Ok so episode 9 was definitely a set up episode so that we could see where the characters are in the past, but man oh man did Woo Seok look good in that Letterman jacket. 😋

Lovely Runner, ep 6

One of the best aspects of Lovely Runner is that is really gets that first love feeling. The excitement, nervousness, uncertainty and awkwardness is all rolled up in Sun Jae.

Sun Jae and Sol's interactions remain the best part, in particular when Sol forgets she's trying to save him. The scene with the hands had me screaming in my hands.. And then him hiding her again in a blanket, except this time he's holding her tight.

I think Sol has been slowly falling in love with Sun Jae as a person but has no clue yet. She's more devastated by her pushing him away than he is with her doing it, in some ways.

She also finally realizes that she is his first love that he mentioned in the interview. And that he felt that way long before she traveled back to her teen self.

I don't even know what to think about that ending. It looks like she remembers what happened the first time but did she get kidnapped or did she flee? What was Sun Jae going to say to her?

As for the preview, I don't even know where to begin on that.

Last thought on Tae Sung is I genuinely do like him and I am sorry that's he's getting hurt in this. I don't think he's that bad a guy really. Sol's advice to him was very nice.
