy is covered under HIPAA, meaning healthcare organizations understand that even disclosing that someone is receiving it as treatment is private patient data. As individuals, we’re not beholden to HIPAA but I think it’s worth following that lead and respecting that whether someone is in treatment is private. Let a person decide whether to self disclose rather than making assumptions, pushing, or withholding assistance on that basis.
Not all therapists are good at their jobs. Many make conditions worse.
This is something long time users of mental health services are intimately aware of. Insurance drives which treatments are available and generally speaking they went all in on CBT in the 00′s and 10′s. Current research is beginning to show that it actually makes symptoms worse in people who’ve repeatedly experienced trauma and isn’t terribly effective in cases of personality disorders - which are much more common than previously thought.
So when you say “go get a therapist” - you’re basically telling someone to go into an industry that currently doesn’t widely offer proven treatments for what they might be dealing with - or if they do it’s likely out of pocket and therefore only available to people of a higher socioeconomic status.
In addition to that - therapists are human and like any profession, not everyone who decides to become a therapist is good at it. Many are downright harmful. The “go get a therapist” line also tends to make it out that all therapists are “good guys” when they’re really not. The institution itself has a long history of not respecting patients and you better believe that’s still present in education therapists get today. When I was enrolled in a social work degree, I was pretty appalled at how mentally ill folks were talked about and that attitude no doubt transfers to students.
Therapy has historically been unsafe for marginalized groups and still is often inadequate for their needs.
Which brings me to the fact that therapy has a long history of being actively harmful toward women, folks of color, disabled folks, people of non-Christian religions or areligious, poor folks, and neurodivergent folks. The institution of therapy is still grappling with that history. The harm that it’s caused is passed down generationally so many are impacted by both it’s effect on their families and the short comings of the field today.
Saying, “just go get a therapist” to folks who are from groups like this actively ignores the harm the field has caused to them. If you’re not going to tell someone to go back to a partner who crossed their boundaries, mischaracterized their experiences, and pushed “solutions” to their issues that caused more harm than good - why would you tell a potential patient to?
Also consider folks who need childcare to go see a therapist and how that complicates accessing it. Consider folks who are having so much difficulty functioning going to a therapist is their entire day - all for treatment that might not even help. Consider folks who live very far away from cities who have to travel for multiple hours. Consider rural folks who are still fighting to get internet access. Consider those people can’t just move.
Consider that you might not know what factors makes accessing a therapist difficult or even damaging.
It furthers credentialism -- a facet of classism.
The only people who can become therapists are people who complete at least two degrees, undergo time afterward becoming certified, and then maintain certification through continuing education and fees - all of this costs a truly wild amount of money. Which naturally means therapists themselves tend to, on average, be from families with higher socioeconomic status.
Accepting that as merely the natural course for a treatment provider ignores that it’s unclear whether that level of education and credentials is needed at all levels of mental health services. Doctors vary in their training. Even among nurses, there are Nurse Practioners who sometimes have doctorates all the way to Certified Nursing Assistants who have about 6 credit hours of training with a skills test and lower requirements to continue certification. Nurses were considered optional and largely unpaid at the beginning of their modern history but quickly became indispensable parts of the medical system.
It’s interesting that mental health hasn’t created a similar system but not unsurprising given it’s roots in the West with wealthy men for whom it was largely a matter of curiosity - the first experiments were in sensory experimentation not treatment. That therapy as an institution continues to make that the bar for even becoming someone allowed to give mental health treatment is not a matter of quality assurance but rather a sign that therapy is still considered optional health care. Many therapists recommend calling hotlines when they’re not on the clock yet most hotlines are staffed by unpaid volunteers with minimal training. And anyone who has called one can tell you how unbelievably hit or miss they are.
Mental health services rest on this very shaky foundation in part because they refuse to reexamine the degree they want people to be credentialed and it can stay shaky in part because it’s not considered a necessary service the same way other fields of health care are. Saying “just go get a therapist” is basically saying “only someone with multiple credentials is fit to answer this question” without stopping to consider whether that’s truly the case.
Not all upsetting personal experiences require a therapist and continuing to recommend it in all areas of emotional exchange institutionalizes labor that we should be doing for each other to build solidarity outside of the current system.
This one is pretty straight forward. Constantly referring people to commercial solutions for labor we historically provided communally undermines our ability to build systems and solidarity outside of those economic forces. Not everyone needs a therapist for what they’re going through. Community care needs to make a comeback.
So what do to do instead?
Don’t reply. Examine whether you need to reply to the person at all. If you cannot give them advice on the subject matter they’re looking for without mentioning therapy then it might be worth skipping altogether. Often when people jump to say “what about therapy” it’s more a sign of their discomfort with the topic and their need to feel useful. Other people’s distress is not the place to be working out your hang ups and trying to feel good about yourself. Reflect instead.
Speak from the “I”. Share your personal experiences about what did and didn’t help. Share that you care about them. Share your personal perspective.
Resources. Consider pointing toward widely available or cheap resources you found helpful for this particular topic. Tag someone who might have those resources if you don’t. If you want to include more expensive options, be sure to include the price up front.
Ask if they feel comfortable sharing more about what they’re already doing. Even if they don’t share that they’re in therapy, skip the conversation with strangers and broach it carefully with people you have a relationship with. If they share more, it might help you see how much they’re already doing and you’re less likely to recommend things they’ve already tried.
Offer to listen. Say you don’t have answers or recommendation but you’re down to listen if they want to vent. If you go this route, having a little bit of familiarity with active listening can really help.

The diverse array of treatment options available today allows for a more holistic and sustainable path to wellness, focusing on the individual’s overall quality of life.

i hate making posts like this, but i am honestly at a loss as to what to do, and maybe someone here has an idea. for the record: i live in germany, so solutions that might work in the united states probably won't work for me.
i'm the child of a mentally ill mother and a neglectful father. growing up, i was systematically abused, both psychologically and emotionally, by my father's girlfriend while he stood and watched, and still to this day denies it ever happened. i developed c-ptsd and social anxiety disorder as a result. i had two rounds of cbt years ago, which, while good for me, didn't "cure" me, and all the meds i tried didn't help either.
that's not even the problem though, only necessary background info. in august of 2020, my partner of 13 years suddenly up and left me for someone else. unable to sleep or eat, i was put on sick leave for a few months, which cost me my job and, subsequently, my apartment. with the housing market being what it is, plus the covid situation, i wasn't able to find a new place and have been officially homeless since march 2021. i stayed with my little brother for a bit, but my "family" eventually abandoned me, too, when i didn't get better fast enough, and threw me out.
none of my "friends" were able or willing to help, either, until i reconnected with an old internet buddy on the other side of the country who, without any hesitation, offered me her guest room for however long i needed it. i hate having to rely on near-strangers (we hadn't been in contact for years), but i was in no position to refuse. so i am currently staying in said guest room. the problem? my friend and her husband are ultra-religious evangelical nutjobs. as in, if they knew i was queer, i would be thrown out immediately. and as in, they hit their toddler when she doesn't obey them because proverbs say it's okay to hit your kids. and of course my friend isn't vaccinated, just to complete the picture.
i don't know how much longer i can survive being here. my friend lives in a tiny village (population of 720), so there's no public transport and i'm stuck inside this house (and mainly this one room) nearly 24/7. my social anxiety disorder makes it impossible for me to just apply for unemployment benefits—i'm trying, but the system isn't meant for people who are unemployed and homeless at the same time, and i'm falling through the cracks. i need to get back to my hometown of berlin (so i can finish my engineering degree), but to get an apartment there, i need to prove i have an income, and to get an income, i need a proper place to stay. i also need to prove i've paid my rent for the past three months, but as i haven't lived in a rental place of my own since march, i don't have that proof, which means my application for apartments automatically gets thrown out for being incomplete.
and amidst all this chaos, my brain has decided now is the perfect time to relive all the childhood trauma and i get at least one major panic attack per day. i don't remember when i last spent a day without crying. and ofc i can't see a therapist because i need to know where i'll be staying for a few months before i can be put on any therapist's waiting list. oh and i'm about to lose my health insurance cause unless i get unemployment benefits or find a new full-time job, i'd have to pay nearly 300€ a month, which i simply do not have, especially given that i'm already paying 500€+ a month from my meagre savings for a storage unit that has all my stuff in it.
until now, i've survived by talking to online buddies like @justplainsalty and @leliesblou and @cminerva and others in the mfmm+leverage fandoms in particular, and reading posts by @wilwheaton and @furiousgoldfish on abuse and trauma to reaffirm i'm not crazy, but i am so profoundly lonely in this place, and i honestly don't see myself surviving long beyond the new year.
so if anyone has any ideas or advice on what to do, please reach out, and feel free to reblog or share in other ways if you know anyone who might be able to help.

I’ve had a terrible suspicion for like a year now that I have BPD simply because like I know something is wrong with me and just about every symptom of BPD aligns with me a little too well. What should I do? Is there still a strong chance I don’t have it? Do I tell a psychologist?
All I can offer is my experience. I’ve been in therapy on and off for the past three years and it never helped. It was CBT. I had to be admitted to the hospital due to a trigger that was rooted in issues of abandonment—and most of them are. I was at risk another time, and during that time I was seeing a clinician at my university. It was low cost but she actually listened to me and offered DBT. It was the first time I was actually seeing results from therapy. This clinician was the one that suggested I get diagnosed due to some patterns she was seeing. So, I got diagnosed. I had no suspicion of having bpd.
Do not google symptoms. Do not take online tests. The bpd criteria scared the shit out of me and was really triggering to read. I always have the thought of “Why me?” It is a personality disorder, which (as far as I know) aren’t really inherited but are developed as a result of trauma. I think that that is really difficult to come to terms with. All of this stuff happened to me as a child. Now I’m an adult and low functioning compared to my peers. What would life be like if I hadn’t of been neglected? It feels isolating. Friendships and relationships are dangerous territory for me. It’s a lot.
All this to say, speak to a professional. Therapy will be good if you’re experiencing any symptoms. Work with them. The internet is full of misinformation, so try to only use it as a tool but not the main thing.
I’m still figuring this all out myself. So if anyone has anything to add, just send it in my ask. As long as it’s respectful I’ll post It.

(tw sexual assault)
How does a practicing Catholic reclaim their sexuality after rape? I was sexually assaulted at such a young age that I immediately attribute sexual arousal to fear and non-consent. I've researched the Church's teaching on intercourse and while mentally I understand, I feel so distanced from it. I want to heal but don't know how.
I would recommend getting in touch with a rape crisis charity - I know you mention that this was at a young age, but they can still offer you help. A lot of them will have plenty of reading/video resources, but also a lot of them offer various therapies for free or low cost (some of these might even be email services, so have a varied look around). They should have some very good resources around sex and managing your mental health - and while it might not all align perfectly with Church values, there's still a lot of good that you can take from it. Such as learning how to establish healthy sexual boundaries.
When it comes to reclaiming your sexuality, you have to have an actual idea of what you think that would look like. It's okay if you can't conceptualise it - I would recommend finding a therapist who can help you with that. It's okay to not know all the answers. Even if you did have an answer for what you want that to look like now, that can look totally different a year from now. And that's okay, our goals shift in accordance with reality and our changing circumstances.
There are a lot of CBT/DBT resources available online and for free, I would recommend experimenting and seeing if they can offer you any practical support. They might not massively overhaul your life over night, but they can help build small steps to moving past anxiety. I think it's important to remember that this isn't a personal failing of you, it's not that you can't figure out how to heal. It's a slow, painful, and complicated process. Some days you're going to feel like you're taking a million steps back. Other days you're going to feel as though you're walking on air. Build a support network for those down days, have some things you keep in your room to pamper yourself with in your down days.
If there's a part of the faith that gives you comfort, cling to it. This doesn't have to be teachings around marriage and intercourse. If the Wounds of Jesus Christ bring you comfort then cling to them, if the glory of the resurrection brings you comfort, then cling to it. If 'all' you have is the Eucharist, cling to it - and it will suffice even when it feels like it doesn't. Prayers will carry you to comfort even if in that moment you're having a panic attack or a breakdown or a million and one other thoughts racing through your mind. You can talk to God about anything, it doesn't have to be pretty, it doesn't have to be polite. You just need to be as honest as you can be, and if you can't be overly honest about your struggles - God understands that too. You don't have to beat yourself over the head with teachings of sexual morality, I think ultimately it's about learning a way to heal - and reading about marriage / intercourse can't give you that on its own.
