Listen, I'm a caribbean latina not a mexican latina, but like imo shredded iceberg lettuce is unfortunately prolific but the superior option is some form of mixed greens, and maybe something with a lil bit of crunch. I find the salad kinda helps keep all the various sauces from just, spewing out due to pressure
Also, burritos should have some form of non legume veggie in it. Yall need some fuckin roughage and unfortunately lettuce is the cheapest and most prolific version of it.
