A única refeição que eu tive hoje e dois looks que eu comprei como recompensa por eu ter seguido a dieta! Ontem acabei bebendo e jantei MUITO então ontem eu acabei comendo 1000 calorias ☠️💔 mas essa semana eu consumi um total de APENAS 1800 calorias!!!
Cheguei nos 58 kilos hoje cedo mesmo tendo esse deslize ontem, e agora tenho o encorajamento de usar essas roupinhas lindas estando bem magrinha e delicada 💗🤍

9 years ago the daughter of my mom‘s friend was anorexic and almost died because of it. my mom begged me to never ever do this to her and that i can always talk to her.
today she is the reason why i relapsed.

Martes 9 de Abril del 2024 ☆
No odio a mis amigos, pero si odio que quieran que coma lo mismo que ellos!! Hoy me compraron un frappé de Oreo, yo OBVIAMENTE lo negué, pero lo compraron y me lo tuve que tomar obligadamente, no quería tirarlo pues no quería desperdiciarlo.
Después de eso tomé 1L de agua, me ofrecieron papas pero solo agarré una y me compré un vaso de piña con chile en polvo y limón.
Ya no cenaré y haré ayuno, siento que me falta el aire.
VALIOOOOOOOOOOOÓ, mis amigos me invitaron a comer tacos en la noche, la comida MÁS GRASOSA DEL PLANETA, pero bueh, acepté porque sino iban a sospechar, me siento fatal y el corazón no responde, o mis pulmones? La cosa es que se me dificulta respirar.
Mañana, solo comeré UN VASO DE PIÑA, MÁXIMO OTRO VASO DE SANDÍA Y AGUA, MUCHA AGUAAAAAA.

Hmmm my lovely wonderful husband wants to get mead and cake and pies for me on my birthday coming up in a month … I love him so much … I can’t say no to him, he’s so excited. Tbh I’m excited too! I might freak out a little on the day of my birthday but for now I’m okay with it and willing to let myself enjoy my birthday with him 🥰
It’ll be really easy not to binge now at least, bc I have something to look forward to. It’ll just be a super fun metabolism day lol! I’ve lost lots of weight and been so consistent with it that I deserve it. Besides, I’m on track to reach my goal weight by early spring anyway. The summer body is gonna be so real this year. 💕💕

My safe foods / comfort food ideas / TW ED
-1 cup of puffed rice has 70 calories.
- Popcorn With 31 calories per cup.
-with 1 cup (128 grams) of raw carrots delivering just 52 calories.
- Bubble gum zero calories.
-Cereal bar, 100 calories less or more. depending on which I picked.
-Rice cake 1 cake has 35 cal.
The last one but no less important. green tea, ever best friend. I recommend you a lot puffed rice. but could be addictive , just buy the individual portion. drink water and take care of yourlself . first post that i write... <333

Quitting canna for health reasons is making viscerally sick rn, at least that’s what I think it is, the withdraw and my endocannabinoid system resetting. I felt very sick before I did, but now I just feel completely disabled. Cannot eat, which yeah I’ll loose weight and that’s cool but I’ve never felt this sick in my life. I cannot work out anymore so it’s kinda just making me more depressed than excited.
Tbh it’s easy to not want to smoke tho, I don’t crave at all. I just am over being ill, it’s been months and now this on top. Oh well, I’m sure I did 90% of the damage to myself so I can’t complain anymore. I’m sure I’ll live. Maybe I’ll feel great after a few weeks.

Freeze dried fruit/ so natural brand(60 cal per pack)
Motts applesause undweeted(50 cal)
Motts applesause sweetened(88 cal)
Splash fruit flavored waters(0 cal)
Wheat bread(70 cal a slice)
Large egg(60 cal)
Small banana(90 cal)
12 shrimp(84 cal)
Small baked sweet potato(55 cal)
Cup of unsweetened almond milk(30 cal or 60 cals depending on if flavoured or not)
Can of condensed veggie soup, add water(94 cal)
Canned okra and tomato(122 cal for the whole can)
Starkist tuna creations (60-120cal depending on which flavour you get)
Starkist chicken creations(60-120 cal depending on which flavour you get)
Vea proactive hydration(17cal per serving! 2 servings per bottle which is 16oz so 34cal in all!!)
Fiber one birthday cake/coffee bars(70cal)
Bouillon cube(20-45cal depending on brand)
1tbsp of hot sauce(0cal)
2tbsp of hot sauce(0cal)
MEALS I MAKE WITH THEM
Slice hard boiled egg on wheat bread toast, add salt and peper. I usually eat this for breakfast or lunch. (130 cal!!) Double this and you'll only be at 260 cal!
Warmed motts apple sauce. This tricks my body into thinking that I'm actually full since I've eaten something hot, replaced hot meals for me. (50 cal for unsweetened, 88 cal for sweetened)
Warmed motts apple sauce on wheat bread toast. (158 cal for sweetened motts apple sauce and wheat bread toast and 120 cal with the wheat bread toast and unsweetened apple sauce)
Small banana with wheat bread toast(160 cal!!)
Small baked sweet potato and 0 cal sweetener(55 cal) and freeze dried fruit(125 cal in all!!) I usually eat this when I'm really craving something sweet.
Canned okra and tomato and 12 shrimp(206 cal!!) This gets me SOO full!!
1 bouillon cube and two tbsp of hot sauce with 16oz of water makes yummy spicy soup!(20-45cal depending on the brand of bouillon you use)
1 bouillon cube, two tbsp of hot sauce and 12 shrimp(84cal for shrimp, 20-45cal for bouillon depending on brand you use)
Chicken creations OR Tuna creations paired with your favourite crackers(60-120cal depending on flavour +the cal of your crackers)
OTHER LOW CAL THINGS I EAT
Cup of boiled cabbage(65 cal)
Medium carrot(25 cal)
300g watermelon(90 cal)
I will update whenever I have more food/snack ideas and when I find low cal things! Don't forget to drink your water!! Add 1/4 packet of sweetener(it's very strong so don't add the whole thing) to a bottle of your water if you don't have the splash brand and it'll give you a little energy for the day!(Or well at least it does for me.(: )
