If i had to think of a way they start seeing each other as more than their Engineer-Motorcycle Rider status, It would maybe be Because Wendy's friends with Allan and Goes often to The Mocharia, and being there when she and allan chat made her curious of her person aside her job and started liking her more as time went by!

Also,I can totally see Allan giving Akari Wendy's number as her wingman ;D especially cause in my hcs akari and Boomer feel depressed for breaking up (and are too proud to apologize) so Allan helps her out with that and also find her a new partner ;D
