“I want you to grovel — to beg,” Minty’s voice was a low growl, eyes sharp.

Marina blinked a few times before narrowing her eyes. “Excuse me?”

Minty’s grip on her shoulder tightened, fingers digging into bony flesh. “You heard me. Grovel. If you want to win me back, prove you deserve it.”

“I don’t beg,” Marina replied after a moment, hands coming to rest on the outside of Minty’s thighs.

Clicking her tongue as she dug her nails into Marina’s shoulder hard enough to make her hiss out in pain, Minty looked down with a raised brow. “A shame. Maybe I’ll go back to that bar, then. Invite the bartender back. Or go find that French slut and show her how I was always better in bed than you. Find someone who will worship me properly.”

Marina's nostrils flared, seeing red for a moment as her grip on Minty’s thighs tightened. There would be bruises come morning, but she couldn’t be bothered to care. “Nobody else touches you; you’re mine,” she hissed, glaring up at Minty through her lashes.
