omegaverse can be an incredibly insightful commentary about social dynamics of class, gender, health status and others, it can be a tale of romantic and sexual nuance and complexities, an exploration of what bonds mean - familial, romantic, platonic; of external and internal expectations, etc etc.
and omegaverse very often can be just some alpha rescuing an abused omega and the omega's kid ships them really hard and really bluntly and the alpha adopts the kid and slowly realises the found family is all they ever wanted in their dangerous life and they all live happily ever after.
and i love them all equally.

Life After the Manifestation: April Reflections & May Intentions

Okay, I’m back.
It’s been a hot minute since I’ve posted, and if you’ve been following my manifestation challenge, you’ll know that in April I finally called in one of my biggest manifestations: a new job. It was everything I’d been working toward and visualising for months. And it landed.
But… so did something else.
Imposter syndrome.
That sneaky little voice that makes you question whether you’re really good enough to receive the thing you once desperately wanted.

The Bit No One Talks About
One of the reasons I started this blog was because so much of the manifestation content online feels… airbrushed. It skips from “I hit rock bottom” to “now I’m thriving and everything’s perfect”—with little detail about the messy middle.
But this space? It’s about real(ish) time manifestation. It’s about the parts where you’re in it—where your thoughts spiral at 3 a.m., where your inner perfectionist morphs into a procrastinator, and where your anxiety starts making predictions that feel way too real.
It’s where you know the tools, the language, the mindset shifts—but still have to fight to use them.
And honestly? I’ve been in that space.
It’s taken me a few weeks to recalibrate, ground myself, and remind myself that receiving what you asked for is not the end of the journey. It’s just a new beginning—with new lessons, new growth edges, and yes, new fears to dismantle.
Let’s Lighten the Mood: April Manifestations Round-Up
Despite the mental and emotional wobbles, April was a really abundant month—and I want to celebrate that energy with you. Here’s what I manifested in April:
✨ The Big One: MY JOB!
Despite my nervous system freaking out post-offer, I’m incredibly grateful. I love the direction and purpose it’s bringing into my life. Having a routine again has been so grounding.
✨ $120 voucher
Completely unexpected, and it allowed me to treat myself to a luxe perfume I’d never normally splurge on. I felt like the main character walking out of Mecca.
✨ Free food & fancy meals
Two spontaneous lunch dates, plus a surprise dinner from my boyfriend at one of my favourite spots. It felt like little pockets of joy showing up just when I needed them.
✨ A surprise 20% off a book
A small win, but one that made my book-loving heart so happy. Honestly, those kinds of moments remind me the Universe is always listening—even to the softest asks.
Looking back, I don’t think I really took the time to be fully grateful in the moment. But writing it down now has reminded me how abundant April really was. It’s so easy to rush on to the next thing, but pausing to celebrate is a manifestation practice in itself.

May Intentions: Calling In Confidence, Magic & Play
If April was about realignment, May is about reclaiming.
This month I’m calling in self-confidence and self-worth—not in an “I’ve got it all figured out” kind of way, but in the sense that I’m reconnecting with a version of myself I miss. The one who didn’t second-guess her instincts, who moved with ease, who trusted her magic.
If I have to act “as her” for a while to find my way back to her, so be it.
This month is about:
• Letting life feel fun again
• Trusting small signs and synchronicities
• Playing with the Universe like a curious, hopeful kid
• Collecting little wins and letting them build real belief
So far, so good.
💫 A cinnamon bun story that made me smile:
My boyfriend kept saying all Saturday how much he hoped we’d get fresh cinnamon buns after our Sunday run. We got to the café just as the person in front of us ordered the last one—and then, like divine timing, a fresh, still-warm batch came out. It felt like such a silly but sweet “of course” moment from the Universe.

💫 Another free book
Yes, I know I talk about free books a lot, but they honestly bring me such ridiculous joy. Every single one feels like a little gift.
💫 Manifesting magic for an upcoming trip
We’re heading away at the end of May, and I’m calling in all the wildlife—bush turkeys, dolphins, maybe even a koala cameo—and one specific goal: a sub-2 hour half marathon. I’m not attached, but I am open. And I’m running like it’s already mine.
Let’s Call It In Together
I’d love to know—what are you calling in for May?
Whether it’s a big bold dream or a gentle nudge from the Universe, this is your reminder that you’re allowed to want more, even when things are already good. You’re allowed to keep evolving, even when it feels messy. And you’re definitely allowed to rest when the “work” of manifesting feels overwhelming.
Let’s keep showing up—with grace, humour, softness, and magic.
✨ What little wins did you manifest in April?
✨ What are you calling in this month?
✨ Or—what version of “her” are you reconnecting with right now?
Let me know in the comments or over on Instagram. And as always, keep asking: show me how good it can get.
