They need to put “thrillers” for people who hate suspense in a separate category. They need to put a disclaimer after the summary thats like: “Although this premise may sound a little too exciting, fear not, gentle readers! This author will never let you wonder about the protagonist’s thought process for a single second. No part of the plot will occur off-page, and for those Sneaky Susans who like to use their little brains to figure out the mystery before the characters do— we’ve given you more than you need to figure it out. So just sit back, relax, and enjoy hundreds and hundreds of pages of meandering dully around a murder.”
